一个星期天的上午，我们快乐魔方四年级的师生在教室里玩“左手运动会”的游戏。

游戏规则是：全班分成两个大组进行PK，两轮比赛后，分数最高的小组获胜，获胜组每人可奖励10颗大拇指。

游戏前，郝老师让缪佳璐带“魔方”组，李尚松带“快乐”组。我是“快乐”组组员。老师为我们准备了针线、盘子、珠子和筷子。

游戏开始了，第一轮是左手穿针。每组派一名队员出战，哪个队员把线穿进针孔里哪组就获胜。我们组派魏珊妮出战。对方派王晨阳出战，双方的实力不相上下，看似都挺厉害。只听老师一声“开始!”双方队员展开了激烈的角逐。台下的观众都为自己的选手加油打气。对方选手王晨阳左手拿线，右手拿针，三下两下就把线穿进了针孔，我方选手魏珊妮越穿越紧张，最后连针都拿不稳了……原来，对方选手王晨阳平时就常常帮助奶奶穿针引线，所以用时最短。

第二轮是左手夹珠，全员参加。平时，用右手夹菜我都不太行，不要说用左手夹珠子了。因此，不等上场，我这手就感到有些发抖，心里发慌。轮到我了，我暗暗地嘱咐自己，稳住，稳住……可不知怎么了，手里的筷子老在颤抖，怎么也夹不稳盘里的珠子。结果，二比零，“快乐”组获胜，我们再输一局。

我们来到了西操场，那里人山人海，首先，举行了庄严地升旗仪式。我们伴随着音乐唱起国歌。五星红旗徐徐升起。然后是广播体操比赛，这是考验我们团结精神的比赛，一个个班级排着整齐的队伍，雄赳赳气昂昂地走进了比赛场地，随着广播体操“七彩阳光”的节奏和音乐，每一个同学都做得格外出色。

接下来，到100米赛跑了，我不慌不忙的来到了赛道上，半蹲着腿，竖起耳朵等待发令枪发令。只听见一声枪响，我两眼盯着前方，用力摆动手臂，飞快的迈着大步像猛虎似的往前跑，旁边的观众不停地为我们加油、鼓掌。

下午，进行了接力比赛，每班20个人参加，分别站在南北两侧，中间相隔50米，进行比赛。“啪”发令枪一响，第一名同学像离弦的箭一样，飞快的跑，把棒传给了同班同学。只见接力棒在同学之间来回传递，最精彩的是在传递第19棒的时候，三个班的同学齐头并进，此时此刻，大家的心情都非常紧张，为同学们加油。最后，我们获得了第三名。

通过这次比赛，我知道了：比赛不是靠一个人的力量，而是要靠团体的力量和智慧。体育本来就是重在参与嘛，过程才是最重要、最精彩的。这次运动会，给我们带来了很多启示。

昨天是个晴朗的日子，同学们怀着愉快的心情来到校园，有的穿着校服，有的穿着运动装，还有的穿着舞蹈裤，原来都是奔着体质达标运动会的。

上午，我们测量了身高，体重，一分钟跳绳，立定跳远，五十米短跑和仰卧起坐。我印象最深刻的是测五十米短跑。我们跟着江老师来到红色塑胶跑道，心想：我上一次在体育课上测的成绩是9秒4，这一次一定要发挥好。没想到，跟我一组的都是跑得最快的女生，我的心砰砰地乱跳，天哪!怎么办呀?轮到我们这一组了，当裁判员老师说开始时，我用了全身的力气向前冲，但还是跑不过遥遥领先的杨培艺。成绩出来了，我很不服气：有什么了不起，我将不信跑不过你，我要努力。

下午，我们参加了团体赛——40人钻呼啦圈。我们班在赛场上排成一条长龙队，比赛开始了，同学们快速地将呼啦圈钻过自己的身体，传給后面的人，我非常激动：我们班一定要得第一名。站在前面的同学都已经把十个呼啦圈全部传給了后面的同学，可后面的同学还在激烈的比赛中，已经完成任务的同学为了让后面的同学钻得更快点，就大声的叫起来：“三五班加油!三五班加油!”在一浪又一浪的加油声中，比赛终于结束了。当宣布三五班第一名时，大家兴奋地大叫：“耶!”

体质达标运动会，不仅能让我们强身健体，而且还能让自己在比赛中知道:班集体的荣誉是要靠每一位同学共同努力才能取得的。
