3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

每天，我都在盘算着，如何能使其中的水到达100℃呢？应该用火！那装水的容器又用什么好呢？用塑料？不行，塑料会被烧熔的！用玻璃？可我还没有玻璃容器呢！

一个周末，我正在给钢笔灌墨水，谁知墨水用完了，真气人！我便拿起墨水瓶向垃圾桶丢去，但忽然又收了回来。因为我发现。墨水瓶可以充当所谓的“玻璃器皿”！我十分兴奋，便很快地做完了作业，迫不及待地让水沸腾，实现我的梦想！

刚开始做，就出现了非常严重的问题——家中既没有火柴，也没有打火机。这就说明，我不能生火了！哎，只有去跑一趟，买一只打火机了。到小店时又出现了问题，店里有2种打火机，一种防风，而另一种不防风。我走出了店门，发现风势十分大，便坚定地走回小店，毫不犹豫地买了防风打火机。

回到家，我找出了很多可以助燃的东西，比如环保袋、废纸等全拿来了。又询问妈妈需不需要架在拖把桶上用来搅干拖把的“篮子”，用来架墨水瓶。这时，又一个问题出现了，在哪儿点火呢？我看到了身旁的空花盆，便想到了陶瓷很耐烧，不怕火，便一把抓了过来。把材料全部放上去。用打火机把它们点燃了。刹那间，墨水瓶便被熊熊烈火给包围了，火上冒着浓浓的黑烟，我拿起扇子，本想把烟扇走，可扇子却因为失手而被火焰吞噬了。幸好现在风势正旺，把浓烟吹向一边，我才没有被呛到。

过了一会，火势小了下来，墨水瓶被烧黑了，但是可以听见清水“咕咕”的沸腾声音，我成功了！

我的梦想实现了，我用自己的双手与材料让水沸腾了！当时，那种自豪的感觉占据了全身，成功的滋味是高兴快乐的！
