自小宝落户我家后，老公先后买过六只乌龟给小宝做伴，不知是小龟不适应我家的环境，还是小宝的性格太独，六只小龟先后夭折，最短的只活了一个月，为此儿子很是伤心。在去年九月的桂林之旅中，我偶然看到一个老农挑着担子卖山龟，我给小宝带回了个伴，儿子起名叫山妞。山妞到我家近十个月，只偶尔吃过一些鱼和肉丝。儿子在闲暇时间常常带小宝和山妞到楼下的平台上散步，有时也会把山妞放在小宝的身上，让小宝驮着山妞表演，两个小家伙玩的不亦乐乎。

“昊旻，昊旻，你的山妞好像不行了，山妞在水里漂起来了!”周六的早晨，老公大声喊着儿子的名字。起初我以为老公想刺激儿子，让儿子赶快起床。“不会的，即便是漂起来，山妞也不会有事的……”儿子迷迷糊糊地回应着。我连忙跑到盆边，用手轻轻触动山妞，山妞果然离我们而去了。

终因小宝弱不能敌，十几分钟的奋斗终因失败而告终。只见小宝调转方向，钻进自行车轱辘下，扬起脖子、伸展四肢，想必是在养精蓄锐呢!我实在不忍看到小宝的痛苦状，把小宝用清水冲洗干净后，放回了水盆，我想身为两栖动物的小宝在阳台上爬了很长时间后一定渴望回到水中自己的家。小宝的四肢刚刚接触水盆中的石块，就立刻扑腾起来，只见它划动四肢、摇头摆尾，不时溅起一串串水花，这难道是小宝发泄的方式?这难道是小宝在寄托自己对山妞的哀思?我终不得其解。可有一点我是明白的：我开始喜欢上了小宝!

我的太阳“番”船

以前，我们家都是爷爷烧饭，每次我都会幻想：“要是我也能上一次锅，当一次大厨该多好啊!”今天，机会来了，我亲自下厨，做了一道我最喜欢吃的番茄炒鸡蛋。

所谓“巧妇难为无米之炊”，首先得准备好新鲜的食材。我精心挑选了两个又大又红的番茄和三个草鸡蛋，一切准备就绪，开工啦!

首先，我把两个番茄洗干净，切成一小块一小块的，装进一个碗里。再把三个鸡蛋打进另一个碗里，搅匀。之后，往锅里倒上一点金灿灿的油，放1/8勺的盐，再开火，把搅匀的鸡蛋倒进锅里，只听“吱”的一声，鸡蛋立马就膨胀了起来，大约过20秒钟，把鸡蛋翻过去，再等20秒钟，把鸡蛋弄成一小块一小块，装进盘子中。这时，往锅里再倒些油，把番茄倒进锅里，“噼里啪啦!噼里啪啦!”，你听，番茄正愤怒地吼叫着，仿佛在说：“喂，干嘛把我放进锅里呀?烫死我了!”炒好后，把鸡蛋再倒进锅里，放点水，合起来炒炒，美味的番茄炒鸡蛋就出锅啦!

但是好事多磨，在炒菜的过程中，我进行的也不太顺利。有时会搅蛋搅不匀，有时会把油溅到身上，有时还会把菜炒到外面……这让我明白平时爷爷做饭是多么辛苦，而我有时还挑食，说爷爷烧的菜不好吃，所以，我想对爷爷说一声：“对不起!”

每次在饭店吃饭，我都会看见菜单上有一些奇特的菜名，比如：“蚂蚁上树”、“松鼠桂鱼”……其实都只不过是一道普通的菜。所以我也给我的菜取了个好名字，叫“太阳番船”。我把鸡蛋铺在盘子上，把番茄堆成圆柱形，放在鸡蛋上，这样看起来就像是一艘红色的船航行在金色的海洋上，在太阳的照耀下熠熠生辉。

在炎炎夏日的七月，我参加了重庆时报第__届暑假成长动力特训营，短短的六天让我难忘。

六天里，我们进行过很多艰苦的训练，参加过很多有趣的游戏，最让我难忘的要算第一天的百里夜行军了。

晚上10点开始，我跟着上百人的大部队从出发地出发了，我不知道这是哪里，但我知道，我们的目的是几十公里外的歌乐山营地。每一个队员都背着自己的背包，里面是水壶、一点干粮、手电筒、洗漱用品和换洗的衣物。

十几里走过去了，开始的兴奋被饥渴和疲劳代替，前面永远是延绵不断的山路，背上的背包变得越来越重。我的T恤湿透了，喘着粗气，不时地喝着水。带的水喝完了，顿时觉得嘴唇崩裂，干渴无比，只好用甜食来代替。熬到了第一个休息站，已经晚上三点钟了，我已筋疲力尽，头重脚轻，眼皮重得像灌了铅似的。我的粮食已所剩无几了，看着别人的吃相我不由得一阵羡慕。看着看着我闭上了眼睛，睡着了，但是教练却把我叫醒，说：“现在还不能睡觉，坚持、奋斗到底!”听着教练的鼓励，我便努力支撑着自己沉重的身体，站了起来。

我望着夜空，天空中数不尽的星星在向我微笑，好像是在对我说：“加油!相信自己是最棒的!”这给我增添了信心，又开始了下一段夜行。

天蒙蒙亮了，我与同伴们都变得很非常疲劳，走起路来摇摇晃晃的，似乎喝醉了酒。我们相互牵着手，互相支撑着，迈着一致的步伐共同向前。

教练一直高声地为我们打气加油：“还有五分钟就到了!”这句话后来在我的记忆中甚至睡梦中出现了无数次。我知道，这是教练善意的谎言，它激励了我，不要放弃，坚持就是最后的胜利。早上7点多，营地终于到了，疲惫的我真正的感受到胜利的喜悦和成功的得之不易。

随后几天的训练，我在教练的鼓励和伙伴们的协助下完成了所有的项目，特训营的生活让我感受到了坚持、奋斗和团结才能取得最后的胜利。

让我终生难忘的特训营的生活。

经过两个小时的车程，到达了让我兴奋好久的地方——三峡人家。

刚进去映入我眼帘的是各种小摊，有卖小饰品，小玩具，衣服，帽子，零食……

我们首先去吃了午饭，然后去买了船票，我们一家六口人便上了船，在船上只看见高高的山上，有许多房子，只听见船隆隆的声音。

到了岸上，小摊更多了。走了一段路后，我的眼睛完全被那水迷住了——绿得能看清湖底，那长条的，小个头的鱼儿在墨绿的水藻丛中自由自在地游来游去。更让我惊讶的是，湖上还有许多船，船上有人坐着，有人站着，还有人在吹笛子，也有人在停泊湖边的小船上洗衣服。

“快看!前面那么多人在干嘛呢!”顺着别人指的方向，我看过去，是表演!红灯笼、轿子、鼓、锣，还有贴着喜字的门，莫非是结婚，接着来了一个男的。嗯，说的差不多。听说是他女儿今天想找个如意郎君。伴着锣鼓的声音，许多漂亮的姑娘们伴着新娘下来了，用当地的方言唱了一首我听不懂的歌，然后端着一杯水走到最前排的人面前，很有礼貌地递给了他们。不知道什么时候新娘被一个姑娘扶上了楼。新娘把花球一抛，“啊!”随着一声尖叫，花球被一个小伙子接到了。新娘新郎入洞房，不久，新娘的爸爸妈妈抱出一个小宝宝来。游客们惊呼：“啊，生了。这么快呀!”

表演结束后，我们游客都来到水里嬉水，抓鱼。哇!好多小鱼!于是我便脱掉鞋子，展开身手，拿着矿泉水瓶，抓鱼。唉!最后结果你们也猜到了，一条鱼也没有抓到，真的有点失落。

但在这一天发生了那么事，有趣极了，至今令人回味无穷!

暑假里，为了丰富枯燥的暑假生活，也为了好好锻炼身体，妈妈给我报了羽毛球训练班。我很高兴，在里面转了一转，竟看见了他，以后还指望他能指教指教我呢!

一大早的，我们就开始体能训练，6点钟要到体育场集合。到了那，一听教练说围操场跑5圈!天哪，这可是2000米呀!对于我来说，简直比要命还难。但也没法子，只能跑呗!5圈跑完了，我已经汗流浃背了，跑了16分钟，但我觉得比1小时还长。还没等我喘口气，又是收腹跳50米，蛙跳50米，踢腿走50米，分别2次，太累了!但我想，为了锻炼身体，值了!我一定要坚持下去。终于可以休息了，大家都累得趴下了，我的双腿已经不听使唤了，如果叫我再来一次，我肯定不干!过了5分钟，“3分钟跳绳!”教练一言令下，这消息把我们吓坏了，我们只好拿起绳子不情愿地跳了1分钟，一些人竟想出来一个偷懒的办法，他们看见了不在，马上蹲下，抽了鞋带，再慢慢地系上，也太“聪明”了吧!

一个小时的早练结束了，我大汗淋漓，晚上还要去羽毛球馆，接受专业羽毛球训练。虽然每天很辛苦，但是我体会到了其中的快乐!

暑假到了，我为自我制定了一个计划，让暑假生活多姿多彩。

因为爸爸妈妈都要上班所以我每周五务必在“安亲班”度过。“安亲班”准备了很多课程供我们学习，例如：英语、数学、诗词等。这些课程会让我过得很充实。我自我的计划有：多看课外书，扩宽知识面;学会游泳;帮爸爸妈妈做家务;学习操作电脑等。这些计划都等着我去

完成，我必须会充分利用暑假时光的。当然休闲娱乐也就是不可缺少的，我们全家安排了台东之旅。台东的海岸、初鹿牧场都就是著名的旅游景点，关山还有单车之旅，我想骑完全程〔环镇12公里〕呢!

平时作业很多，正好能够利用暑假放松一下情绪，完成平时没有时光的事。相信我的暑假会过得过得很有好处!
