2、各盛市野生动物保护区加强对野生动物的保护，对捕杀野生动物的不法分子严厉惩罚。

3、禁止人类近距离接触一切来历不明的野生动物，以免爆发瘟疫，造成大量的人生损失和财产损失，以至扑杀大量野生动物。

4、医务部门要做好防御瘟疫病毒的措施，以免爆发瘟疫时扑杀太多野生动物。

以上建议是否可行，请大家多考虑。
