“非正式军队”就是“非正式”，第一天早上的比赛只能用“惨不忍睹”这四个字来形容。整个一个早晨，全班的气氛就像是在开一个凄惨的葬礼。光天化日，朗朗乾坤，班里竟然一分未得。每当一个运动员吐着舌头或低着头回来的时候，每个人都会对其安慰曰：“哥们节哀。”

我的三千米比赛如期而至。刚开始，我和另一个同学去检录的时候，检录员说：“比赛好似已经开始了!”我的心一颤，向起点狂奔而去。

还好，还没开始，但运动员已经站在了起跑线上。站好，准备，发令枪响，奔出起跑线……我连贯地完成了一系列的动作。起跑倒数第一，这令我大跌眼镜。但我还是奋力地向前追。压道，冲刺，反超，我超过了一个，又超过了一个。但是，还有近2000米的路要跑，咳，慢慢熬吧。最后，我得到了第七名。差一名就得到了分数。“这实力，这该死的实力，为什么不更强一点点呢，只要一点点就行啊!”我埋怨自己。但这又有什么用呢?

但接下来，我发现我还是男生中的强者。整整一天，全班男生只有干对着第一的运动员吹胡子瞪眼，暗暗为后面的运动员加油，但最后，还是令我们大失所望。而女生，虽说成绩也不理想，但也少不了“巾帼英雄”，为班级征得那寥寥无几的分数。

望着那渐渐远去的运动场，我真想对它说一声：“你一定要等着等着，我明年会再回来，奔跑在这片洒满阳光的场地上!”

星期三，老师说：“明天开运动会!”我们班高兴极了。星期四一到，我们来到操场，操场上热闹非凡，挂满了五颜六色的旗帜，各种比赛项目井然有序地排列着，听到嘹亮的运动会进行曲，操场上，同学们像快速奔跑的小羚羊。

每次上体育课时我都会很主动的去练习扔垒球，小小的垒球在手中滚来滚去看上去可有意思了。在练习时我常常扔不远，可是经过我们班同学的帮助下我越扔越远。激烈的比赛开始了但我一点也不紧张，随着裁判员的口令垒球像一只离弦的箭飞了出去，最终还是获得了比较好的成绩。800米是靠耐力和爆发力，我认为自己在这个方面还是比较好的，所以我选择跑800米。只听裁判员一声枪响运动员们像撒僵的野马奋力的往前冲。在跑第三圈时我突然感觉身体坚持不住了，可是我告诉自己我能行!我可以!我最棒!在跑最后一圈时旁边的同学加油的声音更响亮了。在冲过终点的那一刹那我战胜了自己同时也取得了比较好的成绩，那努力的结果却在奖状上停留片刻那是为下一次比赛做基础。

运动会已经拉开了帷幕，我懂了生命在于运动，做事要坚持不懈，相信我一定能说到做到!

The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

However, as things stand today, this small amount of fresh water, which is constantly being replaced by rainfall, is still enough for us. But our need for water is increasing rapidly-- almost day by day. Only if we take steps to deal with this problem now can we avoid a severe worldwide water shortage later on. A limited water supply would have a bad effect on agriculture and industry. Let me give you just one small exampie of how necessary water is to industry. Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.

今天我们四年级终于开了一次运动会。

第一项接力赛是我的优点，赵老师给我们参加接力赛得人发了一根接力棒老师把哨一吹，我们像飞奔的小马儿，奔驰了起来，李佳骑跑到了任智铎的旁边，李佳骑没有给任智铎接力棒，任智铎一下子抓着接力棒跑了起来到了最后才拿到了一个到了一个倒数第一，我回到自己的位置上对里李佳骑说"要不是你多跑几步我们就会得第一名"。李佳骑说"明明是任智铎没拿到接力棒好不好，我看见明明是李佳骑没有给到接力棒，不过我也看见任智铎没有拿到接力棒。

第二个项目是障碍赛，我一年级到三年级从来没有输过障碍赛，所以我把障碍赛报上了。

第一个打头的人是我，我看到了一个铁圈和三个障碍物。我一到三年级从来都没有遇到过这样的障碍物。我对我后面的人说：“谁和我换一下位置。我没见过这样的障碍物，”说着我和盛尚誉换了一下位置，然后我看见三班的人演示了一下，我们又换了回来……这次我们吸取前面的教训拿了个第三名，虽然是第三名，但这是通过我们集体的努力得来的，我很开心。夹球跳这个项目我为班级拿了第一名，真是功夫不负有心人啊。

这次的运动会我们从集体中获取快乐，我知道了只有团结，劲往一处使，就会获得成功，乐得其所!

Dragon Boat Festival is one the very classic traditional festivals, which

has been celebrated since the old China. Firstly, it is to in honor of the great

poet Qu Yuan, who jumped into the water and ended his life for loving the

country. Nowadays, different places have different ways to celebrate.

In my hometown, there will be a traditional competition, that is the dragon

boat race. People make up the team and fight for the honor. Every boat looks

like the dragon and it is the most obvious feature. A lot of people will come to

visit or watch the match. Then the game begins. The audience will cheer for the

teams and the competitors try their best to make the boat go fast. It is very

lively.

Besides the competition, eating the traditional food zongzi is favored by

everyone. For me, it is very delicious. My grandma makes the best zongzi. She

has the special recipe and it fits my stomach. So every time I go back hometown,

my grandma will make it for me.

In other places, drinking the special wine and hanging the leaf are also

the tradition. The preserve of the traditional festival makes our culture

profound.

The moment I go to high school, I have made up my mind to study hard. It is

known to all that the period of high school is the turning point of people’s

life, which may decide my future career. So I know the importance of striving

for my future. The reason why I study so hard are various. First, I want my

parents to be proud of me. When my mothers’ friends come to visit her, they

always brag about how excellent their children are, but my mother would never

At the elementary school today it is a sports day; all the parents and friends were invited to attend. Each class in the school was competing in one or more sports events such as relay races, distance races, ball games, parades, and so on. The mourning day is to remember the people who lost their lives in the

people can’t live without it. In my opinion, cell phone really brings so many

advantages to mankind.

First of all, cell phone is very convenient. People can connect with anyone

in anywhere if that person has a mobile phone, too. In other words, people have

to write letter in paper and then wait for a long time to make the letter

arrived the destination in the old days, but now people can write message on

cell phone and then send it to the person they want in a second or just dial
