今天，我们的祖国已经进入了一个新的历史时期，振兴中华的责任，已落了在我们青年人的肩上，“五四”的火炬，已传到了我们青年人的手中。“五四”的精神，需要我们青年人发扬光大。可是要弘扬“五四”精神，就必须思考一个问题。我们应该拥有一个怎样的青春?怎样的人生?是在浑浑噩噩中度过，还是在拼搏中进步?在学校里，我们经常看到这样的场面，有的同学经常迟到、甚至旷课;有的同学穿拖鞋，有的同学偷偷地躲在学校的某一个角落吸烟，有的同学带起了耳环染起了发;还有的同学一到上课就睡觉……这些不良的行为不仅严重地危害到同学们的身心健康，更为重要的是，这也影响到学校的形象，是一种严重破坏校风校纪的行为。

这些不良习惯为什么会产生呢?有的是因为有的同学在生活方面完全没有自觉性，不能约束和控制自己，随心所欲;也有的是因为有的同学认为学校的纪律太严，完全限制了他们的自由;也有同学认为那是酷的表现……然而不管是什么原因，这些不良习惯都是不能适应学校生活的表现。我们在学校里，只有在校风校纪的约束下，才能正常地完成学业，如果养成了我行我素的恶习，今后走向社会，是很难立足的。如果这些不良习惯不及时改正，就会误入歧途，小错就会酿成大错。

星期二，我们学校举行了第六十二届田径运动会。

运动会的项目有很多很多，有200米跑步，400米跑步，有扔垒球，还有接力赛……但是，我最喜欢的还是跆拳道。等高年级的大哥哥大姐姐们做完广播体操就该我们大显身手的时候了。我小跑来到前面，开始做我们学的招数了，做好了以后又开始劈木板，我心想这木板这么硬，我能不能把它劈断，我心里害怕极了，头上直冒汗。只听老师说：“各就各位，预备·开始!”于是他劈起来，我劈了起来，我一发怒，猛的一打，只听“砰”的一声，断了，我高兴极了我真的把木板劈断了。其实，木板再硬，只要你有勇气和信心就一定能把它劈断。做完精彩的跆拳道，我们又去玩跳跳球，跳跳球非常好玩，我跟别人来了一次大作战，结果别人赢了。虽然没赢，但我很开心。

运动会到下午才结束，这次的运动会真是让我们紧张而又兴奋呀!

the task, I cooperated with my classmates. They helped me to ask people for a

seclusion! Every sound was muffled, every noise changed to something soft and

musical. No more tramping hoofs, no more rattling wheels! Only the chiming of

the sleigh-bells, beating as swift and merrily as the hearts of children.

In recent years, college studentsfind it increasingly difficult toget a

job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent,

well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full

Many news report that there are some old people not just fell, they do it on purpose. As for these negative news, people is afraid to help those old people in need, that makes some of them who are in real trouble could not get help in time. I once asked one of my friends: “Why the old people turn bad? If you see one in the street, would you help?” He said: “It is not the old people turn bad, it is the bad people turn old. I will video him/her to make a statement first, then decide if I would help.”

Most westerners always celebrate Christmas Day as their major festival, in

order to memorialize Jesus. During that time, they always have several days off,

so they can enjoy this festival with all their hearts. The children often get

together with their friends. The adults are busy with decorating their houses.

They also send the postcards with their best wishes to each other. In the

streets, there are so many Fathers Christmas sending presents to the passers-by.

And everything is on a discount in the supermarkets. Thus the supermarkets are

the busiest places.

In the evening, the families usually have pudding, sandwiches, apple pies

and some other desserts for dinner. After supper, the families always sing and

dance around the Christmas tree. Sometimes, they also go to church. Before going

to bed, the children often hang up their stockings beside their bed, so that

Father Christmas will fill them with presents. It is said that Father Christmas

Dragon Boat Festival is the traditional day in China, it is on the 5th day

of the 5th lunar month. The common activity for different places are dragon boat

competition and eating zongzi. In my hometown, there will be the dragon boat

competition every year. A lot of teams join this activity and there are full of

audiences stand on the river side, wathing and yelling for the teams. It is one

fo the biggest matches in my hometown. What’ more, making zongzi is also the

tradition. My mother makes the zongzi at this time every year, she told me that

she learned it from my grandma and she would teach me in the future.

As known as we all,education is important in modern society.Everyone ought

to be educated.So the teaching become more and more necessary,expecially the

college teaching.

China,like many other countries in the world,adapts written or oral

examination as the only way to measure a student’s school work.It seems that the

aim of school education is to achieve the temeness of students for society

rather than to cultivate the unique minds for the individuals.But we must

know,the school should to teaching the methods of learning,but not many

formulas.

Besides,most of school in china always think studying more important than

other activities,which is a wrong view.Obviously,active participation in school

activities can better our health as well as our study.Students need not only

work hard on their studies,but also often join the school various activities.The

most important is school should to make proper arrangements of physical

recreation and intellectual activities to enrich the school life,improve the

早上我早早的来到学校因为今天是一年一度的运动会。

我一走进学校，看到了很多人，好似人山人海，原来是在练习呀!我也跟着大家的脚步来练习运动会开始了，校长一声令下，操场上从一片安静变的大声欢呼，只听见校长说：“一年一度的运动会开始了。”大家又变的欢呼了。看那，是什么在叫，原来是拔河比赛呀!只看大家都咬紧牙门，拔，有的人都要倒下了，但红旗都没向那边，而是往这边，但说话：有努力，就会有收获。结果却是对人输了，那一班就像是热锅上的蚂蚁一样，跳了起来。听，输了的班在望着对人。看那，那一边怎么也好热闹，走我们去看一看把!原来是亲子大比拼呀!分三次，是这样比拼的，第一次是宝妈吃西瓜，宝妈要把桌子上的西瓜都吃掉，在往宝贝那儿跑，宝贝要把三个包子吃完，第一次就结终了。第二次是亲子跳绳，两人要一起跳八十个，可以进第三次，第三次是跑步，最后一个家庭就是胜利者。比赛开始了，宝妈们开吃西瓜了，看，第一个吃完的是我们班的任小红的妈妈看那，她开始想玉小洁那跑，刚到玉小洁就向是热腾了一样，10分钟就把三个包子吃完了，另外的宝贝还没开始。我们班往第二次去了，因为早，所以不到20分钟，那两人就跳完了，另外的刚刚开始跳，我们的玉小洁来到第三次，玉小洁来到起跑点，1、2/3跑，玉小洁像剑向前跑，我们是王者，沃恩胜利了，我们班像热锅上的蚂蚁一样爆开了，欢呼声，快把学校都填满了。总决赛到了，是比赛单人跳我们上的是跳绳小玉刚，对人上的是比赛小刚洁，1、2、3，开始了，过了十分钟分，我们班是胜利者，我们的欢呼声，一声比一声大，都要把耳朵震聋了，真是难忘的运动动会。

这一次的运动会我一定不会忘，这是一场不会忘的运动会，我们班叫它：难忘的运动会。

今天是个特别的日子——“五四”青年节，我发起一个号召：请所有胸前佩戴着团徽和团校徽的同学，低头注视一下你胸前这个标志。看着它，你想到了什么呢?遥想96年前的5月4日，北京的3000余名热血青年举行了反帝国主义和反封建主义的示威游行，那一刻，标志着中国新民主主义革命的开始!中国的历史因此改变!从来，国家的希望、民族的未来，就在我们有志青年的身上!我们，就是祖国的未来!

我，十分热爱自己的祖国，时时关心国家大事，我，企盼祖国繁荣昌盛，早日成为世界强国。然而，目前我国周边局势动荡不安，越南、菲律宾的侵占，印度的叫嚣，日本的挑衅，一次次挑动着亚太地区敏感的神经，这是为什么呢?原因很简单：中国还不够强大。就拿军事方面来说，我们还难以与强国相匹敌。海军方面，舰用燃气轮机技术和自循环核反应堆技术不成熟，我国缺乏大型水面战舰和补给舰，对航母的认知和应用仍处于极幼稚状态，我国的潜艇不仅数量少，还一向以“噪音如鼓”闻名于世。陆军方面，我们的枪械模块化程度低，人机工效不好，火炮机动性差，我们还有上千辆老旧的第一代坦克没有更新，陆航的直升机还依赖进口。空军方面，运输机数量稀少，远程投送和战略空运能力约等于零，发动机和雷达技术仍是空军的“阿琉斯之踵”。二炮和航天方面，我国缺少远射程多弹头的洲际导弹，也缺少大推力大载荷的运载火箭等等。细细想来，我国仅在军事方面，就还有许多许多的事情需要去完善、去强大!

同学们，我一直怀揣梦想，我时时都有紧迫感，我多么希望将来能为祖国的军工事业贡献自己的光和热。

今天我演讲的主题是“青春盛开，奋斗正逢其时”。

同学们，你们见过几十年前的中国吗?那是一个暴风雨的时代，到处都是烟雾，土地一片混乱，到处都是悲伤。但是，苦难可以让人流离失所，却不能摧毁中国人炽热的灵魂。是青年们扛起了“新文化”的大旗，在枪林弹雨中用生命换取了黎明的升起。正是五四运动的学生们高呼“内除国贼，外争主权”的豪言壮语，给了中国昂首挺胸的信心。

几千年匆匆过去，青春斗志昂扬。新中国成立后，年轻人依然不可或缺。“一个孩子立志要出国，却学不会成名，再也不回国”。西南联大的同学们不避艰难险阻，演绎着故乡的深情。郭永怀，邓稼先.无数有远大理想的人把青春变成星星，照亮黑暗的天空;在土地上洒下热血，生出新的希望，人也就没了，青春永驻。

"青春不是桃面，而是坚定的意志和不懈奋斗的热情."在这个黎明升起、万物生长的时代，我们仍然可以欣喜地看到，年轻人是改革开放的源泉，是民族复兴的新鲜血液。罗俊院士坚守洞穴十年，测得迄今最精确的引力常数值;南人洞观天30年，建造了世界上最大的单口径射电望远镜。他们的坚持和创新，书写了一个燃烧的青春，点亮了改革开放道路上的灯塔，点亮了一切。

听着，王安石大喊道：“天不足以惧，祖不足，言不足。”。要不是革命道路上无数青年工人，就没有今天的新中国;如果没有青年创新的源泉，我们就不会有今天。我们应该寻求安慰，享受成功吗?不，痛苦还在，风雨还在。中兴因为筹码被美国夹在喉咙里，贸易战肆虐，经济遏制猖獗.这是煎熬，也是鞭策。港珠澳大桥的成功告诉我们，年轻人只有敢于独立创新，独立奋斗，才能在现代赢得立于不败之地。这是五四运动的精神，也是纪念五四运动周年的意义。

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. It falls on the 15th day of Augustlunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject the temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, Mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunion. In China, people regard Mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional festival. There are laws tomake sure people have holidays on that special day. In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal on that day. All the food is delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interested in delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration forMid-autumn day. It tastes good, too. It is the tradition for a long time. How pleased to enjoy the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love Mid-autumn festival so much.
