Summer holiday, is joyful! Is excited! In these happy days, I often get busy.

早晨，我睁开睡意朦胧的双眼，环顾四周，妈妈还没睡醒，我爬过去，推推她，她也醒了。我们去完成必修课一一骑行。骑行是我最梦寐以求的事。

我忽然看见对面的人行路上，一对夫妻牵着一条半米多高的大狗，黄棕色的毛，走路时甩甩小尾巴，回过头来不时用自己的小眼睛盯着主人。突然，我听妈妈在后面叫：“停，停，停，停……”我连忙回过头来，赶紧刹闸，可是已经来不及了，只听“咣当”一声，我的身子向前冲去，又被弹回来，脚趾头被三轮车的铁皮挂破了，胳膊被我弹回来的力量晃了一下，麻麻的，像在抽筋儿，酸疼酸疼的。幸好我当时把头往后仰起，幸免了撞伤。我下车用卫生纸擦去脚上的血迹，动动脚没事儿。妈妈问我怎么样，我忍痛说：“这点小事儿，没事儿。”妈妈关心的说：“咱们还去吗？”我坚强的说：“走吧。”我们又踏上了路。

今天给我的教训就是：做什么事都要全神贯注，不要三心二意，不然后果不堪设想。以后做事要全神贯注。

Matt gave us a class this afternoon, at the first part of the class, we saw a film. It was mainly about American football. After the film, we began t get to know the American football. It is similar to soccer, but it was much rougher. Players might get more easily. In another word, it was a game full of danger, they played just like fighting. One of the players just broke his leg during the match, and he would never play American football, because of his leg. What a pity! Matt told us that when he was in high school, he also take part in American football. He had broken his fingers for three times and his leg for once. Summer vacation time no school, then the more to the constraints of reasonable arrangement good oneself of life and learning time.
