我们只好盼望定点投篮和拔河取得好成绩。让我们开心的是：定点投篮取得了第一名的好成绩。大家没有骄傲，继续保持高昂的激情，准备参加下一轮的拔河比赛，老师也激励大家，要拔河了，我们的对手是五班，很多人在说一些好笑的话：如”为大食会的召开而拔河!“还有的反过来说”为拔河之崛起而开大食会!“比赛开始了，各方的啦啦对大喊”加油!加油“，最终我们班两局都赢了四(5)班，他们不服气，还说要再比一局，于是我们又比了一局，结果还是我们班赢了，”四(三)班第一名，我们第一名“，有人大声说，真是让我们激动万分。

在下午最后一节课，江老师宣布说”星期五下午第二节课举行大食会。“大家听后顿时欣喜若狂，真希望大食会快快到来。

在这次比赛中，我们赛出了友谊，也赛出了成绩，特别是拔河一定要大家的齐心协力才能取得胜利，我觉得我们这个集体永远是最棒的。这真是一次难忘的运动会。

只听“嘣”的一声枪响，五、六年级的运动员们像箭一般地飞了出去。啊!堂堂跑得真快呀!我们全校差不多都为他加油，那喊声，声声回荡在校园。唉!堂堂跑了第一名呀!

一转眼就到了男子1500米的赛跑，我们班就有一个同学就是跑1500米的，他叫宁宁，他是我们班的飞毛腿，他跑得很快。

只听“嘣”的一声枪响，我们就大喊着：“中心加油!”有的同学挥舞小旗为他加油，还有的同学还拿着望远镜，望着中心小学的运动员一举一动。开始时，运动员像一个飞快的箭，可跑到第二圈时他后面的队员就追上来了。运动员这时也疲惫了，他的步子渐渐的小了，慢慢地第二名也赶来了。这时我们的喊声更大了。

在最后一圈时，第四名也赶上他了，可他又咬紧牙关赶上了在他前面第三名。到了终点，他跑了个第三名。虽然他跑了个第三名，但是他坚持跑下去了，我们要向他学习。

夕阳西下，运动会结束了，我们恋恋不舍的回到教室。

In my eyes, she’s not a teacher, but a lovely girl and a good friend of

mine. She is not tall. She is thin. She has the long hair. Her face is round.

There are two small eyes on her face. She likes smiling. When she smiles, her

eyes just like the moon at the beginning of the month. I think she is very

beautiful girl.

She’s very kind, like an old friend. She can sing. She can draw. She can

dance. She can speak very good English. She can tell us stories. She can play

games with us. When we have an English lesson, we feel very happy. All of us are

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

“加油!加油!”一声声激情四射的呐喊在整个校园的上空回荡着，校园的跑道上是飞奔的身影，他们一往直前在飞奔，朝着终点拼出了自己所有的力气。

等到第一名运动健将抵达目的地的时候，全场都沸腾了，有的同学在为第一名欢呼，有的同学则还在继续为后面的同学们加油，场地上一片闹腾。

长跑的同学们一个接着一个的到达了目的地，但是最惹人注意的是那最后一个跑得满头大汗的同学，他踏着艰难的步伐一步一步的朝着目的地而去，操场上越来越多的同学都在注视着他，但是他离终点还有一圈的距离，此时的整个操场上的人都在为他鼓舞，为他呐喊。

渐渐地越来越多的同学选择跟在他的身后，跑步声和着同学们的喘气声组成了这个运动会最动人的旋律。

他的步伐虽然越来越缓慢，但是却始终都没有停下来的时候，我们都看得出他跑的每一步都极其的艰难，可尽管如此，他还是咬着牙在一步一步的前进。

不知道是谁先开口叫出了这位同学的名字，接着，越来越多同学的声音也加入了进去，这一次我们的声音奇迹般的统一起来，不像之前那样，每一个人呼喊的对象都不一样，这一次，我们所有的人都在喊着一个名字。

等到他终于跑到了终点，就在这一瞬间，在场的所有人都在为他欢呼，给他鼓掌。

这一场运动会在此时达到了高潮，在这个艳阳高照的秋日里，如雷的掌声响彻了这整个校园，等到这一场比赛结束后，远动会却并没有就此而结束，紧接着就迎来了运动会的下一个项目，运动会依旧在进行着，不过，校运会中的这一场比赛永远的留在了我们的记忆里。

my deepest sympathy on the people in the disastrous area. So I donated some

money and clothes to them. And I also prayed for the dead people sincerely. I

live a more peaceful life.

将近一天半的时间，我们展开了一次激烈的运动会，整个八完小热闹非凡，就连碧玉的柳枝也为我们加油。

The Hero in My Heart

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

Dr Bethune was good at performing operations.And taking photos was his hobby. In 1938， he came toChina. He opened hospitals and invented medical tools. He worked so hard thathe saved thousands of Chinese people. He didn’t stop totake care of his own injured hand and died.

I am deeply moved by his stories. So I’ll work hard today and do my best to helpothers.

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. China.People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air.So it

is necessary to find out the reason why leads to that and work out the

resolution.If we trace the cause for haze weather ,the main points are as

follows ,first,china s air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation

factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has

defects.Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out

products according to relevant law and regulations.They tend to use obsolete

equipment in which they are high likely to emit a great deal of wasted air.

Third,across our society ,relevant protection awareness has not built up so

that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as

much as possible.Just for the sake of convience to go out,people rely more and

more on travelling and working by car while car is the main cause for the haze

weather

To settle this problem,a series of meaures should be taken as follows.First

,we should strengthen air monitor to lower the levels of small particulate

pollutants.Second,we should enact more strict laws and regulations and keep

perfecting our current law on environmental protection to regulate people s

daily action and the industrial production and punish those factories that

ignore the protection and keep emitting dangerous material that cause haze.

Third,we should develop green and energy-saving energy to lower the

emission of haze and improve air quality.As far as i am concerned ,if we work

together to be able to do such measures ,our environment will getting better and

better and haze weather will vanish completely.

I like running because I think it’s a funny and easy sport. I can do it by myself. I was not very healthy when I was a little child. So my father took me running with him. He said it’s good for me. At first I didn’t like it at all. But after a few weeks I felt great when I was running. Therefore I go to running every three days. Now some of my classmates run with me. We always talk to each other. I like this sport.
