我发现在我们的对面坐着一个一头棕色头发的外国人，他拒绝了服务员给他的一次性餐具，从自己的黑包里掏出一个盒子，盒子中放着叉子、勺子、餐刀等各种餐具。周围的乘客说：“这个老外真傻，免费的一次性餐具不用。”只见那个外国乘客用生硬的中国话说道：“环保，环保你懂吗?”

外国乘客走后，整个餐厅静悄悄的。我和车厢里的大部分乘客都看着自己手里的一次性餐具沉默了许久。

目前，我国有近千家企业生产一次性木筷子，年消耗木材资源五百万立方以上。上海的快餐店每天扔掉的一次性餐具垃圾有二百吨。列车上更厉害，一年消耗三亿双筷子。
