For the first time, I climbed to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the

beautiful scenery.

It was a weekend when a good friend of mine asked me to climb a famous

mountain here. Ive always heard of this mountain, but I havent found the time to

climb it. So when my friend asked me out, I readily agreed.

On the way to climb mountains with my friends, we also met many climbers,

including young people and old people. The young mans speed of climbing was

fast, and he disappeared in a flash; the old mans climbing was very casual, at

least slowly, with a happy face. Maybe young people climb the mountain to get to

My friends and I are neither the first nor the second. We will carefully

秋高气爽，操场上人山人海。为什么呢?因为学校举行一年一度的运动会。运动会项目有跑步60米、100米、400米、800米、垒球、跳 。

接着是400米跑，我班的潘其根可是长跑名将哩!我班的运动员首先出场，他们站在起跑线上，一个手在前，一个手在后，做好了准备。只听裁判员一声枪响，运动员们像一支离弦的箭射了出去，轻盈的步伐，矫健的身躯在操场上飞奔。观众们都在自己班的运动员们加油助威，加油声，喊声，欢呼声此起彼伏。运动员们鼓足干劲，冲向终点，取得优异的成绩。而我班的潘其根在100名运动员里脱颖而出，取得了年级第四名的好成绩。

今天的秋季运动会不仅赛出了风格，赛出了水平，而且还增强了同学之间的友谊。多么有意义的运动会啊!

Now I dare say : My dream is that Ill be admited to Qinghua

University.when I was a child, I had heard the highest school Qinghua. The words

often drives my heart. I keep it away for eleven years . However, I am almost

make it come true, because Im not good at studying subjects, my math ,my

English, my Chinese and my mixtrue subjects are not good. So, when I come to

classroom I often sit there and became sad. I think I have worked hard for two

years in the Siner School. But ,all of things arent change quickly. Where is my

seed and where is my gains, but it may be the time . Now, I have been in the

Senior three, and Ill face the case of going to university. Although the case

is so terrible , I have nothing to treat it. I often cry with the reason that

why I am always in trouble. but as the increcs of age , I know that cry is no

use , so I became studying. So, when I came into the Senior Three, I have been

felling myself to change mind to it is that studying is an important thing. If

There is nothing complicated about eating a proper diet. For good health,

eat a variety of foods. Do not eat the same foods day after day! Foods should be

今天清晨太阳刚刚露出赤红的笑脸。我们班的同学们已经喜气洋洋地走在去学校的路上了。是什么使他们这样高兴呢?原来今天学校要举行一场盛大的冬季田径运动会所以人人都十分兴奋。

在全校师生进入教学楼不到半个小时教学楼的楼道里就传出了一阵阵轰鸣声搬桌椅的同学们分秒不息地忙碌着。过了一会儿全校的同学们都到了操场上在本班的位置上“原地驻军了”。

过了一会儿轮到了男子组六百米长跑。这回可好我们班的长跑健将小龙算是有了英雄用武之地了。他的耐力在全年级是数一数二的。赛跑开始后他以惊人的“悠闲速度”跑到了前四名。一圈、二圈下来外班同学都发动了好几次冲刺。可小龙一点也不慌张一直坚持第四名。到了第三圈时小龙的劲头可全来了一连发起三把冲锋冲得外班学生晕头转向、精疲力尽。原先遥遥在前面的那几名运动员立刻被刘盼龙这员“猛将”抛在脑后。我们班的同学们立刻雀跃欢呼起来有的同学甚至踩到了板凳上。最后小龙得到了冠军这个第一名实在是太难得了、太来之不易呀!因为光这一项就有十二员“超级”小将参加啊!

我们班的运动员虽然不能“屡屡夺冠”但也“屡屡夺季。”并且还得了三个奖状。这足可以让我们心慰了。

这次运动会真是太令人愉快了。

On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family

will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food

is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People eat the delicious food while

they are enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old

people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about

the rabbit on the moon . The children really believe that there is a rabbit on

the moon. They hope to go to the moon and have a look one day.
