我们出发的那天由于下雨，导致飞机晚点，从深夜11：30一直等到凌晨四点钟才坐上了飞机，经过三个小时的航行，到了普吉岛已经是的早晨七点钟。导游给我们安排的酒店有游泳池，我刚上楼就迫不及待的换上游泳衣，跳到了游泳池里。“哇！好深！”我大叫，正好有一些水呛进了嘴里，这水是咸的、也是甜的。我才游了一会儿，妈妈就叫我起来吃早餐，我不情愿的从游泳池里上来。

吃过早餐后，阿奇导游带我们到海边游泳，我换好了游泳裤，走到沙滩上。这里的沙子真细，踩上去软软的，真舒服。我突然看见一个小东西在快速的爬，刚开始我以为是虫子，可我仔细一看，竟然是螃蟹！小螃蟹才不愿意等着给我看呢！一溜烟就跑开了。但再小的东西都逃不过我的眼睛，我跑过去一抓，但那只螃蟹以迅雷不及掩耳的速度一闪，我抓空了，看来我还得加快速度。我一扑迅速地把它盖住，可当我移开手的时候，发现多了一个洞，原来螃蟹挖洞逃跑了。我又看到了一只，连忙去追，螃蟹跑到海水边的时候发现没路了，就用挖洞绝技，它先几只腿挖，另几只腿撑着身体，用几秒的时间把自己的身体盖住了一半，就在这千钧一发的时候，我捉住了它。我们在海边找来了一个瓶子把螃蟹小心翼翼地放进去，还装了些沙子。我还找到了抓螃蟹的好办法，我先把洞堵住，然后挨个挨个地去捉，一共捉了九只。“上船了”，导游叫我们快点，我不甘情愿地上了船。“我还想多抓几只呢！”在船上我们喝着冰冻可乐，欣赏着大海的美景，心情真舒畅！再来看我的螃蟹时，我才发现少了两只螃蟹，它们趁我不注意时悄悄溜走了。真遗憾！

船开到一个海水很平静的地方时，阿奇导游说：“准备下水潜浮了”。我带上了蛙镜和面包跳到了海水中。我一边潜水，一边喂面包给鱼儿吃，一会就游来了许多许多小丑鱼，鱼儿把我都围了起来，还我的手指当成了面包咬了一口，有刺痛的感觉。我这个恶作剧大王马上响起了一个坏主意。我马上上了船，然后把面包揉成一团，扔到了徐扬的旁边，立刻引来了大群的小丑鱼来争抢。它们把徐扬也当成了面包，去咬他，徐扬疼得哇哇大哭。“好疼啊，不要咬我啦，可恶的鱼儿，亮亮你别扔了。”看到徐扬难受的样子，我赶紧停止了仍面包。

第二天阿奇导游又带我们去骑大象。我和妈妈坐同一头大象，我心里充满了恐惧，因为大象太抖了，我生怕会掉下去。管大象的人用铁钉钉了一下大象，大象走路平静多了。走了一圈后，我们回到了骑大象的地方。我买了香蕉奖励大象，拿了一根香蕉远远地丢在了大象的鼻子上，大象一下就卷到了嘴里，一秒钟吃了一个，我又丢了些香蕉在大象的鼻子里，大想吃得可高兴了。

下午我们坐船到了猴子沙滩，我到了沙滩上就赶紧去找螃蟹，我刚抓到了一只，就看见山上一下窜出了一群猴子，把我们的饼干给抢走了。我马上抓起一个沙球扔过去，猴子丢下东西一溜烟地跑走了。后来阿奇说这里的猴子可厉害了，还会咬人。吓了我一大跳，赶紧到海边游泳去了。

在普吉岛旅游，发生了太多的趣事，真是说也说不完，我期待着有机会再次到普吉岛玩耍。

姥姥家的村庄旁有一条大河，河水清澈见底，可以看到水底的沙石。这天，舅舅带着我到大河里摸螃蟹。

舅舅摸螃蟹可是最拿手。舅舅告诉我，只要掀开一块石头，准保下面藏有螃蟹，你试试，果不其然，当我掀开一块儿大卵石时，还真有一只大螃蟹正慌慌张张地横着身子向四周逃走哩!说时迟，那时快，我忙伸手去抓它，谁料这只大螃蟹竟然挥动着大钳子狠狠地夹住了我的手，我使劲地甩着，可怎么也甩不掉，我只好强忍着痛把它拽下来塞进脸盆中，疼得我站在水中直哎哟直叫。

暑假在家的时候，我偶然收看了由北大专家播讲的《怎样提高学习效率》节目。看完后，我觉得自己收获很大，让我对学习有了新的认识。

这个节目主要为我们介绍了科学的学习方法-―-超强记忆法，其中有数字编码记忆法，定位记忆法，巩固记忆法，习惯记忆法，卡片记忆法等。它告诉我们：针对不同的科目，不同的时间要采用不同的记忆方法，长期坚持下去，会提高学习效率。

我原来背诵课文和英语单词，背得特别费劲，总也背不下来。现在，经过专家的指教，我初步掌握了“背诵记得牢”的方法：首先要注意力集中，然后要定任务，找窍门，要背一个单词或一篇短文，在背得滚瓜烂熟的基础上，第二天还应检查效果怎样。还要及时复习，利用课间下课时，把上节课学的知识复习一下，如果回忆不起来，记在遗忘本上。最后要强化训练。先把要背的.东西，仔细看一遍，合上书默写，能写多少算多少，然后再看再写，直至全部默写下来为止。

今后，我要把这种方法应用到学习中，争取早日把自己的学习成绩提高上来，让自己有较大的收获。

This summer, I had some special days. I joined Dongzhou International Educational Exchange Summer Camp.

Every afternoon, we played exciting games: Chinese Whispers, Tongue Twisters, Wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

On the last day, we had a good time. We made black tea. We put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. Oh, it tasted good! Later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. How delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer Camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in England. I learned a lot and like English more. I also know better ways to learn English well.

九寨沟的山不少，每一峰都雄伟壮观，但主要有三座山，都是雪山，每一峰的海拔都在四千米以上，这三座山分别是沃洛色嫫神山，海拔4500米，意思为沃洛女神山。第二座是扎衣扎嘎神山，海拔4440米，意思为信仰神山。第三座是达戈神山，海拔4200米，是一座爱情山，达戈是女神沃洛的配偶。这三座神山近看秀丽动人，远看气势恢宏，迷雾中显得神秘莫测，晴朗时又呈现出巍峨壮观，令人叹为观止。

九寨沟的水用两个词形容：数不胜数，美不胜收。九寨沟有湖泊、瀑布、钙化流滩等各种水域194处，如果一一介绍的话，两个本子都写不完，我就跳出最喜欢的三个海子和一个瀑布为大家做个介绍。第一个是镜海，镜海顾名思义它的特点是：十分平静。其实它叫镜海还有另一个原因：它像一面镜子，将一切美景倒映其中。第二个就是孔雀海，孔雀海以颜色多而亮得名，有黑、有蓝、有绿、有白。配在一起十分像孔雀开屏时的模样。最后一个是五彩池，五彩池现在没到秋天，所以只能达到三彩，有蓝、有绿、有白，因池底钙不能凝结而呈现为蓝绿色，非常奇特。说到瀑布我最喜欢珍珠滩瀑布，光听名字就很美，而且它还是《西游记》主题曲中师徒四人行走的那个瀑布的拍摄地。

九寨沟的水映照蓝天，映照白云，映照大山，形成了一幅美丽、动人的山水画，我爱九寨沟！！

这个暑假过得可真快啊!眼睛眨一眨，就到了8月19号了。

但是不知这么的，我对学习说不上很感新趣，可是快要上学了，我心里却有一种说不出来的高兴!

之后，教官带着我们这个班去攀岩。到了攀岩场，我看那墙不是很高，心想觉得应该挺简单的。教官教了我们动作后，就让我们一个个轮着爬。到我爬了，刚开始几步我爬得很快，但到了第6个石头的时候，我突然找不到下一个石头了。往下一瞧，发现我已经站在很高的地方了，吓得我趴在那儿，一动也不敢动。这时底下的同学们一起给我喊加油，我心里平静了一点。我鼓起了勇气，不再往下看，咬咬牙，自己寻找下一个落脚点，终于爬到顶上。站在顶峰，我突然发现自己能干了许多。第二次攀爬，我不再畏惧，勇敢向上。

后面几天，我们还学习了站军姿，唱军歌，战术匍匐等等，都给我留下成长的印记，特别是十公里拉练，让我至今难忘。一开始拉练，感觉越走越远，越走越累，好几次都想趴下休息，但一想到男子汉就应该勇于接受挑战，最后都坚持下来了。
