April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about

their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings. This activity does

pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their

strictness. Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm

to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their

children.

Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all

members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious

atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other. I strongly believe

that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum

interference by the generation gap.

Recently, “clearyour plate” campaign is more and more popular in society, which advocates saving against wasting. The campaign draws our attention to wasting on campus.Some students are noticed to throw away a lot of food in the canteen. As is often the case, some lights are still on with nobody in classrooms. What’s more, many a student spends much money buying unnecessary items. As far as Iam concerned, it’s high time that we fought against wasting. Here’re my suggestions. Firstly, I think our school should carry out various activities to arouse students’ awareness of saving. sweating!! Seeing thousands of houses, cars and pedestrians under my feet, I

secretly encouraged myself: there is still a little way to go, stick to it, and

me. I climb to the top of the mountain. I am ecstatic and rush forward in one

Yesterday, my parents were not home. And I had to stay at home by myself for one day and one night. I was very happy at first, because there wouldnt be anyone criticizes my behavior. parts into one empire.

To keep the enemy out of his empire, Emperor Qin Shi Huang had all the

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

In China, Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On

this day, all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this

special occasion. Last year, I could not celebrate the festival with my family

because I was in university. However, this special day left a deep impression on

visit my grandparents with my parents. My grandmother is very zeal.Our dinner is

Spring Festival evening party last night,I go to the village school

volunteer,start time is 5:00,end is at 7:30.In the process,I first task was to

check standing in the first stage,help the teacher is writing on the card

1,2,3,4...Such as Numbers,to the guests when lottery drawing;The second task is

at the end of the party,help push door,convenient for people to leave.

Dennis school the teacher told us that the volunteers are very hard,because

they only work,but cant see,my brothers and sisters and volunteers I insist in

the end,although there is a little lazy,but warned by the teacher once,I havent

made a mistake.

Finally,the teachers give us volunteers score,my score is 9 points,10

points,10 points,although the score is high,but I also want to continue to work

hard!

Cars and Air Pollution

Too many cars have created a lot of serious problems in our world. Besides congestion, accidents and fast fuel consumption, cars are responsible for a good part of air pollution in big cities. All the time, they are pumping huge amounts of waste gases into the atmosphere. These gases are very harmful, causing disease and even death.

One possible solution is to design and develop clean cars and clean fuels. In Shanghai, some of the public buses begin to run on natural gas, which does not give off as much carbon dioxide as the petrol. But it may take decades for the new models of clean cars completely replace the traditional ones. Another solution is to develop modern public transportation systems and restrict the use of private cars. If the price of petrol rises constantly and the public vehicles are efficient and convenient enough, most people will not buy private cars. And the total number of cars in big cities will reduce greatly.

On the whole, the elimination of air pollution needs the collective efforts from the government, the public and the environmentalists.

那是一个阳光明媚的星期五，我们学校展开了一场别开生面的运动会。

首先是检阅兵出场，我也是其中的一员，为此我心想：我代表三(1)班检阅，我一定要加油!大队长马明举高声说：“升国旗奏国歌!”全校学生在没有老师的领导下一齐站了起来，一齐把手举过头顶。检阅兵也踏着铿锵有力的步子下了场，场上一阵“烟云”过后，校长宣布运动会正式开始。
