今天，我们的祖国已经进入了一个新的历史时期，振兴中华的责任，已落在我们青年人的肩上，“五四”的火炬，已传到了我们这一代的手中。“五四”的精神，需要我们发扬光大。可是要弘扬“五四”精神，就必须思考一个问题。我们应该拥有一个怎样的青春?怎样的人生?是在浑浑噩噩中虚度光阴，还是在拼搏奋斗中向上进取?

“各就各位——预备!”在跑道上，100米预赛开始了。老师举起乌黑的发令抢，周围的一切突然静了下来，四名男运动员各占一条跑道，他们屏住了呼吸，全神贯注，像战士在等待冲锋的号令。
“砰!”清脆的抢响传便了整个运动场，只见站在起跑线上的四名运动员，迅速而有力地一蹬腿，说时迟，那时快，像脱缰了的野马，似离弦的箭，向前方冲去，“加油!加油!”下面的观众一下子沸腾了，有的舞动着胳膊，有的摇动着旗子，为运动员加油助威。跑在最前面的是一位我不认识的同学，只见他双拳握紧，双臂在前后有力地摆动，脚下像生了风，我们班的缪泽华跑地慢了一点，处于第二，但也毫不示弱，一直奋力追赶着前面的同学，“缪泽华加油——缪泽华加油!”听到了同学们的喊声，缪泽华超过了第一位同学。
离终点只有十米了。这四名运动员的距离越来越近，冠军到底是谁呢?现在很难分辨。突然，缪泽华加大步子，拼命冲刺，还有五米……三米，仅跨大了三步，他终于跑到了终点，取得了小组第一名。
我们欢呼了起来。
操场中央正在进行垒球比赛，水泥操场那里正举行跳高。
同学们的欢呼声、助威声在操场上空回荡。

跑步比赛开始了，运动员们就像一支支离弦的箭一起冲出了起跑线。只见我们班的黄嘉妮拼命向前跑着，我激动地站了起来，不停地为她喊着：“黄嘉妮，加油!黄嘉妮，加油!”她好像听到了我的加油声，鼓足了吃奶的劲儿往前冲，最终为我们班获得了一个第一名。“耶!黄嘉妮，你真棒!”我不由得高声喊了起来。
其他几个运动员虽说没有得到第一，但他们也给我们班争得了分数，我真佩服他们!
