Qing Dynasty emperors also used this place to hold audience and for other important ceremonies. It functions both as decoration and fire control .The five bridges spanning the river represent the five virtues preached by Confucius :benevolence, righteousness, rites, intellence and fidelity. The river takes the shape of a bow and the north-south axis is its arrow. This was meant to show that the Emperors ruled the country on behalf of God.

Looking at the blossom and the green leaves on the trees I still remembered the flowers falling down last year , the yellow leaves dancing in the air last autumn ,but now ,I just see them flashing in the sunlight ! I like to smell the fragrance of flowers , to see the new green trees and hear the singing of small birds . Besides, the climate of spring is pleasant . During the spring , we can take on lighter clothes without worrying whether we will catch a cold !

I love this beautiful season , no matter in the school or outside can we feel the spring everywhere . I love this meaningful season , because its full of vitality ,full of hope !
