Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. 我们出发的那天由于下雨，导致飞机晚点，从深夜11：30一直等到凌晨四点钟才坐上了飞机，经过三个小时的航行，到了普吉岛已经是的早晨七点钟。导游给我们安排的酒店有游泳池，我刚上楼就迫不及待的换上游泳衣，跳到了游泳池里。“哇！好深！”我大叫，正好有一些水呛进了嘴里，这水是咸的、也是甜的。我才游了一会儿，妈妈就叫我起来吃早餐，我不情愿的从游泳池里上来。

船开到一个海水很平静的地方时，阿奇导游说：“准备下水潜浮了”。我带上了蛙镜和面包跳到了海水中。我一边潜水，一边喂面包给鱼儿吃，一会就游来了许多许多小丑鱼，鱼儿把我都围了起来，还我的手指当成了面包咬了一口，有刺痛的感觉。我这个恶作剧大王马上响起了一个坏主意。我马上上了船，然后把面包揉成一团，扔到了徐扬的旁边，立刻引来了大群的小丑鱼来争抢。它们把徐扬也当成了面包，去咬他，徐扬疼得哇哇大哭。“好疼啊，不要咬我啦，可恶的鱼儿，亮亮你别扔了。”看到徐扬难受的样子，我赶紧停止了仍面包。

第二天阿奇导游又带我们去骑大象。我和妈妈坐同一头大象，我心里充满了恐惧，因为大象太抖了，我生怕会掉下去。管大象的人用铁钉钉了一下大象，大象走路平静多了。走了一圈后，我们回到了骑大象的地方。我买了香蕉奖励大象，拿了一根香蕉远远地丢在了大象的鼻子上，大象一下就卷到了嘴里，一秒钟吃了一个，我又丢了些香蕉在大象的鼻子里，大想吃得可高兴了。

下午我们坐船到了猴子沙滩，我到了沙滩上就赶紧去找螃蟹，我刚抓到了一只，就看见山上一下窜出了一群猴子，把我们的饼干给抢走了。我马上抓起一个沙球扔过去，猴子丢下东西一溜烟地跑走了。后来阿奇说这里的猴子可厉害了，还会咬人。吓了我一大跳，赶紧到海边游泳去了。

今年的暑假里，我报名参加了游泳班。游泳不仅锻炼身体，还可以让我感受清凉夏日呢！

到了游泳馆，泳池里热闹非凡，人们穿着各式各样、五颜六色的泳衣在水中快活的游着。教练首先教我们憋气：手捏住鼻子，潜入水底。呵呵！我学得很快很好，我是我们班第一个先开始学蛙泳的。教练教我让自己浮在水面上，憋着气，然后用大腿带动小腿收脚、然后蹬、最后再合上，连续两次之后，手划成一个小桃子形，将头抬起呼吸，这样就是标准的蛙泳的姿势了。蛙泳听起来简单，做起来并没有那么容易。需要手脚配合，如果在水中乱了套，手舞足蹈地就会沉到水底，容易发生意外。

暑假最美好的时光莫过于去祖国的大好山水，观看自然奇观。早就听说莫干山哪儿风景如画，于是这个暑假，我们便去哪儿大饱眼福。

早早地起了床，我们坐车随着盘山公路尤山脚向山腰出发。莫干山的盘山公路蜿蜒曲折，好似一条巨龙缠绕在山上。约三十分钟，从车内往下俯视，哇!真美啊!云雾缭绕，恍如仙境。远处的高山若隐若现，淹没在这乳白色的云雾之中。近处的山，绿叶衬这云雾，也别有一番风味。

剑池，又叫龙泉。首先映入眼帘的便是波光粼粼的池水。这是炼剑时用的淬火。绕着池水走一圈，还会发现池水周围有很多棵树。

压轴戏来了!继续往下走，隐隐约约能听到水流冲击的响声。快了，快到了。哇!真是气势磅礴!真是百闻不如一见!真是壮观到溢于言表继续走向桥下，从下观看瀑布。强烈的水风使我们睁不开眼。水滴掉在我们脸上，真疼啊。这一泻千里的瀑布和庐山瀑布有的一拼。

之后我们还参观了许多景点，却都不如剑池那样壮丽。希望下次暑假还能来到这儿!

放假了，我想学游泳，爸爸就带我去报名参加游泳班。学游泳的地方是我们县城的淯江河，这条河从竹海流来，绕城而过，学游泳的河段距离下游的拦河闸不远，所以这儿的水很平静，河床也比较平坦，河水的深度保持在一米四五，这真是一个学游泳的好地方!下水后，我发现河水很清，清得看得见脚下的小鹅卵石;水凉凉的，把身上的热气一下就带走了。教练教游泳就三个步骤：换气、手上动作、脚上动作。

每天六点钟，闹钟一响我就起床，换上泳裤，带上装备就出发了。教练先让我们做热身操，然后戴上泳帽和防水眼镜下水，一开始练习的就是换气。在齐胸的河水里，先深吸一大口气，然后迅速把头埋在水里，像鱼儿一样在水里缓缓吐气，一串串水泡就从脸边上往上溜走。气吐完了，便又露出水面深呼吸。这样反复练习，我做了一百多次。

接下来，教练就开始训练我们的手上动作。他先示范给我们看，手要像剑一样从胸前快速往前方射出去，再往两侧划水，最后要把手收到胸前。我练习这个动作时老是出错，双手划水后我总把手放在两肋。教练发现一次纠正一次，在他的耐心帮助下，我用了很长一段时间，终于纠正过来了。

手上动作会了就学脚上动作了。教练教我们两脚弯曲，小腿贴着大腿，然后分开，把脚掌向外翻并用力一蹬，身子就会往前游动。脚上动作配合手上动作，就不会往下沉了。我们练习了好一会儿，把手和脚练习协调了，就基本上能游动了。

最后是训练耐力，每次在教练指定的路线游20个来回。距离并不算远，估计只有10多米吧，但一开始我们都练得气喘吁吁，很是吃力。坚持几天后，我们就习惯了，还能直接游到河对岸再回来。

学会了游泳，我心里乐滋滋的。游泳不仅可以带来快乐，还可以锻炼身体，更重要的是，它还是一项求生的本领。

今天是个好日子我要去拍古装照，于是我邀请了马梦宁与我一起去影楼。我们在妈妈的带领下来到了“古今摄影”。

一进大门就有一个阿姨热情的迎了上来，妈妈报了预约号，这位阿姨就让我们去挑选衣服。里面的衣服五花八门，看的我眼花，我也不知道我要选那一套衣服了。我这次拍照要选四套衣服，还要出外景，最后在影楼阿姨的介绍下终于选好了衣服。于是我被另一个阿姨领到一张椅子上坐下，她开始帮我化妆和做头发。我闭着眼睛让她在我的脸上涂涂抹抹，一会儿按她要求睁眼一会儿按她要求闭眼，忙个不停啊。不一会儿一个像我又不像我的“小美人”诞生了。我心想：“难怪有人说化妆术能改变一个人。”

我穿上挑的那件衣服，立马一个古装小美女出现在了镜子前。我臭美地在镜子前看了又看，就是热了些。后来我们去了莫愁湖去拍外景，我按照摄影师的要求不停的换动作。天又热，衣服又长，真是为了美我也拼了。

后来我们又随着摄影师回到了摄影棚里继续拍照，在这里，帮我化妆的阿姨一双妙手根据我的衣服变化着我头上不同的头饰。我一会儿变成了美丽神秘的印度公主，一会儿变成了仪态万千的尊贵皇后，一会儿又变成了活泼可爱的清代格格。

最后，当我看到电脑里我刚才辛苦摆造型的样子变成了一张张美丽的相片时，还是很高兴的。
