今天是领成绩报告单的日子，也是暑假的前一天。不知是天公作美还是老师们挑的日子好，今天不仅是第一天，也是最后一天!

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way.

I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so.

I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

8时12分，重庆合川看到初亏!8时16分，湖北罗田看到初亏。。。过了十多分钟后太阳逐渐亏缺，成为弯月形、金钩形，直至出现璀璨的钻石环和贝利珠，接着太阳被遮住最后一道光芒，白天瞬间成了黑夜。几分钟后，光线一点点地从黑色圆球的周边发散，太阳逐渐复圆。钻石环真漂亮!

很多人说：“想活多52017年。”这是没有可能的。看贝利珠共发生两次，一是发生食既之前，一是生光之后。贝利珠现象就是太阳逐渐被遮住，剩下了最后一点，像一个小珠子一样。看色球层，在日全食阶段，非常明亮的光球被遮住了，相对来讲暗弱的色球就会被看到。色球本身是玫瑰色，非常漂亮，它仅仅在食既阶段和生光阶段前后十几秒之内可以看到。看天空和环境，日全食的时候，很多星星可以看到，快到食既的时候天空迅速变暗，金星、水星依次出现，非常明亮。

这次的日全食真是让人惊叹!当天变暗时，更加漂亮!

每天六点钟，闹钟一响我就起床，换上泳裤，带上装备就出发了。教练先让我们做热身操，然后戴上泳帽和防水眼镜下水，一开始练习的就是换气。在齐胸的河水里，先深吸一大口气，然后迅速把头埋在水里，像鱼儿一样在水里缓缓吐气，一串串水泡就从脸边上往上溜走。气吐完了，便又露出水面深呼吸。这样反复练习，我做了一百多次。

接下来，教练就开始训练我们的手上动作。他先示范给我们看，手要像剑一样从胸前快速往前方射出去，再往两侧划水，最后要把手收到胸前。我练习这个动作时老是出错，双手划水后我总把手放在两肋。教练发现一次纠正一次，在他的耐心帮助下，我用了很长一段时间，终于纠正过来了。

手上动作会了就学脚上动作了。教练教我们两脚弯曲，小腿贴着大腿，然后分开，把脚掌向外翻并用力一蹬，身子就会往前游动。脚上动作配合手上动作，就不会往下沉了。我们练习了好一会儿，把手和脚练习协调了，就基本上能游动了。

最后是训练耐力，每次在教练指定的路线游20个来回。距离并不算远，估计只有10多米吧，但一开始我们都练得气喘吁吁，很是吃力。坚持几天后，我们就习惯了，还能直接游到河对岸再回来。

学会了游泳，我心里乐滋滋的。游泳不仅可以带来快乐，还可以锻炼身体，更重要的是，它还是一项求生的本领。

暑假里的一天，我正在做作业。

It was sunny and warm today. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. 今天，我，爷爷，哥哥，妹妹和舅舅一起去农村的池塘游泳。

我拿着救生圏放在水中，把脚放进去，蹲在梯子上，哦!忘了告诉你们，从边上到中间有一条很长的水路，我慢慢地向中心游去，等待哥哥和妹妹他们，不一会哥哥和妹妹他们来了，我们一起在水中玩耍，我大声喊：“舅舅，快点来游泳。”舅舅好像没听见似的，就故意和我们玩捉迷藏，舅舅趁我们不注意的时候，偷偷钻进水里，然后潜到底下，悄悄的靠近我们，再从水底下“哗”地出现在我们面前，我以为是水怪呢!我们吓得四处逃窜。我和妹妹都吓得出来了。

后来，我和妹妺比赛游泳，看谁游得快。结果是妹妹贏了。

我们今天玩得真开心!太阳下山了，我们要回家了!
