8月16日的早晨，我们到达了北京，刚一出站，走上天桥，往下一看，街道上人来人往，大马路上车水马龙，北京真是一个繁华而又宽广的城市!走在大街上，居民的房子大都是古老的房子，而大楼却全都是新的，真是一个古老而又有一点崭新的大北京。

北京的景点数登八达岭长城，八达岭长城是因四通八达而得名，是中国人民用劳动得来的成果。长城上的青砖一块就有上千斤重，不难想像，当时秦始皇造长城用了多少人力和物力呀。

北京的特色小吃有许许多多种，其中最主要的就莫过于北京烤鸭了。北京烤鸭是经过特殊工序，然后再经过烤炉烤制而成，出炉时鸭皮成全红色，十分好吃。呆在北京的最后一个晚上，我有幸看到了降国旗。降国旗先是一队拿枪的士兵走在有灯光的桥上，然后降下国旗，最后护送国旗走进天安门。

回沙市前，我们还去了木兰围场、军马场，在军马场骑了马，射了箭，打了实弹，真尽兴啊!

在回沙市的车上，我想：北京、内蒙古真好玩啊!有机会我一定要再去玩!

This summer holiday I took part in the English training class, when I go to school on the first day of class I very positive seriously, the teacher in front of classmates praise me, dont mention how happy heart. 现在回忆起来，心里觉得甜甜的，明年暑假，我还想再来一次。

暑假的一天中午，火辣辣的太阳把人晒得酷热难当！吃过饭，我看见妈妈在洗碗，就对妈妈说：“妈妈，您都忙了一天了，就让我帮您洗碗吧！”妈妈高兴地同意了。

首先我把袖子挽得高高的，用塞子把下水口堵住。接着我把餐具一古脑儿地塞进水池里，给里面放了一些热水，倒了点儿洗洁净，我哼着歌把手放下去。忽然用弹了回来。嗨！都怪我粗心，连冷水都忘了加。我拧开自来水龙头，加上冷水。洗洁净可真滑，亚麻沾在碗上，似乎涂了一层润滑油，一不小心，一只碗“哧溜”一声，从我的手里溜了出去。我还没弄明白是怎么回事，它就“咕咚”一声钻进了水里，水花溅得我满脸都是。我只好把它们从水中拿出来，，放到橱柜上一个一个地慢慢洗，好不容易碗都洗好了。我抓起一把筷子，在手心里使劲搓“嚓嚓、嚓嚓……”你听这声音多好听呀！忽然不只怎么着，它们从我的手里掉了出去，像游戏棒似的横七竖八地躺在地上，我只好捡起来重新洗了一遍。最后我把勺子也都洗干净了。

通过洗碗这件事，让我深深地体会到了妈妈没天都要干这么多活的辛苦和劳累，也让我从中体会到了洗碗的乐趣。
