I think its very important for everyone to do sports. I like sports

because theyre not only good for my health but also good for my study. My

favorite sport is swimming. Whenever I am free， I will have a swim with my

friends in the swimming pool. After swimming，I usually feel happy and relaxed.

Whats more，Ican put more energy into my study. So lets do sports，and we will

become stronger and stronger.

Nobody can always happy,if you have something bad,what do you want to

do?And how do you feel? I know we should learn to control your feelings,it is

very important ,and i think it good for us to understand problem,and we can make

friends easily,because terrible heart can make us so bad,so we should have a

good heart to face the life,happily to solve them. We must believe

Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.

One reason is that if we give up easily, we will achieve nothing. It is not

unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not

feel discouraged. Besides, if we always give up when fail happens, we will can

not develop new skills. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to

reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed

in other areas of our lives.

Probably the greatest example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. Born into

poverty, Lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight

elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could

have quit many times - but he didnt and because he didnt quit, he became one

of the greatest presidents in the history of America.

Lincoln was a champion For the reason that ---he ,never gave up.

In short, no matter you succeed or not, you can learn something, no matter

I always imagine how nice if I can fly, I am so free, I can fly to the

place I want to go to. If I have the wing, I will fly to my hometown and see its

beautiful scenery, the trees must be so green and the water must be so clean. I

also want to fly to the Great Wall, I have heard about it long time ago, I want

to appreciate its beauty.

It’s the first day of school. Mike wants to go back to school. He wants to

see his friends. He wants to meet his new teacher.

Mike gets up early in the morning. He washesand eats his breakfast. Then he

rides his bike to school. He sees his friends on the playground. He plays

hide-and-seek with them. In the classroom, Mike meets his new maths teacher. Her

name is Mrs. Green. Mike likes Mrs Green. She can speak English very well. He

thinks she is a nice teacher.

A boy lives near my house and I never know his name. Every day, he will

bring some food to the homeless dogs and cats. Sometimes when I am passing

through, I see what he does. He is so kind that I decide to make friends with

him. He is talkative and have a lot of funny things to share. What a lovely

boy.

There was once a little boy that wanted to be a good captain, but he knew

that he was too poor for that; and so he made up a plan to go a world called

Penny. It was a funny name but he didn’t mind. He also thought that his family

wouldn’t let him to go on such a long trip, for Penny that world was a

hundred100 miles more away. It was a very, very long journey for a boy only 10

years old to do.

He insisted that in the night where nobody could find him gone; and so he

set off in 1981, where he could find some kind people in New York. He got his

purse, and set off on his journey a day before the year; he went off at March,

starting with bare feet; he met on his way a little girl wishing so much for

money, and he picked up his purse; but found out that he had but only a little

bit of copper coins, there was not enough for her.

He stopped a while for about 10 days to find a job to earn money; he was

always kind, and was willing to help others when they are in need. At last he

got 100 cents with was 100 silver coins, and that paid the little girl

wealthily, he still kept the copper coins in emergencies.

After two more days of journeying, he found a place where it was icy and

cold, he knew that he couldn’t make it to Penny in time, and, so, made a

comfortable shelter to stay in until spring; where he came out happily, and

started off in 1982. When he at last reached Penny, he found a good job, and

paid it off with the copper coins.

He preferred the money to his whole family, and got $100 in return to the

kind people with which helped him when he was like, in trouble or something

like. That, it was good that nobody ever questioned him where he was that whole

time when he went back; but he was still glad that he got to help his family.

When he recovered, he felt a little bit sad, and lay down; the next morning when

his parents came into his recovering house to take him home to rest and play,

they found his two hands clasped on his white covered sheet bed, as if dead.

This place comes where his parents were shocked; they knew that this was

the boy’s last sleep, the cried bitterly all night long, while there was still a

smile on the hero’s face.
