今天又一次的游泳课开始了!

来到游泳馆时，我可开心了，换好泳衣之后，我们来到水池边做准备运动，我跟着老师认真地做准备运动和自由泳的练习动作。因为如果不好好地做准备运动，下水是会抽筋的!

做完准备运动后，我们跳进了水里，水可凉了!今天老师在排号的时候，把我排到了第二位。之前的游泳课，老师从来没有把我排到第二位，所以我想老师一定是想给我一个表现的机会!于是我卖力地游着，游完第一圈，老师说：“把你的浮板摘掉再继续游!”摘掉浮板是很难的一件事，因为在深水区稍微放松一下，不拍打双脚就会沉下去。由于是刚练习自由泳，动作还不够熟练，有一次我就要沉下去的时候，我深吸一口气，在水里蹬了一下“蛙泳脚”，然后继续用自由泳的姿势向前游。我又游了几个来回，不知不觉下课了，我进步了很多，游得很开心!
