今天，我要给大家讲讲运动。

法国著名思想家伏尔泰有这样一句名言：生命在于运动，没有运动也就没有了生命，缺少运动，生命也是短暂的。健康的身体需要运动来保证，而人生最大的财富正是健康。所以，要想拥有这份财富，最佳的方法就是运动，让运动成为习惯。

然而，有些同学则认为体育锻炼是浪费大好时间，认为分秒必夺的读书学习才是硬道理。其实不然，有句话说的好：身体是革命的本钱。所以，要想在人生的征程中保持优秀的学业，强健的体格才是及格线。常言道：7+1大于8，意思是7小时的学习加一小时的运动，胜于8个小时不间断的学习，我们何乐而不为呢?体育让我们健康、向上、快乐、团结、拼搏和坚持，让我们深刻理解了精神的意义，永不放弃，以饱满的热情、昂扬的斗志投入到运动中，让运动成为习惯。

记得小时候，爸爸带着我去爬大罗山，可是我每走几步就要休息，最后干脆不走了，爸爸告诉我：“人要先苦后甜，没有付出，就没有回报。”我在心里牢牢记住这句话。最后，经过我和“懒惰”激烈地战斗下，我赢了，我登顶了，那时，我感到无比的自豪，这也应验了那句话：没有经历风雨，怎能看见彩虹。从那次登山后，我才真正意识到运动需要坚持，让运动成为习惯。所以，如今，我最喜欢的两项运动就是爬山和骑自行车。

在校园里，我们作为学生，首先应该上好体育课，做好课间操，不浪费每一个锻炼的时间，还可以利用中午漫长的休息时间，到操场上和同学踢踢足球、打打篮球、跑跑步。我们锻炼了，老师更需要参加体育锻炼，因为你们工作忙，压力大，事情多，就更需要挤出时间，走向户外参加运动。当然，我们也要科学地去锻炼，要适当的、有节制的、有时间控制的锻炼。

今天阳光明媚，我来到学校，看见同学们都穿着校服或运动服来到学校，漂亮极了。他们脸上还乐呵呵的笑，仿佛是一只只快乐的小鸟。你知道为什么要穿校服或运动服吗!其实是因为今天是神龙小学举行体质达标运动会。

Many years ago, when the first computer came into being, many people

predicted the age of computer has come. Now only two decades passed, here comes

the new age of cellphone. Lets look at how people depend on the phone. They use

cellphone to work and to communicate with families and friends. With the

development of technology, online payment is popular and people just need a

cellphone to pay all the bills. How convenient it is. We are lucky to live in

the age of technology. But at the same time, if we dont control ourselves, we

I am in primary school now, and I like my campus so much. The first time I

班的比赛了。比赛开始，我们拼尽全力向自己一边拔，三2班也不甘示弱，我们终于打成平手。因为平手了，所以我们要开始加时赛了，这一局对我们来说很关键，这意味着输赢。艰难的打了这一战我们终于胜利了，我们高兴地跳起来，我原本以为结束了，结果一个老师说：“还有老师们的三项运动会”同学们和我都惊呆了，没想到还有们的三项运动会!虽然老师们也有运动会，但他们的运动项目和我们不相同，只有一个项目和我们一样，那就是拔河。第一项是投篮球，第二项是接力跑，第三项就是拔河。现在我明白了除了我们要有运动会，老师们也要有运动会呢。

to find jobs. This may sound strange since college students used to be the "most

favored" people in society. They have received a higher education, hence they

college. But chances are that some of them can hardly find jobs after graduating

There are two reasons that account for this strange phenomenon. One is that

some college students cannot come to terms with themselves and with the world

around them. They pursue too high goals and are too particular about such

factors as working conditions, salary, and so on. Therefore, they are reluctant

to accept the job when they are offered to them. Another reason is that the

majors some students pursue do not match with the demands of the job market. As

a result, they canonly sit and miss opportunities.

To solve this problem, I think college students should know their own

strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards themselves and the

job vacancies. In addition, they should not attach too much importance to

material aspects of the job. They should put priority to their future

development and their contributions to society in stead. Furthermore, they

should think of receiving some further training to meet the demands of

society.

Autumn is the third season in the year. It lasts from September to

November. When the autumn comes, the leaves begin to turn yellow and then fall.

The weather becomes cool. It makes people feel comfortable. So many people like

autumn and enjoy this season. Besides, autumn is a season of harvest. The crops

turn to rip. Farmers are busy with the harvest. And they begin to prepare for

the winter and the New Year.

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

100米男子比赛过后，400米女子比赛又开始了。天公实在不作美，偏偏在这个时候下起了雨。这可让运动员依婷要紧张了，望着外面的雨越下越大，再想想很快就要比赛了，她害怕得哭了起来。但是为了班级的荣誉，她依然坚持了下来，她冒着雨在操场上一圈又一圈地跑着，雨淋湿了她的头发，可她仍尽力摆动她的手臂，脚步明显慢了，可她却跑完了全程。虽然她的成绩不是很理想，但她的坚强意志值得我们学习!

想想那段时光，我真为我班运动员那坚强的意志而骄傲!

place is and where to live in. I am sure it will be a wonderful journey. There

are only several days for the coming trip, but I have been too excited to

wait.

但是我心里还是在给自己加油，说：“康栩豪，加油，你是最棒的。”终于到我了，我双脚站立，身子弯曲，我跳了起来，只见，我像一只大鹏展翅的飞燕，又仿佛是一只雄壮的飞鹰。最后我以0。1米之差赢得了冠军，我心里暗喜。

只见大屏幕上又写了几个字，集体活动——拔河。又写出了第一场拔河是哪两个班，五四班和五七班，看见五四班这几个字时，心里又紧张起来。我们找了几个身强力壮的男生，哨声一响，拔河队员一个个像打了鸡血似的使劲拉着绳子，双腿弯曲，使劲的向后拉。

啦啦操队员们有的急跺脚，有的拍手……不知道怎么了，五七班男生突然又拉，红旗过了界，我们很失落。

运动会结束了，这一场运动会让我收获了很多、很多……

今天，天气晴朗，万里无云，阳光照耀着大地，我们学校的运动会就要开幕了。

我们一十班在陈老师的带领下排好队，来到国旗下等候入场，全校的同学和老师都准备好了。运动会快开幕了，老师带我们走进了后操场指定位置坐好。不一会儿，大操场上变成了人山人海。入场式开始了，我们班同学喊着响亮的口号，雄赳赳气昂昂向主席台走去。刚刚走过主席台，看见许多彩旗在高年级同学手里挥动着，彩旗迎风飘舞，好像在对每一位同学招手敬礼。

入场仪式进行完了，我们坐到了自己的位置上，不一会儿，开幕式表演开始了，表演队一个接着一个上场表演。“扇操”表演开始了，手拿扇子的同学昂首挺胸，站好队形，随着有力的音乐，挥舞着扇子，整齐有序的表演。一会儿雄鹰展翅，一会儿金鸡独立，一会儿翩翩起舞，看着他们的精彩表演，我多么想成为其中的一员。

开幕式结束了，我真想再参加一次这样的活动，希望下一次活动我也能成为一名表演的队员。
