八月份中旬，我们全家去看大海。宽阔的沙滩上，满是晶莹剔透的沙子，一脚踩上去，就像踩上了松软，舒适的地毯。我和妹妹互相追赶，不时捧起一手黄金般的沙子，将沙子抛到空中，沙子就像天女散花一样从天而降。海面在太阳光的照射下波光粼粼，碧绿的海水拍打着沙石，像是一遍遍亲切的问候。面对着波涛汹涌的大海，使我总想高歌一曲，表示我满心的愉快。

既然来到海边，当然少不了在海里游泳，套上游泳圈，爸爸教我潜水的动作。我以为自己学会了，便把游泳圈给了妈妈，我游着游着，前面竟然有一个礁石，把我弄的人仰马翻，可把我吓坏了。爸爸亲切的对我说：“儿子，不要害怕，不要气馁，我相信你一定会游泳的。”经过苦苦锻炼，也不知道喝了多少口海水，但是我也格外高兴。因为我终于尝试到在海里游泳的快乐。

前几天爸爸妈妈带我去了西安，那可是十三朝古都呢!那里有许多著名的景点，例如：兵马俑，秦始皇陵，大雁塔……但是，让我最快乐的是爬华山。

那天，我们早早地来到了华山。我抬头望去，高耸入云的华山一眼望不到边。我不由自主地打了个寒战，这么高的山爬上去还不得一天时间啊。“坐索道上去吧，既省力也可以看到美景。”可爸爸妈妈都不同意，“爬山可以锻炼我们的意志，体会先苦后甜的乐趣。”没办法，少数服从多数。

我们选择了从玉泉院入山。看着满眼翠绿的树木五彩缤纷的鲜花，大家有说有笑，爬山好像也没有想象中那么累吗!往上走，你就可以听到小溪淙淙的流水声，顿觉有一股泉水汩汩滤过心田，冲走污垢，留下深情。

两个多小时后，我们来到了千尺幢，看看几乎垂直向上的路，窄得一手宽的阶梯，心里真有点紧张。原来刚才把我们折磨得虚脱的路只是开胃小菜啊!“贝贝，真正检验我们意志力的时候到了，你是走边上平缓的便道，还是战胜千尺幢”。看着爸爸鼓励的眼神，我拍拍发酸的小腿，鼓足勇气向上爬去。台阶太窄我的脚只好横着踩，手中牢牢地抓住路边的铁锁链，一步一步慢慢走。腿越来越酸，但我的心却越来越平静，只有一个念头，爬过千里幢。终于成功了，放眼望去，大片的山已经在我脚下，白云似乎触手可得。“小姑娘，真不错!”听到游客的表扬，我顿时疲劳没了，浑身是劲。

走走停停，再爬过百尺峡，老君犁沟……，下午一点左右终于到了目的地---北峰山顶。山顶的景色真是美不胜收，我真正体会到了“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的豪迈，也体会到了“自古华山一条路”的坚辛。

这次爬山，我收获了很多，有爬山的快乐，有坚持的快乐，还有美景尽收的快乐。

这个暑假，我和往常不一样，因为我参加了一个补习班，补习班的名字叫金阳光智能培训中心。在那里我感受到了不一样的学习氛围，是它陪伴我度过了一个漫长的暑假，让我在知识的`海洋里尽情遨游，在书香气息里尽情享受。让我感受到了读书的快乐，使我的假期生活更加丰富多彩。

Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. I often go to see my grandma grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. 这是我第三次去了，但是，这次的效果有明显的不一样!这次我没有浪费时间，不象以前，为了不想上课，骗老师说我肚子疼，要去校医室休息一下。

后来，被校医说成了十二指肠，真的很气人!不过，如果我不总是装肚子疼的话，我想，就不会把我说成十二指肠了吧!

总之呢，这事儿啊，都怨我，都是我的不好，我想，我不应该去怪罪于医生。

在夏令营，我尽然发烧了，真是没有想到啊，我竟然发烧了呀!自从我上初中以来，我就没有再发过烧了，本打算直到初中毕业都不发烧的，不发烧的事儿啊，就这样打破了，真的是好不甘心啊!!!

在这十二天里，我交了许多朋友——陈献丹、宋世琳、度新怡、徐玉洁、石婧、兰婷俞(都是宿舍里的)、肖明芳(我的干姐姐)!!!这些朋友，我这一生都不会忘记她们的!在这十二天里，他们给予了我很多的帮助呢!真希望能够再见到她们啊，我想，我们一定会再见面的。

我们班有五位老师——孔德强老师(主讲)、李雨蒙老师、辜玉璇老师、郑婧老师、陈果老师(助教老师)。但是，其中有一位老师不知道是什么原因走了(陈果老师)，好舍不得他啊!我们在班上分四个小组，李雨蒙老师就是教我们这个组的助教老师呢!我最喜欢李雨蒙老师了呢!

在夏令营，我跟班主任老师和三位同学组成了一个小家庭，我们有一个保姆(林保浩)但是因为想回家，就提前走了。在我们这个小家庭的成员有：班主任老师刘书颖(干妈)、陈鑫强(大哥，简称“小强”)、钟乔(二哥)、肖明芳(三姐)、剩下的就是我了(小妹)!!!我们可是一个幸福的小家庭呢!!!

在这十二天里，我认认真真你的学习，没有辜负爸爸妈妈的期望!谢谢爸爸妈妈给我这次机会让我再次参加李阳疯狂英语集训营!!!

马上就要小学毕业了，最让我忘不了的便是六年来同学们的笑声。我们班的同学很爱笑，大家发自内心的笑，每个人的笑声都不一样，每个同学都有他们的招牌笑。

钱鼎文一笑，常常笑得天翻地覆地。听，是“哈哈哈”的声音，只要有人念笑话，或是钱鼎文听到、看到什么有趣的、好玩的事儿，他就会开怀大笑。或自己给别人讲笑话钱鼎文也会开怀大笑。

“嘻嘻嘻”这是陈大可的笑声，笑声特别不一样。他一笑我们同学也会跟着笑，就是一件很小的事情他也会笑个不停，他也会制造许多“笑果”。

微笑是我们班钱音男同学的招牌笑，他用微笑来面对老师和同学，用微笑来面对困难，用微笑战胜一切，让人觉得笑是面对困难和战胜困难的唯一方法。他的微笑让每一个人都觉得舒服。

真舍不得这些笑声，笑让人觉得世界是充满爱!很快，我便要和同学们说再见了，也要和母校再见了。我会永远记住同学们的笑声。

暑假已过了一半儿，我的作业早写完了，剩下的日子里，我本想好好玩几天的，可是，家长逼着我学这学那，如果我不情愿，他们就问我是不是骄傲了，然后就莫名其妙的训我一顿，讲一大堆道理，还说是为我好，真不知道他们是怎么想的。

早上我起床，先洗漱完毕。然后，妈妈连吃早饭的时间都不给我，逼着我写奥数作业，写完就该吃中午饭了，吃完午饭，妈妈也不让我睡午觉，就让我写作文，写完后，我知道该在网上学英语了。学了三四个小时。

A Day in My Summer Vacation 在暑假里的一天

Last summer I spent a two-week vacation at my aunts place. My aunt lived alone in a mountain village, with a small river winding its course everyday.

My Summer Vacation 我的暑假

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. It is very beautiful there. There are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals and kind people. I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

Besides that, I helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. I helped them read English and improve their spoken English. Their parents thanked me for this.

这一次我保证不会摔下来，我又开始起了，骑着骑着前面有一个石头我没在意一下子又把自己摔下来了。我对自己没有信心了，姐姐鼓励了我，我又自己骑这一次，我没有看后面，也没有看下面，我自己把方向盘撑好，我没有像到姐姐一直没推全是我自己一人骑的。

我喜欢暑假。因为暑假里，晚风吹拂，我们一家三口可以沿着__路一起走到文化广场，呼吸新鲜空气。广场中随处可见锻炼的人群，有的在跳舞，有的在舞剑，有的在打太极，还有的在打羽毛球，捣鼓健身器材，不亦乐乎。我们走得时而慢，时而快，时而走平地，时而走石子路，很是惬意。

散步的过程中，爸爸妈妈以身作则，加强锻炼，惹得我也跃跃欲试。我练习了跳远和跳高，爸爸在一旁指导：“落地时，小腿要往前伸。双臂用力往后摆动，起跳时身体要降低重心。”我在爸妈的帮助下一次次改变跳跃方式。周围的人们一点点散去，宽阔的广场中还回荡着我们的欢声笑语。

只有我知道，我之所以喜欢暑假，更多是喜欢我们一家人可以在一起，锻炼身体，放飞心灵。而不是像上学的时候，爸爸、妈妈、我分别在三个不同的学校，忙碌着各自的事。
