比赛虽然很累，但是大家还是觉得很开心，运动会就在大家愉快的心情中结束了。俗话说：“胜不娇，败不馁”，输的人再接再厉，赢的人也不要骄傲，期待下一次的比赛到来。

令人盼望已久的秋季运动会开幕啦，这可是我盼望了一个多月的呀!听老师说这个星期五开运动会，高兴得我几夜没睡着觉。

那天虽下着蒙蒙小雨，但我们的心里却阳光灿烂。首先军乐队开始演奏，随着军乐队那动人的响声，五星红旗冉冉升起，然后，校长讲话，最后比赛正式开始。

这次我虽然不是运动员，但也派上用场了。葛玉苗做仰卧起坐，我帮她压住脚，当葛玉苗快不行的时候，我帮她加油鼓劲，她终于获得了第四名。

这真是一次难忘的运动会，精彩的运动会!既让我们增强了体质，又让我们学到了以前不会的体育项目。盼望下一次的运动会快点儿到来!

盼望着，盼望着，一年一度的运动会终于来到了。吃过早饭，我们站着整整齐齐的队伍，迈着娇健的步伐来到小学操场。随着精彩的开幕式的结束，紧张激烈的比赛开始了。

别出心裁的倒退跑开始了，一位老师想先练习一下，不知怎么回事，竟然摔倒在地上，又惹得我们一阵大笑。更有意思的是有一名老师倒退跑了几步后，可能是不习惯吧，竟然退出了比赛，我感到有点惋惜。但有一名都老师却跑得特别快，只见他脚尖着地，迅速地倒退着，那样子简直跟正着跑没什么两样，自然他夺得了第一名，这时只听旁边的一位老师说：“他早晨经常这样跑。”噢，我明白了，这就是熟能生巧呀!

跳远，跳高场地也不时传来一阵阵喝彩声。这肯定是又有同学赛出了好成绩。

不知不觉，所能的比赛结束了，当听到孙老师宣布中心小学第一名的好成绩时，我们高兴地欢呼起来。但我知道，这成绩是同学样苦练的结果。同时，我也懂得了，做任何事情，要想取得成功，就必须付出汗水。

This summer holiday, I had travelled to Hong Kong with many other students. We went to Hong Kong by plane. Hong Kong is very small, but there are many people living there.

In Hong Kong, all of the buildings are very tall. There are lots of shops there and you can go shopping until about 11:00 at night. In Hong Kong, things are very expensive, so we only bought a few souvenirs.

We went to lots of places, such as the Avenue of Stars and Ocean Park. I like Ocean Park best. The park is very big. Sitting in the cable car, you can see two hills, lots of different flowers and the sea. Some students were afraid of sitting in the cable car!

We stayed in the Shu Ren College. There are many big trees around it. We had meals in the restaurants, but I didnt like the food.

Hong Kong is very beautiful. I like Hong Kong and I hope to go there again some day.

At the elementary school today it is a sports day; all the parents and friends were invited to attend. Each class in the school was competing in one or more sports events such as relay races, distance races, ball games, parades, and so on. One day, mother and i went to climb mount huang. when i began to climb, i

felt very easy. but when i climbed the haft way, i was very tired.and quite out

of breath. i asked mother, "can i climb to the top?" mother answered, "as long

no matter how high it is! "so i went ahead. half an hour later, i climbed

to the top finally. what a wonderful day i had!

During my secondary school years I often liked to go to the recreation room to play table tennis. 运动会开始了，第一个项目是50米短跑，你瞧，我们班的阳军杰已经摆好了姿式，只等着那声惊心动魄的发令枪响。“砰”，随着枪声的响起，运动员们都向终点奔跑。只见我们班的`阳军杰箭步如飞、天马行空，他像一支离弦的箭，闪电般的向终点冲去，其它选手也你追我赶，眼看我们班的阳军杰快要跑到终点了，可是4班的大个子又追了上来，于是，他和阳军杰进行了一对一的较量，但他们俩的实力差不多，没有高低之分，他们俩同时跑到了终点，在欢呼声中，他们走上了领奖台，把跑步第一名的奖状给领走了。

旁边的跳高比赛也开始了，只见一个大哥哥冲向跳高台，轻松的一跑一跳，就跃过了横杆，这时，一位较胖的大姐姐，她使劲一跳，差点把栏杆压断，起来后，她说了一句：“我还需要继续减肥啊。”我们听了哭笑不得。

我参加的比赛开始了，那就是男子1分钟跳绳，我的心悬了起来，生怕跳不够规定的个数，我们开始跳了，前20秒我的表现还不错，跳了40个，后半段我快不行了，但我仍坚持着，心里想，怎么也得跳够规定的数量啊!比赛终于结束了，但我已经累如一滩软泥，结果出来了，我跳了109个，全班第二名，那一刻，不知为什么，我又来劲了，立刻跳起来为自己欢呼。过了一个下午，运动会在欢呼声中结束了，同学们都筋疲力尽，腿软如泥。

这届运动会虽然结束了，但这届运动会令我至今难忘，因为这届运动会蕴含着老师辛勤的劳动，同学们劳累的汗水，有同学们失败的眼泪，更有那些甜美的笑容和永不放弃的精神。
