我不是太懂做菜，但我经常去看爸爸妈妈做菜，有一些菜的步骤我还是知道的，就是不敢去尝试如何做菜。表姐与我不同，有时候经常去看舅舅做菜，有时候很少去看舅舅做菜，让我们看看下面，就知道表姐的学习成果了。

有一次，爸爸、舅舅、芬芬都不回来吃午饭，家里只有外婆、表姐、华华和我，因为外婆年纪大了，我们三个有不会做菜，芬芬早晨的时候就先做好了菜，留给我们中午吃。

到了中午，把所有菜都端上桌后，表姐发现所有的菜里面竟然没有汤，对于表姐来说，那可不行，表姐一日两餐前都要喝汤水，所以表姐决定亲自下厨。

进了厨房，表姐先把已经洗好的菜直接放进锅里，她本来想放盐的，我说：“表姐，你还没有放油呢！”表姐一听，赶紧把油倒在锅里，后来才放的盐。这个时候，传来一股糊味，显然，是从表姐煮出来的菜里面传出来的，然后，表姐赶紧放了一些水，煮了一小会儿，就放到碗里，端出去了。煮的过程中，我告诉表姐，应该先把水烧开先，然后放油，再放菜，最后放盐。她不听我讲，端出去之后，我尝了尝青菜的味道，真的有一股糊味，尝过之后，我甚至都害怕表姐煮的汤水了。

通过这次煮菜，我明白了一个道理：做什么事都要事先把过程了解清楚，不能只知道其一，不知其二。像表姐一样，别人做菜的时候只是偶尔看一眼，没有把一道菜煮的全过程了解，没有亲自动过手，又怎么会做得出一盘色香味俱全的菜呢。

As the summer vacation is coming,our class made a discussion about its plan,and students had different ideas.

Some students prefer to stay at home.They believe its convenient for them to do anything they want at anytime,and dont have to worry about what they eat and where they get sleeps for their parents will prepare everything ready.Whats more,it wont cost much money for them to stay at home,and their payment is mainly connected with the electricity charges.However,they miss the good chance to get to know the outside world so that they are not able to broaden their field of view.

However,some other students would like to go outside for visits.They think that only in this way can they know more about the world,including the local customs and traditions,by the way,their horizon can be greatly broadened.But the disadvantage is that they have to pay more about the accommodation.

In my opinion,do some proper going out is good for our health and it can help us relax to better meet the new term.

Today was the vacation last day, I reorganized own went to school with the thing in the home, this vacation might be really quick, made me extremely not to give up, tomorrow also will be the new semester.

I plan to go to travel alone this summer vacation. I have traveled several times, but gone with my family or friends, never did it alone. I want to do it once, so I can train myself to be stronger and more confident. I told my parents about my plan, they supported me very much, and they thought it is a good opportunity to help me grow up. They also told me many tips of traveling and prepared the package for me. I am grateful that my parents understand me and respect my decision. I won’t let them down.

我计划这个暑假独自去旅行。我曾经去旅游过几次，但是都是跟我家人或者朋友去的，从来没有自己去过。我想独自旅行一次，这样可以锻炼自己更坚强更自信。我把我的计划告诉了我的父母，他们非常支持我，还认为这是帮我成长的一个号机会。他们还告诉了我许多旅行要点，并帮我准备行李。我非常感激父母的理解以及他们对我的决定的尊重。我不会让他们失望。

暑假在家的时候，我偶然收看了由北大专家播讲的《怎样提高学习效率》节目。看完后，我觉得自己收获很大，让我对学习有了新的认识。

这个节目主要为我们介绍了科学的学习方法-―-超强记忆法，其中有数字编码记忆法，定位记忆法，巩固记忆法，习惯记忆法，卡片记忆法等。它告诉我们：针对不同的科目，不同的时间要采用不同的记忆方法，长期坚持下去，会提高学习效率。

我原来背诵课文和英语单词，背得特别费劲，总也背不下来。现在，经过专家的指教，我初步掌握了“背诵记得牢”的方法：首先要注意力集中，然后要定任务，找窍门，要背一个单词或一篇短文，在背得滚瓜烂熟的基础上，第二天还应检查效果怎样。还要及时复习，利用课间下课时，把上节课学的知识复习一下，如果回忆不起来，记在遗忘本上。最后要强化训练。先把要背的.东西，仔细看一遍，合上书默写，能写多少算多少，然后再看再写，直至全部默写下来为止。

今后，我要把这种方法应用到学习中，争取早日把自己的学习成绩提高上来，让自己有较大的收获。

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave the friends and the teachers. I hope I can go to summer camp again next year.

我去夏令营度假。第一天，我们去了美丽的海滩。这是一个阳光和炎热的一天，所以我们去游泳。水是温暖的，我们玩得很开心。然后第二天，我们去了山区。有许多树木，我非常喜欢他们。在最后一天，我们有一个盛大的派对。我们高兴地载歌载舞。我们不想离开朋友和老师。我希望明年我可以再次去夏令营。
