接着我又继续参加了跳大绳、踢毽子等项目的比赛。在跳大绳比赛中，我把膝盖磕破了，但我没有退出，而是带伤继续比赛。虽然我们班没有获得第一，但是队员们没有一个生气的，比赛一结束就询问我的伤势，啊，太感动了!

这次运动会不仅锻炼了我的体质，也磨炼了我的毅力，更让我明白了一个道理：欲速则不达。

。年轻的朋友们!站得高才会望的远。做人民满意的好警察，需具备高尚的政治品德，过硬的业务素质。否则，保护人民，维护和谐，就只能成为一句空话。大家都知道__公安局到目前为止已经实现了命案连续六年必破，这个个的荣誉可不是吹的，他是靠干警们用智慧、用毅力、用顽强拼搏的勇气实现的。当一个个犯罪在侥幸中锒铛入狱时，当一个个受害人沉冤得雪喜泪纵横时，警察在人民群众的心理分量是那样重，闪光的警

。尽管我走进公安队伍的时间不算很长，但我认真学习业务，研读干警们精彩的侦破案例，我折服了：乡村抢劫羊绒杀人案，几个小时案犯被逮、恐怖出租屋磕巴杀人案案犯当时伏法、一中少女被杀案的四十天摸排、浩海入室盗财案成功告破

在案例的研读中，我震惊于干警们的智慧和犯罪分子的狡诈，较量、我惊诧于历史疑案的犯罪分子泥牛入海和干警十几年的耐心等待

我惊叹于田间地头公安干警们大走访，解决群众困难的感人场面 闪光的警 徽在人民群众中树立起一座不倒的万里长城、在犯罪分子的心头织起一道疏而不漏的恢恢法网

在工作中，我向老民警学习，学习他们不畏艰难、勇于牺牲的精神，公安楷模任长霞，就给我熔铸了一面学习的镜子。

人民公安，人民在前，人民公安为人民，是人民公安的本分职责

，这是我们每一位人民警察不可动摇的信念。只有执法为民，服务群众，才能履行好人民公安的神圣职责;作为一名基层公安民警，只有惩恶扬善，才能在人民群众中树立崇高威信。因为我知道，公安工作既有法律赋予的庄严使命，又有行政管理的特出权利，我要在公安工作中执法为民，清正廉洁，充分体现立党为公、执政为民的赤子情怀。
