The typhoonHaitang is coming. It comes with the heavily wind and rains. This is my first time to see the wind so strong. I got sleeplessness on Sunday night. When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’. Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

时间飞逝，转眼已到五月，还有一个月就是暑假了。真是感到十分激动，可以放松一下了。可是，问题也随之而来――我的暑假怎么过呢?简单一想其实也并不那么困难，暑假该做想做的事，了不过屈指可数嘛!

首先，假期，顾名思义，是给大家一个休息的时间。因此，神经可松弛下来，补补平时不足的睡觉。然后多到外面走走，呼吸呼吸新鲜空气，甚至空闲了还可以到水边钓钓鱼。总之，把自己融入大自然中去，忘却烦心事。看看天上的飞鸟、地上的花草、水中的游鱼，是休闲的好办法。偶尔也可以玩玩电脑，活跃一下思维，了解一下世界的新鲜事。

但是，有俗话说：学习如逆水行舟，不进则退。纵使放松，也不忘记正事，学习当然不能松懈，否则养成了坏习惯就不好改了。作业不能放松，课外知识当然了少不了，这样才能不断充实自己。课外班就更少不了，每天只能顶着炎炎烈日――马不停蹄地来回赶赴学习“战场”。

其实，有一种活动是介于两者之间的――那就是读书。读书，是行动的静止，是思想的翱翔。书籍是人类终生的朋友，亦是人类进步的阶梯。无论是漫画、杂志、名着，都有自己的内涵所在。有时痴迷于一本书，竟能坐在一处一个上午，翻来覆去看几回，丝毫无厌倦之感。待父母喊我吃饭，才发觉脖子酸了，脊梁疼了。在书中探究摸索，会占用很多时间，收获也少不了。

不管怎么就，身体是革命的本钱，体育锻炼总不得落下。早晨下午，抱个篮球，冲向球场，再投出去，球敲打篮板，很快便能唤来一群伙伴“分队开战”。球场上来来回回，蹦蹦跳跳，抢抢断断，每个人都汗流浃背，或笑或喘，光阴似箭，时间不知不觉就溜走了。

6月30日，我领完成绩单回家，准备给自己制定一个暑期计划。可是，我妈妈却背着我报了4个兴趣班，给我的暑假生活留下了阴影，可我上了才知道，其实它们只会给我带来快乐!

8月8日，万众瞩目的北京奥运会开始了，随着奥运会的开始，让我的暑假生活变得更加快乐。

首先，中国选手刘子歌在游泳比赛里为中国代表团夺得了第一块游泳金牌。接着，中国选手张娟娟又为中国代表团夺得了第一块奥运会射箭金牌。

而让我最开心的还是我爸爸带我到合肥体育场打羽毛球，因为羽毛球是我最喜欢的体育运动，而我从未去过羽毛球正式比赛场地，我对这次爸爸能带我去，感到非常开心。虽然，我被爸爸打了个81：2，可正所谓乐在其中，只要参加了，就是胜利者!所以我一点都不生气，反而更加高兴。

8月31日，暑假的最后一天，我和我的朋友们到足球场踢球，似乎已经把暑假的最后一天，当成了暑假的第一天。

这就是我的暑假生活，一个高兴的暑假生活!

美啊!江西鹰潭__山

期待了很久，终于到了暑假。妈妈说带我去江西__山玩。我们全家很早就起来了，7点出发坐上高铁火车，2个多小时后，我们到了鹰潭。爸爸开车接上我们，继续向__山行进，半个小时左右，我们终于到了。

首先我们到了__山的观光站，买好票进门，然后坐上观光车，观光车载着我们一路往旅游景点前进，“快看，左边的像不像只大象的鼻子

。”爸爸说道：“是啊，那长长的往下垂的确实像大象的鼻子哦”!

我往象鼻山望去，真的像极了一头大象，在左边的山很巨大，是象身，右边的山却比它细小，而且长长的往下延伸着。活脱脱的一只大象在哪里处着。

然后，我们来到天师府，看到许愿树上有好多的彩带，妈妈告诉我那是游人来此地游玩时，许愿后挂上的。

接下来,我们听说泸溪河边有竹筏坐，我便迫不及待的来到码头，不巧，刚刚走了一班，下一班要二十分钟以后，在等船的空隙，外公给我和弟弟买了水枪，我和弟弟用水枪打起水仗来。清凉的溪水溅在身上，怪舒服的。竹筏来了，导游引我们上去，穿好救生衣，船工用长长的竹篙轻轻一点，竹筏顺势向前漂去，清清的溪水由毛竹的缝隙漫上来，浸到了我的光脚丫，我兴奋地大叫：“好舒服呀!”，我们全家坐在竹筏感受着大自然的清净，顺着泸溪河而下，阵阵凉风迎面而来，凉爽极了。两岸秀丽的风光随着竹筏的前进，都让我看的着迷了，两岸青山一片绿，山峰千奇又百怪，有的像一只没有尾巴的兔子，有的像一把大勺子，还有的像带着紧箍咒的孙猴子，看着又像一个满脸皱纹的老婆婆......

当我们看的眼花缭乱的时候，船工们说：“我们的船要上岸了……”我们许久都还沉浸在这优美的大自然风景中。

我们为了记住这些美丽的景色，我们拍了很多的照片，__山你真美啊!我爱你__山!

Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because

第二天，我早早地就起床了，等待着收割。然后全副武装和三姐还有一个比我小一岁的妹妹来到了田地，走在泥泞、狭窄的路上，觉得不小心就容易滑到田里，会被蚂蟥咬，可这事说来就来，我小心地走着到一个非常泥泞的地方，脚一踩到地上，唰的摔到了田里，我心想：啊!我这乌鸦嘴，，我起不来了!三姐看见后，连忙用力地把我拖了上来，三姐害怕地说：“小心点儿被蚂蟥咬了可不好办呀!”一场惊恐过后，终于到了田里，二姑正在专心致志地收割着。

表妹看见水里有几只小蝌蚪连忙捉了起来，我用泥土建了一个窝把小蝌蚪放进去，把水倒入泥土里，可一下子水就浸入泥里了，于是表妹赶紧又去装水倒入泥巴里，可怜的小蝌蚪在泥里拼命的扭动身体。我和表妹干脆把泥里的小蝌蚪抓出来丢去别人的田地，马上又去水里捉小蝌蚪放在泥窝里，装水放水，丢掉小蝌蚪……就这样重复着玩了几个小时。

这个暑假我过得又欢乐又害怕!

前几天，我去了爷爷家。爷爷住在乡下，于是我就免费体验了一次农家人快乐又辛苦的生活。

爷爷家的番薯又成熟了，我和表弟借此机会想大捞一把——把的番薯当战利品带回去。我们穿好雨鞋，拿好工具，迫不急待地下地去挖。哇!田里的番薯可真多啊。远远望去，一片番薯叶的海洋。在一边的爸爸帮我们拨掉番薯的茎和叶让我们挖。我们拿起工具，在地里找了个地方挖起来。“过来一下，我发现了一根番薯须了!”我兴奋地喊。表弟听了，连忙过来，在须的旁边和我一起不管三七二十一的挖。“快要挖出来了!”我和表弟激动地喊着、叫着。但是，由于我一个不小心，最终导致这个小番署的身体“分家”。在接下来的挖掘过程中，我们一会弄伤这个，一会弄伤那个，挖出来的番薯跟狗啃过似的。总之，挖出来的番薯没有一个是好的。一旁“观战”的老爸看得不耐烦了，于是亲自上阵，不一会儿便挖了不少：大的、小的都有。唉，可怜我们两个“草包”，只能在一旁羡慕了。

收工回来之后的第一件事，就是洗番薯。“刚才挖番薯落后于老爸，这次洗番薯一定不能输了。”我暗暗地叮嘱自己。我们即将面对的是一大堆身上粘满了泥土，脏得不得了的番薯。不过，这对于有着多次洗番薯经验的我来说，无疑是高射炮打蚊子——轻而易举。说干就干，我和表弟找了两把小椅子坐下来，让姑姑给我们打了一盆水，拿了两把刷子。我抓起一个脏得不得了的番薯，用刷子使劲刷它的外衣，直到它被迫脱下它的泥外套为止。表弟见了，也学着我的样子，抓起一个番薯刷起来。渐渐地，那盆水成了泥水，篮子里的番薯也都脱掉了泥外套，露出胖乎乎的身子。而我们呢，却成了两个小泥匠——衣服和手上面到处都是脏水、泥巴。

这次体验农家生活的活动，让我感受到农家人劳动的艰辛与收获的快乐，也体会到收获的果实都来自于辛苦的劳动。

大家好!我的名字叫：李__，今年12岁，是一名马上要上六年级的小学生。暑假的到来令我很高兴。因为可以放松一下，快快乐乐的玩一玩。可是当我在暑假里生活时，却没有我想得那么好。

我只能对自己说一句话：“真的好累，就是累也不能半途而废，加油，相信自己能度过这个难关。”

累是因为在暑假这段时间里，我上午在家写学校布置的作业，下午去上辅导班。说起辅导班我就头疼，妈妈给我报了四门功课，有绘画、书法、英语、奥数。在这四门课中，我最喜欢去上书法课，因为它给我留下了深刻的印像。

我喜欢书法课有二种原因。第一种原因是这个辅导班的题目非常吸引人，名叫金九宫，这个题目还有一种有趣的解释：金九宫的宫格分为九块，每块都是皇帝住的地方，所以称九宫。那个金字呢?它代表着太阳，书法班的墙上写着一句话：金九宫照到哪里，哪里就发亮。第二种原因是我在这个辅导班中学到了不少知识，第一节课老师给我们讲了双姿(坐姿和握姿)，第二节课老师开始教我们点线练习和名称，教了我们四节课，老师才开始教我们练习写字。真是功夫不负有心人，我的字体大有长进。

我要对老师和同学们说：“谢谢你们带给了我知识和快乐，我会继续努力，争取更上一层楼。”

这两天不知为啥特累,在地铁上好不容易坐到个位置,坐下就打瞌睡...

瞌睡到外环,自己就醒了...一路上走回家,感觉是在拖着一个身子...连姿势都是懒洋洋的...

幸亏信箱里有邮购目录,一路走一路浏览,总算拖到6楼...

开了门先脱了衣服,洗了脸手,冷饮冰饮料全拿好,就沙发上一躺...

除非地震,否则别叫我起来...

电视机自己兀自闪烁着,我...渐渐入梦...

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English

and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my

homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon.

Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read

a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

今天天气晴朗，热。

我在6：30很早就起了床。我读英语然后吃早饭。我帮助母亲洗碗。然后做作业打扫房间。下午我和母亲去买东西。然后和朋友们打乒乓球。晚上我看电视、看书。我今天的确很忙、过得很有趣

对我而言，这个暑假是最漫长的，也是最有意义的。

刚放假的时候，心情是无比兴奋的，以为可以不用读书，66无虑地玩两个月。第一、二个星期，每天躲在房间里上网，除了三餐时间，白天都在楼上。从第三个星期开始，就觉得在家很无聊，整天对着电脑发呆。没有同学、老师在身边，听不到朗朗的书声，周围的一切事物都变得无趣，慢慢觉得空虚。

一个月还不曾过去，就开始盼望着开学，回忆着与同学们在一起的快乐时光，便觉得时间好漫长，从来没有觉得时间如此漫长。

第二个月，听妈妈的话跟着姐姐去了她就读的工业大学，去那边学习，补课。心中想着，或许这样时间会过得稍微快些，就当作是消磨时间。大学的面积很大，有4座桥，3个食堂，2家超市，1个图书馆，游泳馆，眼镜店，书店，理发店，报刊亭…让人感到奇怪的是，还有一个幼儿园。我白天在图书馆写作业，看书，晚上在寝室上网。每天可以去超市买零食，每个星期可以去校外吃冷饮，一个月可以逛街3次，表现好还可以去看电影。一开始我以为大学生的生活是很悠闲的，后来才发现要做调查报告，写征文，每天还是很忙碌的。大学生活还算不错，比较有意义，会是一个美好的回忆。

暑假终于即将过去，终于又可以看到可爱的同学们了!

今年夏天，又是一个暑假的结束。

mother could spend more time with me during the Spring Festival. Besides, on the

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

早晨，我们早早来到学校门口集合。老师先把标有1-15这几个数字的数字贴分给开车来的家庭，并告诉开车来的家庭把它贴在自己的车上。离开辅导班之后，我们就按顺序出发了。老师的车在最前面，我和妈妈还有哥哥坐在一位阿姨的车。

上车之后，我兴奋地不得了。真想快速的地到刘双老师家去看看葡萄园是什么样子的?车开在路上，我看到许多美景。过了好久，终于到了刘双老师家，我看到了一大片的葡萄园，美丽极了。

下了车，我们没有立刻涌入果园。老师按照报名顺序，把我们分成A、B两组。老师先给我们讲解了葡萄知识，又让我们抢答问题，答对题多的先进园。

分完组，老师就给我们两组提出问题让我们抢答。抢答很快就结束了，最后我们A组赢了，所以我们A组就先进去摘葡萄。我们先拿了工具—一把剪刀和一个桶，然后我们就进去摘葡萄了。我们到了中间一列摘的葡萄，葡萄的叶子好像人的手掌。我们摘的葡萄很大，摘完后，我才品尝了一下自己摘的大葡萄，之后又品尝了别人摘的小葡萄。呀!我们摘的好酸，刚才听别人说大葡萄很酸，我还不信。现在，我非常后悔自己没有摘小葡萄。

我非常喜欢这次的摘葡萄活动，真令人难忘啊!

Every year on October 4th is the World Animal Day. It is proposed by the

Italian monk St Francis in 12th century. He lives in the forests of Assisi

Island for the long time, building a good relationship with the animals. So he

asks people to express thanks to the animals on October 4th. He sets a good

example for our human beings about how to deal with the relationship with

animals. In order to memorize him and what he does, we make October, 4th to be

World Animal Day. Nowadays, people from all over the world will hold various

activities to celebrate on that day. The aim of this festival is to remind

people to care for all animals and build a harmonious relationship with

them.
