In recent years, the global warming gets increasingly attention. More and

more people make contribution to stop the global warming. Therefore, a new

lifestyle occurs--low carbon life. What can we do to live in low carbon?

First, remember to turn off lights and turn off the faucet when you do not

need to use. Use the energy-saving lamps. There are many small things we can do

to save resources. Second, when we go out, take public transport as much as

possible, to reduce gas emissions and to ease the transporting pressures.

All in all, there are many other things we can do to live in the low carbon

Every year in October, our school will have the tradition to hold a sports

meeting. It is the biggest event of the year, so all the students will practise

team. Last year, our class won the second place. We lagged behind the champion

just a little distance, so we hoped to defeated them this time and won the first

the most important traditional festivals in China.

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family

will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food

is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while

they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old

people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about

the rabbit on the moon . The children really believe that there is a rabbit on

the moon. They hope to go to the moon and have a look one day.

农历八月十五日是中秋节，在中国它是最重要的传统节日之一。

在那一天，人们通常回家与家人团聚，一家人聚在一起饱餐一顿。最流行的食品是月饼，它们圆圆的就像月亮。

中秋节晚上的月亮特别地圆。人们都在自家的院子里一边赏月一边吃着可口的月饼。这个时候

，一些老人会讲述许多古老的故事，如月亮上的玉兔，孩子们信以为真，他们真想有一天登上月球看个究竟。

中秋是个美好的节日啊!

今天，是我期盼已久的一天，因为要举行运动会!

我们来到了大本营，桌上有各式各样的美食。我爸爸说：“这不是运动会，而是美食节!”哦，忘记说了，我参加的是跳远和接力。接力是上午十点半左右，跳远是下午两点。时间一晃就过去了，转眼间就要开始接力比赛了，我的心提到了嗓子眼儿。

我们到了小操场，每人吃了一颗巧克力，补充能量。我是第二棒，这一次，我和队友们说：“我们一定要使出全身力气!这场比赛不是关于我们个人的，而是为班级争夺荣誉。”队友们都纷纷点头。男生先来比赛，第一名!我想：我必须得努力，要不然前面的努力就白费了!

到我们女生了，我好紧张啊。到我跑时，我看见小杨老师和同学们卖力地为我加油，我更加快的跑起来……

比赛正式开始了，工作人员忙碌着比赛的各个项目，有让人不禁拍手的200米跑、激烈的400米跑、飞快的4×50米接力、场地上还有沙地跳运等。其中最激烈的要数400米长跑了，运动员们不仅要目视前方，还要听枪声。“啪!”运动员们像离弦的箭，飞似的跑了起来。其中一道的运动员，一开枪他便飞快地跑了起来，目前是第一领先，到了最后，他虽然有点没劲了，但仍然咬牙坚持了下来并获得了第一名。这种坚持不懈的精神值得我学习，我心想着，下次我也要报400米长跑。

激烈的运动会就这样在欢声笑语中结束了，而我的内心却久久不能平静。让我们一起在运动中健康成长吧!

As we all known，food safety problems are more and more popular in our

country，because more cases about food safety problem have appeared.

Firstly，As the old saying goes，the food is what matters to the people。 Food

plays an important role in peoples life。So food safety influences peoples

health and life。Secondly，some producers only think about earning money without

thinking about ensuring food safty。they produce unqualified food.Thirdly， some

food supervisory departpents dont perform their duty pletely。This behavior make

some producer ignore the safety of production.

If we want to solve problems that is illustrated former，we must call on the

supervisory department to manage the food market.And the producers must paly

their roles。 Lastly， we hope that there is law that punish illegal acts.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

When doing the same thing, some people success but some fail. There must be

many factors leading that result. In my view, the most important factor is the

difference of confidence, determination and sociability are the foundation and

condition of success.

First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as

confidence is the basic need for success. If someone always thinks he can’t do

this or that well, then he can’t finish it well. For example, when a person is

being interviewed, if he doesn’t believe he can do that job well, how can he act

believable, so how can the interviewers trust his ability? Therefore, the

interview is obviously a failure. However, if a person is confident, he can

receive the opportunity to prepare for every challenge easily, which makes

success become closer.

In addition, confidence just the door for success, if someone wants to get

into the house of success, determination is necessary. The determined meet

difficulties always overcome it and insist to the end. On the other hand, if

someone is not determined, he would give up when facing difficulty. For

instance, when doing homework, the person who is not determined always can’t

周三下午，我校为期两天半的第十届田径运动会开始啦!运动会中最让我难忘的是运动会开幕式!

开幕式一开始，只见彩旗队的彩旗迎着春风飘飘扬扬，第一个走进了入场式。紧跟其后的是花环队，瞧，花环队的小姐姐们手举着五彩缤纷的花环，为运动场上又增添了绚烂的色彩。接着是学校的鼓乐队奏响了振奋人心的《运动员进行曲》。所有的运动员方队都是踏着《运动员进行曲》的节奏走进的入场式，我也是迈着矫健的步伐走在了204班的运动员方队中，我们手中高举着鲜花，雄赳赳、气昂昂高喊着我班的口号：“团结一心，顽强拼搏，强身健体，运动快乐……”走过了主席台，来到了操场的中心。看到校长带着微笑对我们说：“健康第一，比赛第二!但是，赛，还是要赛出好成绩!当校长的话音落下后运动会的开幕式也即将结束。

这就是我校春季运动会中让我最难忘的开幕式啦!

“我宣布，本届运动会现在开幕。”随着卢志文总校长的宣布，我们学校第__届运动会在漫天飞舞的气球中开幕了。

运动会第二天上午，有我的强项，跳高比赛。在去年运动会中，我跳高取得了第一名的好成绩，而这次，我有点紧张，听说有几个班来了几位新同学，他们跳高都很厉害。紧张而又激烈的跳高比赛开始了，最开始我们直接要了1.2m，都很轻松地跳过了。跳到最后高度到了1.31m，第一个跳的是我的老对手万赛。很可惜的是，他没跳过去，仅仅只差一点。啊!接下来到我了，我站在跳高的助跑线上，双手叉腰，猛吸了一口气，右脚往后用力一蹬，然后以密集的小步对准横杆冲过去。我一跃三丈，轻松地过了。“好!好!”我班的同学都欢呼起来到最后，高度达到了1.34，由于我起跳没掌握好，而且第一跳的时候脚扭了，结果没跳过，只得了第二名。

我跳完后直接走回大本营，我哭了，很伤心，躺在地上一动不动，同学们不断地开导我，说第二名已经不错了。过了一会儿，班主任来了，说马上要参加集体项目运球接力了，我心里暗自下定决心，一定要尽自己的努力来完成自己的任务。经过我班20个同学的努力，最终获得了第一名。

这次运动会，我班通过每个同学的努力，居于全年级之首。

我很高兴，但有一点遗憾。
