Just as Joseph Epstein, a famous American writer put it, “And as we decide and choose, so are our lives formed.” Indeed, once we make up our minds to choose to do something, then our life becomes meaningful and specifically orientated. First things first, ambition renders us a sense of mission. No matter what decision you make you have to be responsible for your choice. 每一个人都有属于自己的梦想，每个人都会为了自己的梦想而努力，每一个人都会为最后的结束露出笑脸，不管是成功还是失败，至少他努力过。

寻梦

上小学时，我一直在寻找我的梦想，第当候为了一个梦想而云努力拼搏时，没过两三天，脑海中又浮出另外一个梦想，使我懊脑不已。

三年级时，学校举行了一场奥数竞赛，我被老师选去参加竞赛。竞赛过后，当我得知我获得一等奖时，兴奋不已，于是下定决心，第大后，我要成为一位数学家。

努力

我知道，想要成为数学家的路是十分艰难的。于是，我每天努力着，想要超越一切对我有竞争力的对手。题目与公式，是提升数学的关键，当一张张试卷写满数字时，我仍没有超越一些人，我不明白这是为什么?

初一、初二时，我本以为可以摆脱那些人，可是，谁能料想到，班上又出现了他们与我竞争，我苦恼，为什么起到何处都要强力的竞争对手，我不明白，难道是老天不愿给予我抑压群雄的信心。

失败，但我不放弃

我一直努力着，可我数学成绩就是上不去，想要超越同学也就变得十分困难。

初三时，连续三次的月考，我的数学成绩都不是十分理想，我知道，现在我已失去与他们较量的资格，我必须从头开始努力。

虽然失败了，但我不会放弃，因为这是我的梦想。我坚信：上个学期我能与他们较量，下个学期我依然能。这不是狂妄的说法，也不是自信的表现，这是，我对梦想的承诺，我会为这个梦想而努力，也许这个梦想的代价是耗费我的全部精力，也决不放弃。
