在夏令营，我尽然发烧了，真是没有想到啊，我竟然发烧了呀!自从我上初中以来，我就没有再发过烧了，本打算直到初中毕业都不发烧的，不发烧的事儿啊，就这样打破了，真的是好不甘心啊!!!

在这十二天里，我交了许多朋友——陈献丹、宋世琳、度新怡、徐玉洁、石婧、兰婷俞(都是宿舍里的)、肖明芳(我的干姐姐)!!!这些朋友，我这一生都不会忘记她们的!在这十二天里，他们给予了我很多的帮助呢!真希望能够再见到她们啊，我想，我们一定会再见面的。

我们班有五位老师——孔德强老师(主讲)、李雨蒙老师、辜玉璇老师、郑婧老师、陈果老师(助教老师)。但是，其中有一位老师不知道是什么原因走了(陈果老师)，好舍不得他啊!我们在班上分四个小组，李雨蒙老师就是教我们这个组的助教老师呢!我最喜欢李雨蒙老师了呢!

在夏令营，我跟班主任老师和三位同学组成了一个小家庭，我们有一个保姆(林保浩)但是因为想回家，就提前走了。在我们这个小家庭的成员有：班主任老师刘书颖(干妈)、陈鑫强(大哥，简称“小强”)、钟乔(二哥)、肖明芳(三姐)、剩下的就是我了(小妹)!!!我们可是一个幸福的小家庭呢!!!

我有一个从六月到八月暑假。我很高兴，因为我能做许多事情。

I went to the beach and I swam in the sea.I called my friend and played with them.I visitde my grandparents and ate much delicious food.But in August,there is a first tyhoon.With terrifying fear and my mother bought some food.I was very unhappy,because I could not played out side.

中午：被老妈骂过了的我更是十分小心，生怕说错了什么再被老妈宰一回，啊!终于逢凶化吉，自动要求洗碗，“砰”的一声，抬头一看，老妈正一脸怒气对着我，我真是世界上最最悲哀的人。

下午：被伙伴说成十分“晦气”的人，一人独自在家，看电视，没想到在家绊了一更头!太衰了!

晚上：在床上看电视的我，被老妈冷不丁揪下来，又要去洗碗，结果又“平”的一下……

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. 每天六点钟，闹钟一响我就起床，换上泳裤，带上装备就出发了。教练先让我们做热身操，然后戴上泳帽和防水眼镜下水，一开始练习的就是换气。在齐胸的河水里，先深吸一大口气，然后迅速把头埋在水里，像鱼儿一样在水里缓缓吐气，一串串水泡就从脸边上往上溜走。气吐完了，便又露出水面深呼吸。这样反复练习，我做了一百多次。

接下来，教练就开始训练我们的手上动作。他先示范给我们看，手要像剑一样从胸前快速往前方射出去，再往两侧划水，最后要把手收到胸前。我练习这个动作时老是出错，双手划水后我总把手放在两肋。教练发现一次纠正一次，在他的耐心帮助下，我用了很长一段时间，终于纠正过来了。

手上动作会了就学脚上动作了。教练教我们两脚弯曲，小腿贴着大腿，然后分开，把脚掌向外翻并用力一蹬，身子就会往前游动。脚上动作配合手上动作，就不会往下沉了。我们练习了好一会儿，把手和脚练习协调了，就基本上能游动了。

最后是训练耐力，每次在教练指定的路线游20个来回。距离并不算远，估计只有10多米吧，但一开始我们都练得气喘吁吁，很是吃力。坚持几天后，我们就习惯了，还能直接游到河对岸再回来。

学会了游泳，我心里乐滋滋的。游泳不仅可以带来快乐，还可以锻炼身体，更重要的是，它还是一项求生的本领。

暑假在家的时候，我偶然收看了由北大专家播讲的《怎样提高学习效率》节目。看完后，我觉得自己收获很大，让我对学习有了新的认识。

这个节目主要为我们介绍了科学的学习方法-―-超强记忆法，其中有数字编码记忆法，定位记忆法，巩固记忆法，习惯记忆法，卡片记忆法等。它告诉我们：针对不同的科目，不同的时间要采用不同的记忆方法，长期坚持下去，会提高学习效率。

我原来背诵课文和英语单词，背得特别费劲，总也背不下来。现在，经过专家的指教，我初步掌握了“背诵记得牢”的方法：首先要注意力集中，然后要定任务，找窍门，要背一个单词或一篇短文，在背得滚瓜烂熟的基础上，第二天还应检查效果怎样。还要及时复习，利用课间下课时，把上节课学的知识复习一下，如果回忆不起来，记在遗忘本上。最后要强化训练。先把要背的.东西，仔细看一遍，合上书默写，能写多少算多少，然后再看再写，直至全部默写下来为止。

今后，我要把这种方法应用到学习中，争取早日把自己的学习成绩提高上来，让自己有较大的收获。

当然，要做好这些健康是最重要的，所以为了完成我的计划，我要每天坚持锻炼，或骑自行车、或游泳、或散步。

既然制定了计划，就要按计划完成，如果不按计划完成，就等于白制定。所以我一定要认真完成自己制定的计划，不敷衍了事。
