第二个项目是跳高，这可是我们班最拿手的一个比赛项目哦!只听裁判员一声：“开始”，我们班的运动员纵身一跃，很轻巧的就过去了，结果我们班在跳高比赛上取得了全校的第一名，大家都非常高兴!

第三项是长跑比赛，该我上场了。我一听到枪声，就迅速向前跑去。我一看，前面已经有三个人超过我了，我这下可急了，我不能给我们班丢脸啊!想到这里，我就奋力向前跑去，一下子就超过了所有的人。跑了几圈下来，我发现有点跑不动了，而且已经有四五个人超过我了，这个时候，在我的脑海里想起老师的话：“长跑，是要靠耐力的，千万不要硬冲!”我开始镇定下来，慢慢的将四个人甩在了后面，并且越跑越轻松。比赛结束了，我取得了长跑比赛第二名，同学们都朝我伸出了大拇指，我的心里乐滋滋的。

运动会结束了，我们班以“199分”的成绩取得了全校的第三名。我非常的高兴，尽管我们没有得到冠军，但是我们都参与了，并且获得了快乐，这就足够了!

我们来到了西操场，那里人山人海，首先，举行了庄严地升旗仪式。我们伴随着音乐唱起国歌。五星红旗徐徐升起。然后是广播体操比赛，这是考验我们团结精神的比赛，一个个班级排着整齐的队伍，雄赳赳气昂昂地走进了比赛场地，随着广播体操“七彩阳光”的节奏和音乐，每一个同学都做得格外出色。

接下来，到100米赛跑了，我不慌不忙的来到了赛道上，半蹲着腿，竖起耳朵等待发令枪发令。只听见一声枪响，我两眼盯着前方，用力摆动手臂，飞快的迈着大步像猛虎似的往前跑，旁边的观众不停地为我们加油、鼓掌。

下午，进行了接力比赛，每班20个人参加，分别站在南北两侧，中间相隔50米，进行比赛。“啪”发令枪一响，第一名同学像离弦的箭一样，飞快的跑，把棒传给了同班同学。只见接力棒在同学之间来回传递，最精彩的是在传递第19棒的时候，三个班的同学齐头并进，此时此刻，大家的心情都非常紧张，为同学们加油。最后，我们获得了第三名。

通过这次比赛，我知道了：比赛不是靠一个人的力量，而是要靠团体的力量和智慧。体育本来就是重在参与嘛，过程才是最重要、最精彩的。这次运动会，给我们带来了很多启示。

女子一百米比赛马上就要开始了，同学们有的探出身子，有的坐在看台上露出一个小脑袋，大家都争先恐后的站起来向起点望去。

我则坐在看台上，左瞧瞧，右看看。我不禁替周煜静倒吸一口冷气，和他比赛的可都是一些大个子，看来拿名次的希望不大。其他选手都士气高昂，英姿焕发。如展翅的雄鹰一般，看来都打算大显身手。

各就各位——预备——开始——叭，发令枪响了。周煜静像一颗出膛的子弹一般向前冲了出去。这时候，四面八方响起了加油声，有节奏的啦啦队声。终点线上，裁判员们捏紧了手中的秒表，在全神贯注的等待疾步冲来的运动员。

再看赛场，周煜静马上就要到终点了，跑道两边，所有的观众都不约而同地站起来，形成了两堵厚厚的人墙。“加油!”“坚持住!”喝彩声叫喊声连成一片，大家仿佛要通过大声的喊叫，把自己的全部力量都给正向终点冲刺的运动员。而在后面的几个运动员虽然个个汗流浃背，气喘如牛，可仍然咬紧牙关，奋力追赶。最终周煜静不负众望，像一道闪电，朝百米终点跑去。

最精彩的项目要数拔河了。我们先要和高大威猛的四(2)班同学来一场决斗!在四(2)同学面前，我们多么渺小不!我们要战胜他们!同学们使出了吃奶的力气往后拉。宇睿同学是主力，他的脖子都被麻绳勒红了也没放松。我们也使出全身的力气喊加油，好多同学嗓子都喊哑了也不顾果然，通过双方默契配合，我们拿下了小组优胜!

虽然这次运动会我们只有团体竞赛得到第一名，不过大家已经非常尽心尽力参与这次的运动会，而这次的运动会令我觉得既紧张又刺激，虽然班上并未得到总锦标奖实在感到遗憾，最后圆满结束了，真是个开心的运动会。

我盼星星、盼月亮，终于盼到了母亲节，因为在母亲节这一天，我们可以回报母亲对我们的关爱。

在学骑单车的过程中，也碰到了许多困难，例如：天公不作美、家有临时有事，或是巷子太窄，车子排满了街道，以及爸妈不愿放我出门骑单车…等等，各种千奇百怪的困难，硬生生地出现在我的面前，当时的我，可是花了九牛二虎之力，才顺利学习到单车技巧的。我也不得不感谢我妈，愿意每个星期六、日让我去公园玩，记得那时听到时，我和弟弟高兴到愣住了，因为实在是太棒了。

骑单车是一个很好的运动，既不会像球类运动那种激烈，也不会像散步那样太轻松，更重要的是我非常喜欢骑单车，我还告诉自己，未来一定要参加“单车成年礼”，为我的单车贡献一分心力;还有，还有，在十六岁生日时能骑上一公里;十八岁生日时骑上十公里;最后，希望二十岁时可以组队上西藏，因为，单车骑士的热血旅程就是我热爱单车的“最终极梦想”啊!

When someone asks me: What is your Chinese dream? I will answer it without

any hesitation: to be a good doctor. The reason why I want to be a doctor is

that I want to save people’s lives as possible as I can. When I was young, I had

a terrible car accident. Thanks to the doctors, they brought me back to life.

From then on, to be a good doctor has always been an inspiration to me. I will

study hard to make sure that my dream will come true in the future.

Chinese dream is made up of every ordinary people’s dreams. We should do

our best to make our dream come true.
