中午，和爸爸一起扔竹竿，很多人就有疑问了，这是哪个民族的习俗，让我告诉你吧!这只是我们家唯一一个有这个习俗。规则是：看谁投得远，投得准，这要由两个人组成一组玩，才能玩。一个人拿着竹竿扔，另一个人拿着一个超大号的篮子，接竹竿。这可是要看两人之间的配合、默契，才能胜利、成功。我和爸爸可是老队友，只要我们俩在一起，不会不赢的。

下午，我就和我的妹妹，我的姐姐一起玩，两人向前冲，规则是：一个人的右脚和另外一个人的左脚绑起来，然后向前冲，我跟我姐姐也是老队友了，每次我们上场，就会按1、2 1、2的节奏走起来。

暑假是缤纷的，暑假是多彩。在这个暑假里，我“吃”到了一身中最美的东西……

就在考完式的第二天下午，我们便带着满怀的好心情，踏上了开往五道幢的汽车。经过4小时的旅程，我们到达了目的地，我们在车上受尽了“折磨”便草草的睡下了。

第二天清晨（6点）我们便听到了响亮的口哨声（我们和老师约好的暗号）：教官来了！我们边穿衣服变不满的嘀咕：这是什么教官，一大早就把我们叫起来，这不是强人所难吗！可是这是军训，我们也没办法，只好以最快的速度穿衣。洗漱。在以我最快的的速度奔向训练场。可惜，还是晚了一步。那个虎背熊腰的教官已经到了，见我刚来，半话没说就指着条小路说：“你为着这条小路跑一圈吧！”说完便扭头训斥后一个迟到生了。

我望了一眼那条小路，连边都看不见。我打了个寒蝉------这要跑的什么时候啊！算了跑就跑吧，反正我体力好。跑了一圈，我不告数你我怎么样了，但我在路上是休息28次，喝了3瓶水；午饭没吃，晚饭也没吃，就想躺在床。

不过，教官的心情终于多云见晴同意带我们去攀岩！我们谁都抵御不了攀岩的诱惑，在教官的带领下一路狂奔，跑到了攀岩的地点。我们望着硕大的岩石，不禁心生怯意。我不自信的想：“我能行吗？”轮到我了，我慢慢的走上去，双腿像灌了铅一样。一步、两步；一蹬，两蹬；此时此刻，我仿佛觉的身上压了千斤巨石，寸步难行。我终于到了半山腰了，我的体力以尽在没有力气向上爬了。我顺着绳索滑了下来。虽然这次我没能爬到山顶，但是我挑战了我的人生极限。我高兴的笑了，可头上却布满水……

在这个暑假里，我“吃”到了我一生最美的东西，那就是苦啊！

暑假发生在我身边的趣事实在太多太多了，但是最令我难忘是北海银滩之旅。

天气特别酷热，我表姐决定带我去北海银滩冲浪，我听了格外高兴。我们来到了北海银滩，一眼望去，洁白无瑕的白云在湛蓝的海面上轻轻地飘荡，太迷人了天海相接。还有银白色的沙滩连着无边无际的大海，如果你只身在这样的美景你会心旷神怡的。

我迫不急待地向大海奔去，哇，在这样酷热的夏天能在大海里冲浪那是一件很惬意的事。突然，一个大浪向我扑来，我来不及跳起来，一口又咸又苦的海水呛得我鼻子火辣辣的。

这时表姐见我被海水呛到也急忙将我扶起来，我还没有站稳又一个大浪向我扑来，把我掀得老高，吓得我大叫，哪知海浪又猛地落下来，把我卷入海底，搅得我满嘴满都是沙子海水。

此时的我已经筋疲力尽，可是我玩得很开心，渐渐地天色也暗了下来，不知不着也来了傍晚，我也依依不舍地离开了北海银滩。

今年的暑假似乎过得特别快，转眼间又要开学了！真的有些舍不得啊！

暑假的暖流吹进过我的脸颊，暖暖的，润润的，我在暑假中与大自然有了第一次的亲密接触。啊，真是太爽了！这个暑假让我见识了许多，首先是7月22日的罕见的日全食，这么一个不平凡的现象被我这个平凡的人看到，便有了不平凡的感受。这是人类历的全食时间最长的一次日食，在看着这一神奇的自然现象时，我的心情无比激动，我想大家也一定是这样吧！我在观看了这激动人心的一景后，久久伫立在窗前，不忍离去。希望我有幸还能在感受一下这激动人心的感觉！

中国的长城举世闻名，俗话说“不到长城非好汉”，我这次就体验了当一回好汉的感觉，看见这高高的长龙般的城墙，我胆怯了。但想到只要爬上这长长的城墙，我就可以体验什么是好汉，我又鼓足了勇气。我成功了！我爬到了这梦寐以求的位置。

在这次的暑假中，我收获很多，感受着大自然带给我们的乐趣，品味着富饶祖国带给我们的美好生活，我突然觉得我是多么幸福！在接下来的时间里，我一定会取得更好的成绩，我相信！

如果你问我最喜欢哪一门课，我会毫不犹豫地说:“我最喜欢英语课。”英语是世界上用处最多的语言我必须学会英语，如果不会英语，怎么能潇洒自如地纵横四海!

在英语课上，我总是仔细地听老师讲课，认真地想老师对我们提出的问题，上完课后，我经常和我的朋友们一起说英语，温习课堂上所学到的新知识。这是提高英语水平的好办法呢!

此外，我还坚持天天用英语写日记。如果遇到了我表达不好的词或句子，我则会去向老师那求帮助，我想我不停的练习英语，我的英语一定会有所进步，当然，有时候我也买一些我喜欢的英语故事书，它们对我来说有着很大的帮助，每当读完一本书时我会感到无比的自豪，在我的课外时间里，我经常看英语电视节目，英语电影和听英语歌，动人的情节，悦耳的歌由经常让我感到无比兴奋。我在课外学到的知识对我考试有着巨大的帮助，班上考试常常让我得前三名。我一定还要努力争取次次都得到第一名。

在各种各样功课里，我最喜欢英语。学会了英语我就可以潇洒自如的纵横四海呢。
