Last month we had a sports meeting. Though the weather wasnt very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

这些不良习惯为什么会产生呢?有的是因为有的同学在生活方面完全没有自觉性，不能约束和控制自己，随心所欲;也有的是因为有的同学认为学校的纪律太严，完全限制了他们的自由;也有同学认为那是酷的表现……然而不管是什么原因，这些不良习惯都是不能适应学校生活的表现。我们在学校里，只有在校风校纪的约束下，才能正常地完成学业，如果养成了我行我素的恶习，今后走向社会，是很难立足的。如果这些不良习惯不及时改正，就会误入歧途，小错就会酿成大错。

我们每个人在这里求学，都有着一个追求，都有着一个理想，都有着一个志向，如果说学校是一片沃土的话，我们要在这里把我们的耕作变成果实，实现我们的追求;如果说学校是一支拐杖的话，我们要拄着这支拐杖攀登高峰，实现我们的志向;如果说学校是一只展翅飞翔巨鸟的话，那她会承载着我们的希望去实现我们的理想。我们要学做一个文明的人，一个诚实的人，一个勤学的人，一个守纪的人，做一个“脱离了低级趣味，一个高尚的人”。

11月6日，我们学校举行了第七届秋季运动会。

运动会开幕式上，一个个班，一队队人，有节奏地走着。我在队伍中昂着头，挺着胸，阳光而又自信地走向主席台。就在离主席台只有五、六十米时，我的耳边突然响起体育委员领的口令声，我跟着大家一起喊起了我们班的口号：“秋风吹，战鼓擂，六年二班怕过谁!”听着响亮的口号声和脚步声，看着整齐的方阵，我觉得现在我们班一定非常耀眼，我为自己在这个班级感到自豪。

声势浩大的开幕式过后，学生们在班主任的带领下来到自己班的观众席上就坐。不一会儿，比赛开始了。

到了200米比赛的时候，我们班的施邦羽和王锦程在裁判员一声令下冲出了起跑线，他俩好像脚下踩着风火轮一样地向前冲。在跑了五六十米后，施邦羽落到了最后。在看台上加油的我们疑惑起来：“邦羽这是怎么了?”“老师，快看，邦羽的脚好像瘸了，他受伤了。”……施邦羽把脚崴了，本来可以拿第一的施邦羽在跑道上一瘸一拐地跑跳着。可他并没有放弃，仍然小跑小跳地向终点冲去。当施邦羽从终点回到观众台时，他哭了，哭得很伤心，有同学过来问他怎么样，这使他哭得更伤心了。“施邦羽明天还有比赛。这可怎么是好呢?”不知哪位同学插了一句。羊老师劝他退赛，可是邦羽却说：“我走也要走到终点，只要走到就能为班级得那么一点点分，那也是好的。”施邦羽的这种坚持的表现，值得我们所有人学习。

很快一个上午就过去了，下午我要参加女子小六800米长跑的比赛。在赛前我紧张的心一直“怦怦”直跳，当听到“呯!”一声令下，我就像离弦之箭一般冲了出去。我一路遥遥领先，洪钐在我后面紧追不舍，我也集中注意力寸步不让。第二圈时，我和同班同学洪钐相持不下，谁也不想让谁。在一百米冲刺时我已筋疲力尽，可洪钐不知哪来的力量，趁此机会冲到我前面，我就只得了第二名。到终点之后，我腿脚发软，让我感动的是好多同学都来扶我，给我送水。

运动会很快就结束了，可是直到现在全班同学为施邦羽同学呐喊加油的声音一直回荡在我的耳边。
