I will be at grade two of middle school this term, I have a new plan. I

want to start running after school. I am not very tall, I want to do the

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

我也反思过，我天不怕地不怕，怎么就偏偏败在了小小的苦瓜上?是我没有决心吗?还是抵制不了它的苦?思来想去，最后决定，一定，一定，一定要把这苦瓜，吃下去!

老爸知道了我的“坚定决心”，当晚就买了一大堆的苦瓜。我呢?虽说下定了“吃苦”的决心，可看到那么多的苦瓜，还是有点发怵。硬着头皮夹起那东西，放到嘴里，嚼都没嚼，舌头都几乎没碰，就赶紧往下吞，我害怕这东西一旦碰住舌头，我就要-------吐了!

从那以后，我也开始慢慢尝试苦瓜的滋味，试图把它变成一种享受。当我“变”得差不多时，老爸发话了：“你多嚼嚼，看嚼到最后，也就是不能再嚼的时候，是什么味道?”我按着他说的做了，猜猜看是什么味?哈哈!自己试试吧!

每天早上，背起书包往学校赶时，总能看见一道不褪色的风景。一个弓着腰，满脸皱纹，几根稀白头发的老人——不，他可能还算不上老人——拉着煤车，蹒跚的走在马路上。车的每一处都是黑的，连人也是黑的，尤其是那张围在胸前的围裙，被磨蹭得黑亮，一条纤细的绳子深深地勒进他的肩膀，两只乌黑的手紧握着车把，露出手背上绷得紧紧的青筋。看不见他的脸，因为他总是低着头，迈着艰难的步伐。每次都能看见他的煤车上有几根树枝。有时他停在路旁垃圾箱边，在箱子里捡出些塑料及硬纸盒什么的，直到觉得没什么捡了，便又背起绳子，继续往前行进。下坡时，为了车子不至于滑冲得太远，他将车把提到肩膀处，让煤车的后底在地上磨擦，权当车刹;但有时煤太多，这也起不了大作用，人被车推着往前奔跑，直到平坦的地面才能叫车停下来;而上坡时，整个躯体几乎要匍匐到地面上，车子像喘着粗气的老牛慢慢地移动着，绳子拉得紧紧的。

我们到了海滩，一望无际的大海映入眼帘。海滩上、大海里都人山人海，非常热闹。沙滩上有的小朋友在玩沙子，有的小朋友在吃雪糕，真快乐啊!大海里，有的小朋友在嬉戏，有的小朋友却悠闲地在水里“泡澡”，真爽快啊!我们找了张桌子，搬来几张凳子，便坐下来。爸爸和他的几个同学一起谈话，我和照宇弟弟、吴广弟弟一起玩沙子。照宇弟弟说：“咱们来挖一个深坑吧!”我们都说：“好!”我们挖呀，挖呀，终于挖了一个很深的坑，接近1米深。照宇弟弟在深坑里踩了一个脚印，我和吴广弟弟也各踩了一个脚印，照宇弟弟还想再踩一下，可却差点儿摔了一跤，惹得我们哈哈大笑!

“书”可以让我增广见识，让我变得更聪明，也可以让我忘记一切烦忧，尽情享受精彩的故事内容;“书”就像一位满腹经纶的学者，当大家有疑问时，书就是解决我的难题的最佳主任;如果不会写字时，字典可以派上用场;如果有历史疑问时，可以查阅福建历史故事;如果喜欢有图画又有文字的阅读测验，就是让我轻轻松松沈醉在阅读中，培养、考验我的阅读能力……所以一进图书馆，总叫我乐不思蜀喔!

今年夏天我迷上了知性、欢乐、温馨——新潮少年文库的套书，那是精选青少年必读的世界名作，内容优美流畅，插图精彩生动，总是让我看得爱不释手、津津有味!我打算利用暑假饱读一番，这就是我酷热的暑假里最想做的事，也是我消暑的最大享受。

People often ask and are asked that what is the most important thing in

life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love,

work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how

to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to

health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise

regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important

part to influence your health. Many studies show that people with a wide range

of social contacts get sick less than those who dont. I always feel better when

I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good

rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.

Health is a problem we should attach importance to. Only build a healthy

body can us live a better life.

人们常常会问或者被问什么是生命中最重要的东西。有的人会回答家庭是最重要的，其他人会说爱，工作和金钱是最重要的。在我看来，健康才是生命中最重要的。但是，怎样保持健康呢?

首先，要积极。对生活的积极态度一定会对健康有好处。它也会给你带来克服疾病的力量。其次，要经常锻炼。经常甚至是每天锻炼能够帮助你建立强壮的身体，这是健康的基础。锻炼可以提高身体抵抗疾病的能力。再次，要多交朋友，因为友谊是影响你健康的重要部分。很多研究表明有广泛的社会交际的人比那些没有的人更少生病。当我跟朋友在一起的时候感觉比独自一人的时候好。最后，饮食合理，休息良好以及建立规律的日常生活对健康也很重要。

健康是我们应该重视的一个问题。只有建立健康的体魄我们才可以过上更好的生活。

暑假期间，我养了很多蚕宝宝，他们都顺利地吐丝结茧，变成了飞蛾，飞蛾都产下了许多卵，这些卵又成了新一代的蚕宝宝，我没有那么多桑叶，无法继续喂养他们，于是我跟好朋友小郭决定把蚕宝宝卖掉。

我把我的蚕宝宝分成两类——大蚕与小蚕，并把它们分别放进两个盒子里，准备卖蚕了!

我把蚕宝宝带到小区景观大道的一把椅子上，开始叫卖。刚开始，基本没人来买，很多人都是看了看就走了，大概他们觉得养蚕宝宝很麻烦吧。于是，我灵机一动，想到一个好办法。许多公司不都是用发传单推销自己的产品吗，我也可以试一试。我飞快地写了几张传单，上上面写着“卖蚕宝宝啦!卖蚕送桑叶啦!多买多送!”，我让小郭发给景观大道上的人们。这下可好了，不一会儿就有顾客上门了。一位老爷爷问我：“小朋友，你卖蚕送桑叶，如果蚕把桑叶吃完了，它岂不是要饿死?”我不紧不慢的回答道：“老爷爷，如果蚕把我的桑叶吃完了，还可以去小区门口的那棵桑树上摘，也可以在网上订购!”老爷爷听了我的话，乐了：“哦，原来是这样啊!”于是，他就买了两条又大又胖的蚕宝宝，我还送了老爷爷一条小的呢!这可是我们的第一位客人，我高兴极了。旁观者见了，也纷纷买了许多，第一批蚕宝宝被顺利卖出，我跟小郭互相击掌祝贺。这时，有人问我为什么不把蚕宝宝直接送给大家?我告诉他们，如果我把这些蚕宝宝送给大家的话，有人可能不会爱惜它们。众人听了都很赞同。

今天的蚕宝宝全部卖完了，我赚了5元，虽然5元并不多，但这是我用劳动换来的。正如克雷洛夫所说：“用劳动换来的面包吃起来才是最香甜的。”我非常兴奋!同时我也真心希望每一条蚕宝宝都能健康成长!
