们没有一个好身体,只有一个好的学习成绩,也是没用,所以我们要用一个健康的身体去迎接我们的学习生涯,这样才不会被社会潮流所淘汰.

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.

Music is favored by everyone and it is the indispensable part of our

life.

I had a joyful summer vacation. During the holidays, I traveled with my

families.

We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days. We lived in the hotel.

It is very beautiful. We visited to the Tiananmen Square, the Imperial Palace,

the Summer Palace and the Old Summer Palace.

We also went to the Great Wall. The weather was very hot, but we were

exciting. I like Beijing very much. I hope I can go there again.

My school is very big and beautiful.There is a big playground and a big

garden are behind our teaching buildings. the garden is very beautiful.There are

about 2000 students and more than 200 teachers in my school.my teachers are very

kind and friendly.they are very kind to us,they often help us with our study.I

have many good friend.we often play togeter ,I have a great time in my school.we

are happy every day.I like my school very much.

热烈的欢呼打破了夏日的平静……

运动会，现场早已沸腾了。

精彩的一幕终于开始了只见他摇开自己的手臂，双脚叉开，两眼如猛虎下山般凶狠，手心不久前因为紧张，使得全是汗水。整条跑道都散发着他的气场。“砰!〃随着开始的声响传来，他以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲出起跑线，过了几秒，已经看不到他的身影。我手中拿着他的衣物，在心中为他呐喊。我也紧张地跟着他跑，最终不忘喊"加油!〃不止是我一位，还有其他同学。

再看看他，由于身体素质较好，他没有太大喘气，可头发衣服身体已经浸在汗中了。

所以像个刚游过自由泳的人，可腿上功夫却不停，他心中只有一个念头：得第一!为班级争光!回头一看哪还有同学的影子，我们因为没有这么厉害的体质，只能在腿仿佛有千斤重，声音喊到沙哑的时候，才在绿油油的草坪上喘着粗气。

这时他跑得有点慢了，渐渐从第一名变成第三名，我和其他同学看着心急的不得了，不管自己的累对着他大声喊：“跑啊!加油!〃他听到这些，不知从哪得来的力量，咬着牙使劲跑，他已将这些呐喊变化为力量，他用力一跑，放手一搏，一眨眼之间超过了第二名。此时他离第一名就差一点，可第一名也快到终点了，我们一班人全都屏住了呼吸。一米，两米，近了，近了，到了!我们班得了第一名!

夕阳下，欢呼与泪花齐飞……

今天，学校举行了田径运动会。

首先是开幕式。六年级的同学每人拿着一束花专心致志地走向跑道。

紧跟着，五年级、四年级、三年级都进行了精彩的表演。二年级的同学穿着小士兵的衣服，表演了跆拳道，他们打拳都展示了自己最帅的一面，就像真正的士兵一样。

终于轮到一年级了，一年级的表演是我最盼望的，因为里边也有我的颖颖妹妹。一年级出场了，所有的男同学头上系着一条蓝色的布带，女同学穿着黄色的裙子、白色的裤袜，手上戴着用纸做的蓝色、黄色相间的蝴蝶结，她们手上还拿着扎着彩色带子的瓶子，她们的口号是：小小年纪把学上，棒棒我最棒，强强我最强，运动场上赛刘翔。一年级走过的时候，我们热烈地鼓掌。

比赛开始了，这是我最盼望的时间，我心里一直念叨着赵赟天加油。前面的比赛很精彩，但我没有心思看，因为都是高年级的。轮到一年级比赛的时候，赵赟天上场了，我的目光一直盯在他的身上。发令枪响，他飞奔过来，我们都为他加油。他跑起来很快，就像汽车一样飞奔着，一眨眼，他就第一个跑到终点，我真为他高兴。主席台宣布一年级赵赟天上台领奖，他为我们班争得了名次，真光荣啊!

运动会上，我看到运动员们的拼搏精神，我不禁赞叹，真棒啊!

I love to read. When I was three years old, my parents had taught me to

read. They bought me some books with funny and colorful pictures. Soon I was

attracted by these stories and fell in love with reading. Since I went to

school, I often went to the library and it was my favorite place. Studying in

the library provided me a silent environment. The most important thing was that

as so many excellent students sat around me. I felt the great motivation to move

on. I could find the data any time and read the books I liked. I have gained a

lot of knowledge and find the great hour there.
