100米男子比赛过后，400米女子比赛又开始了。天公实在不作美，偏偏在这个时候下起了雨。这可让运动员依婷要紧张了，望着外面的雨越下越大，再想想很快就要比赛了，她害怕得哭了起来。但是为了班级的荣誉，她依然坚持了下来，她冒着雨在操场上一圈又一圈地跑着，雨淋湿了她的头发，可她仍尽力摆动她的手臂，脚步明显慢了，可她却跑完了全程。虽然她的成绩不是很理想，但她的坚强意志值得我们学习!

想想那段时光，我真为我班运动员那坚强的意志而骄傲!

一个轻松的周末时光，可以愉快地度过了。6月12号，我们考完了校考，感觉轻松了一大截，可以适当的放松一下。下午三点时，妈妈开车带我去中大国际负一层，参加班级组织的亲子运动会活动，想到可以玩一下午，开心的心情像鸟儿一样在天空自由自在飞翔。

开始热身了，同学们听老师指令，高抬腿，做金鸡独立动作，坚持住。老师监督看谁站坚持的时间常哦!锻炼我们身体的协调性和平衡性。接下来做平板支撑，考验的是核心肌群。开始比赛啦，分成单数、双数两个组，两组进行对抗。先后玩第一项跨梯子，第二项跨栏，第三项S跑，第四项亲子推车。我喜欢最后一项，妈妈力气大拉着我的腿配合着我在地上手快速爬行的动作，我们配合的很好，第一轮我第一，第二轮又是我第一，第三轮决赛我得了第三名，有点小遗憾，不过我没不开心，还是很高兴这么多人一起玩游戏。

欢乐的时光虽然短暂，但我们幸福的暑假才刚刚拉开序幕，期待着暑假痛痛快快的玩耍。

There are quite a lot since I was young, I like sports, they like the sparkling stars sky, how the number is countless. However, my favorite sport is climbing pole.

I like to climb the pole of the campaign, because when I was in kindergarten, I was one of the most naughty girl in our class, everybody calls me "drum". 第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。

十月八日是大家期待已久的运动会，一大早，我就抱着愉快的心情来到学校，到了教室，巫师妆画好了，我们就到操场排队，排队的时候，大家都打打闹闹的，好不热闹喔!

开幕仪式完后，我们就要比赛团体竞赛，在我们同心协力下，终于得到期待已久的第一名了，大家欣喜若狂的大叫，比赛完后，我们就回到休息区休息一下，不一会儿，我们就到跑道比赛一百米赛跑，比赛的时候，我好紧张喔!一听到枪声，我就奋力的往前冲，最后终于得到第二名了，我好高兴喔!因为这是我有始以来第一次得到的第二名，接着，我和林焕、林佳华、陈子谦一起到操场比赛男子四百米接力赛，一开始林焕就像云豹一样的往前冲，轮到我了我也奋力的往前冲，可是陈子谦被追过了，真失望啊!最后一棒林佳华差一点就可以追过乙班的人，可是还是没办法追过去，所以我们才得到第三名，真是可惜啊!

虽然这次运动会我们只有团体竞赛得到第一名，不过大家已经非常尽心尽力参与这次的运动会，而这次的运动会令我觉得既紧张又刺激，虽然班上并未得到总锦标奖实在感到遗憾，最后圆满结束了，真是个开心的运动会。

Our school usually holds a spring sports meeting each year. The spring sports meet this year was held last Friday. Many students took an active part in it. So did I.

The sports meet began at eight oclock. After the opening, all kinds of races, both field-events and track-events, started one after another. I took part in the 1500-metre race. I felt a little nervous before the contest began because it was the first time that I had run at a school sports meet.

运动会八点开始，开幕式之后，各田赛和竞赛项目陆续开始。我参加1500米长跑，比赛前我有些紧张，因为这是我第一次参加校运动会项目。

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the

The next day, we came to Wuxi and then Suzhou where we visited the region

of rivers and lakes of “周庄”. It was a beautiful and old place. The house there

were along the river and the women always washed clothes at the bank.The fourth

day, we came to Hangzhou where We visited “The West Lake. It was very beautiful

and the water was clear .

As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we bought some

beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was

Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai

was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the

third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole

city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited

that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The

plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would

never forget the trip.

If I were to leave my home for a year, there is one thing I definitely

would take with me: my cell phone. With my cell phone, I could call my friends

or family if I ever was lonely, needed advice, or just wanted to talk.

。尽管我走进公安队伍的时间不算很长，但我认真学习业务，研读干警们精彩的侦破案例，我折服了：乡村抢劫羊绒杀人案，几个小时案犯被逮、恐怖出租屋磕巴杀人案案犯当时伏法、一中少女被杀案的四十天摸排、浩海入室盗财案成功告破

公安干警用行动在历史的天空中，书写下浩然长卷

在案例的研读中，我震惊于干警们的智慧和犯罪分子的狡诈，较量、我惊诧于历史疑案的犯罪分子泥牛入海和干警十几年的耐心等待

我惊叹于田间地头公安干警们大走访，解决群众困难的感人场面 闪光的警 徽在人民群众中树立起一座不倒的万里长城、在犯罪分子的心头织起一道疏而不漏的恢恢法网

在工作中，我向老民警学习，学习他们不畏艰难、勇于牺牲的精神，公安楷模任长霞，就给我熔铸了一面学习的镜子。

人民公安，人民在前，人民公安为人民，是人民公安的本分职责

，这是我们每一位人民警察不可动摇的信念。只有执法为民，服务群众，才能履行好人民公安的神圣职责;作为一名基层公安民警，只有惩恶扬善，才能在人民群众中树立崇高威信。因为我知道，公安工作既有法律赋予的庄严使命，又有行政管理的特出权利，我要在公安工作中执法为民，清正廉洁，充分体现立党为公、执政为民的赤子情怀。

Last week, our teacher gave us a task. We needed to interview some people

and collect different opinions. At first, I felt it a difficult task, because I

was such a shy person that I dared not to talk to strangers. In order to finish

the task, I cooperated with my classmates. They helped me to ask people for a

second, then I started to talk with them in a comfortable way. I felt much eased

soon and no longer felt shy. Now I get over my fear and become stronger. This is

the good sign of growing up. I am so thankful to my classmates. Without their

help, I wont go that far.

11月6日，我们学校举行了第七届秋季运动会。

运动会开幕式上，一个个班，一队队人，有节奏地走着。我在队伍中昂着头，挺着胸，阳光而又自信地走向主席台。就在离主席台只有五、六十米时，我的耳边突然响起体育委员领的口令声，我跟着大家一起喊起了我们班的口号：“秋风吹，战鼓擂，六年二班怕过谁!”听着响亮的口号声和脚步声，看着整齐的方阵，我觉得现在我们班一定非常耀眼，我为自己在这个班级感到自豪。

声势浩大的开幕式过后，学生们在班主任的带领下来到自己班的观众席上就坐。不一会儿，比赛开始了。

到了200米比赛的时候，我们班的施邦羽和王锦程在裁判员一声令下冲出了起跑线，他俩好像脚下踩着风火轮一样地向前冲。在跑了五六十米后，施邦羽落到了最后。在看台上加油的我们疑惑起来：“邦羽这是怎么了?”“老师，快看，邦羽的脚好像瘸了，他受伤了。”……施邦羽把脚崴了，本来可以拿第一的施邦羽在跑道上一瘸一拐地跑跳着。可他并没有放弃，仍然小跑小跳地向终点冲去。当施邦羽从终点回到观众台时，他哭了，哭得很伤心，有同学过来问他怎么样，这使他哭得更伤心了。“施邦羽明天还有比赛。这可怎么是好呢?”不知哪位同学插了一句。羊老师劝他退赛，可是邦羽却说：“我走也要走到终点，只要走到就能为班级得那么一点点分，那也是好的。”施邦羽的这种坚持的表现，值得我们所有人学习。

很快一个上午就过去了，下午我要参加女子小六800米长跑的比赛。在赛前我紧张的心一直“怦怦”直跳，当听到“呯!”一声令下，我就像离弦之箭一般冲了出去。我一路遥遥领先，洪钐在我后面紧追不舍，我也集中注意力寸步不让。第二圈时，我和同班同学洪钐相持不下，谁也不想让谁。在一百米冲刺时我已筋疲力尽，可洪钐不知哪来的力量，趁此机会冲到我前面，我就只得了第二名。到终点之后，我腿脚发软，让我感动的是好多同学都来扶我，给我送水。

运动会很快就结束了，可是直到现在全班同学为施邦羽同学呐喊加油的声音一直回荡在我的耳边。
