初中生活的第一个暑假来了，繁忙中我不禁想起了去年此时那个闲暇的暑期，最阳光快乐的、没有任何学习任务的暑假。

屋里的空调肆意的地开着，我裹着薄薄的被子，睡在那个甜蜜，没有作业的美好时光里。那时的我，只有一个兴趣班，吃喝玩乐、游山玩水是那些日子的主题曲。每天早上我睡到九点才醒，懒洋洋的我用了一个小时在床上滚来滚去，脸不洗牙不刷，便于电脑前托着腮帮子，在“我的世界”“生死狙击”中陶醉到午饭时间。伴着葱花的佳肴，我狼吞虎咽之后就又埋头呼呼睡去，似乎是想把六年来缺的觉全部补上。临近傍晚，夕阳的余温虽还未散去，我便和家人在羽毛球场上挥汗如雨，尽情享受自己的青春。我在夕阳下奔跑，在多彩的青春中绽放。所有的快乐，幸福，似乎都凝聚在那个暑假。

八月的我似乎就没在家待过，爬名山，赏名水，几乎游遍全国。可贪玩了两个月的我，没有一刻想去弥补自己的错误、缺点，毫不犹豫地把各项任务交给了今夏，交给初中生活中的第一个暑假。

也许初一的这个暑假是最残酷的，放假的第一天，妈妈便乐呵呵地把暑期课程表摆在我的眼前。我刹那间眼前一黑，感觉嗓子里似乎堵了一块乐西似的。我竭尽所能地睁大双眼，竭尽所能地逼近那清晰又刺目的黑色字体，却还是找不到一点空闲的时间。

数学、英语、物理、练字、画画……

可是，反躬自省，自己难道不需要这些补习班吗?练字班会让我写出灵活舒展、美观漂亮的汉字，对自己来说何尝不是一种满足;素描班会使我画出生动形象、惟妙惟肖的大千世界，对自己来说何尝不是一种享受。再想想那些物理了，数学了，英语了，不都是为开学考作准备吗?凡事预则立，不预则废，想到这些，我忽而沉重的心似乎变得轻松了……

这个暑假有补习班的快乐，上个暑假有玩耍的快乐。

我是一朵淘气的云，今天是我的恶搞老爸日。

爸爸非常贪吃，经常抢我的零食。这时候，爸爸正把手伸向我，说：“严汐月，把你的棉花糖拿给我吃吃!”我灵机一动把自己变成棉花糖，递给了爸爸。就在他要吃的时候，我从他的手上“哧溜”一下跑了出去，他只咬到了一团空气，把舌头都咬疼了。他十分纳闷，好好的一块棉花糖怎就突然不见了呢?我坏笑着说：“一定是棉花糖觉着你太贪吃了，所以才逃走的。”爸爸无话可说，只能默认了。

吃不了棉花糖，爸爸就看手机解闷，我警告他：“再看你的眼睛要废了!”他一边看还一边和我说：“我的眼睛一直都会200度，定型了，你的眼睛如果不好好保护的话读书就慢慢升高了，最后看东西恐怕得用上望远镜、显微镜了。”我非常不满意，想到了一个惩罚他的法子。没过一小会儿，爸爸就有些困了，我立刻变成一片薄薄的云，飞到了爸爸的眼前。他惊醒了，发现自己视线模糊，竟然看不清近边的东西了，他大为吃惊，不禁说：“我的眼睛怎么啦?”我说：“这要怪都怪你，你自己不爱护眼睛。”

冬天，爸爸很早就想去睡觉了。他说：“严汐月，给我拿一条厚一点被子过来!”为了治好他的懒惰病，我自己钻进被套里，盖在他身上，待他睡着后，“呼哧”一下子飞到了天花板上，爸爸被冷得瑟瑟发抖，牙齿打架，看到被子自己飞了起来，惊得目瞪口呆。我说：“叫你这么懒，连被子都讨厌你了!”他只好下了床自己搬被子去了。

经过一段时间的集中整治，加上老妈的配合，老爸的贪吃度下降了，近视度也下降了，勤快度显著升高了。耶——

一阵警笛声响起，一辆消防车从家门口迅速通过。

原本，我们一家人并没在意，但是过了一会儿却发现，消防车就在附近停了下来，从窗口往外望去，整个天空都在浓烟的笼罩中，这时我们一家人才大吃一惊!

过了一会儿，我才反应过来，赶紧让爸妈带我去看热闹。我们赶到火灾现场时已经有很多围观的人了，消防车一辆接一辆地开来，但是消防车的水全都往旁边楼房的墙上喷，水刚碰到火，“啪”的 一声，惊得人们四处逃难，火势不见小，反而越来越大了。加上西风不断地吹来，火焰四处乱舞，有一块飞到了一辆消防车上，消防车也迅速从中退了出来。

“妈妈，这是什么怪火呀，怎么这么厉害?”我不解地问妈妈。

“这是金属镁(Mg)燃烧造成的，据说只有用沙、土才能灭它，可是火势太大，没有人敢进去灭火，只有等它自己烧完。”

又是一声“啪”，火星满天飞舞，人们都躲得远远的。

过了四个多小时，火终于燃烧完了……

暑假，妈妈和爸爸带我去了一个中外闻名的旅游胜地——海南。我们一行人到了许多好玩的地方，比如：森林公园、天涯海角、蜈支洲岛……可我最喜欢的还是——南湾猴岛。

去的途中听完导游简短的介绍后，我们便到达了目的地。下车后又坐了五分钟的缆车就上了岛。一上岛就看见了成群结队的猴子，还有几只母猴子抱着小猴，在树上、房顶上毫不费劲地跳来跳去。别看这些猴子外表挺温柔、挺可爱，可是说它们是一群“野蛮的强盗”一点也不过分。我在地上捡了一个尚未成熟的小椰子准备带回去玩，让爸爸帮我收到背包里，正在这时，一只猴子从爸爸的背后扑上来，吓得爸爸赶忙把小椰子扔给了它，但它还是把爸爸抓了一下。有一个小孩买了一瓶饮料，刚打开瓶盖，一群猴子扑了上来，把饮料给抢走了。听猴岛的工作人员介绍，猴子最喜欢喝酸酸甜甜的饮料，所以饮料是最容易被抢的，相反矿泉水儿子倒不抢。再就是你不能当着猴子的面打开包，猴子以为你掏吃的东西，也会扑过来。以至于以后我们每次打开背包都要左看看，右看看，上看看，下看看，生怕被猴子发现了，像做贼一样。

后来我们还看到了一些受到“高等教育”的猴子，这些猴子为我们表演了精彩的马戏。它们做了一些人才能做的事情，有些比人做得还要好。猴子为我们表演了单杠、吊环、走钢丝，还表演了骑自行车，每只猴子骑着一辆儿童自行车在场地里转圈，动作娴熟，速度快极了。还有一只猴子与山羊一起表演了过独木桥的节目。总之，节目精彩绝伦，让人意犹未尽。

我觉得海南的猴岛很好玩，整个海南都好玩，人们称海南为旅游胜地，真是一点都没错。

Today, I went out with my best friend. When we arrived at the park, it rained. We had to run in the rain because we couldnt find a place to hide. But we still feel happy because we could comfort each other. The rain stopped later and I accompanied her go home. We played in her home for a while and she invited me for dinner. I refused because I feel it will bring trouble to his family. I am happy today because the new term is coming. I really want to see my classmates again.

这次的冠军是施沁颖，在这场比赛中，我知道了一个道理：骄傲使人落后，谦虚使太阳能使人进步。

This winter holiday I stayed at home. I am happy because my father and my

走进意大利馆，就能看见一个巨大的凯旋门，米黄色的板砖上，雕刻了栩栩如生的人物和精心雕琢的花纹，花纹与人物有层次地排放着，不会让人感到眼花缭乱，又不会感到空荡，正是恰到好处。

再往里走，就是意大利馆的展厅了。走进第一个展厅，你会立刻被那奇妙的布局和超凡的想象所吸引，天花板上的一根根弯曲的铁棍上挂着无数把各式各样的椅子，就好像是从地上飞上去的一样，十分独特的艺术。

在这些“飞翔的椅子”下面，是一只巨大的红色高跟鞋，这个巨大的高跟鞋的跟部是无数的小高跟鞋组成的，各式各样的高跟鞋，顶着一只巨大的大红鞋，这真是意大利设计师异想天开之举。

走出这个展厅，你可以看见一面特殊的墙。这面墙上整整齐齐的排放着一个乐团的座位和相应的乐器，每一把椅子都是立着的，就好像那面墙是一个音乐会的舞台。那大提琴，小提琴，长号，萨克斯……连指挥的位置也有!它们的前面放着乐谱，白底黑字的小蝌蚪符，虽然我看不清，但可以模糊的想象到这个乐团将会带给我们多么美妙的音乐会，这一堵音乐之墙，俨然展现着意大利设计者们对音乐的热爱。

在意大利馆里，你会发现惊喜无处不在：整面墙的服装秀，秀出个性，秀出经典;整面墙的啤酒瓶，各式各样的葡萄酒瓶，让你眼花缭乱;天花板上淡黄色的草地，里面夹着红色的小花，让人怀疑自身的位置是否真实;还有那木琴，那在电梯旁边的巨大木琴……总之，来到意大利馆，艺术无处不在，惊奇之中被意大利设计者们的想象力深深折服。

来到意大利馆，可以深深地感受到这个充溢艺术的国度，以和他们对艺术无限的追求。

I went to school at 8am today, my class - the afternoon session starts at

1.10pm, though. I went there early just because of my classmate _X (name), he

二十八这天，超市可谓是忙得不亦乐乎。大伙儿抢着安置年货。大人们满脸喜庆，瓜子、水果在他们手中流传;小孩儿们满心欢喜，巧克力、果冻堆满了他们放货的“小车”。不一会儿，大家便满载而归。

除夕这天，也是一年中最忙、最热闹的一天。孩儿们的第一件大事，无非是买鞭炮等。在那震耳欲聋的“噼啪”声中，第二件大事——“买各种玩意儿”拉开了序幕。在家中，但人们也是手忙脚乱的，把各种冰冻了的菜做成各类美味的佳肴。当天晚上，是要吃年夜饭的。小孩儿捧出雪碧，大人们端来了“鸡鸭鱼肉”等——尤其是与，断然少不得的——全家人聚在一块儿，美美地吃上一顿。当晚，大家都要熬夜看“春节联欢晚会”，还千万不能忘给小辈们一份压岁钱。万家灯火只待过了子时方才消逝在夜幕之中。

年初一，一大早爆竹声便响起来了。大家穿上新衣服，揣上几个苹果，便去“登门拜年”了。

元宵节，咱这的光景与北京大不相同。咱这儿不赏灯，也不猜灯谜，只看那烟花在空中慢慢“绽放”，就已是一种美的享受了。

春节，一股脑儿的功夫，在鞭炮声中欣然而来，又在人们的无限祝福语之中，欣然而去。

People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never

give up. I agree with it. The power of insistence is infinite. It can bring us

to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned

time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished

it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my

house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation.

When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but

thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and refused to leave

a healthy mind and body. Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to

be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose

to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor

performance and iiihealth. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends

very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such

characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others

lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress,

in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a

choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the

difference between life or death.The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so

extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is

when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that

health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and

heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress

from our lives (it would be unwise to do so even if we could), we need to find

ways to deal with it.
