学校第十八届春季运动会终于在大家的期盼中开幕了，我参加了60米、100米和迎面接力比赛三个项目。

60米预赛我很顺利的以小组第二进入了决赛，决赛的时候，我很紧张，因为我不知道能得第几名，还因为我担心自己摔跤。我是第五道，对手个头有高有低，看着也有点紧张。我在跑道上专心的等待发令枪响。随着一声清脆的枪声，我用尽全力冲了出去，开始我好像在后面几名，但我想：“一定要超过她们”，跑的时候我尽量保持平衡，避免摔跤，经过最后奋力的冲刺，我获得了第三名，得到了一张奖状和一个文具盒。接下来是100米跑，我还有点紧张，担心自己跑窜道，还好，我顺利的跑完了100米，并且也得到了第三名，获得了相同的奖品。最后在迎面接力项目中，我们班全体运动员通过努力最终获得了第六名。

这次运动会，我们班所有的运动员都尽自己的最大努力完成了比赛，并且获得了总分第三名的好成绩，还获得了环境卫生奖呢，我得到了上台领奖的机会。这两个奖是全体同学的功劳，我们是“最强十班”。

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and

checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as

worried.

Entering new school, I was curious about everything, new classrooms, new

teachers, new classmates etc. It would be a new start for each student. And what

I was worried about is that I had no friends here. I wondered if no liked to

今天，是我们盼望已久的运动会，操场上彩旗飘扬，天空阴阴的，先是升旗手拿着红红的国旗，庄严地走了过去，然后我们花束队拿着面带微笑的笑脸，喊着响亮的口号：主动学习快乐实践阳光生活健康成长，进入会场，随后就是各班同学绕会场一周，各班的同学喊着响亮的口号，为自己鼓劲加油，校长为此届运动会提了祝贺词，主任宣布运动会开幕——“预祝所有运动员在本届运动会上取得好成绩。”

首先开展的是跳高和100米赛跑。枪声一响，运动员们像离了弦的箭似的，拼命往前跑，会场里一片沸腾，都在喊“加油!加油!”我班的李鑫瑶同学奋力向前冲，终于取得了本项目的第二名的好成绩。

我最高兴的还是垒球比赛，因为我上次运动会我就取得了第二名的好成绩……

女子400米即将开始，运动会在做最后的准备工作。随着枪声一响，我们已离开了起跑线。我刚开始的时候是第一名，没想到被我落的远远的3名同学竟把我超了，我班同学都非常着急，拼命地喊：“许桓雪加油!许桓雪加油!……”其实的不了第一没关系，因为我班的口号就是：友谊第一比赛第二团结拼搏争创佳绩!

最令我们兴奋的是下午决逐的女子4×100米接力赛。我班3名同学和我：李鑫瑶——女子100米亚军，200米冠军;曾昕怡——女子600米第六;乔恩琪——女子600米第5名;我——女子垒球亚军，400米第四。

我们班跑了个第二，这对我们最不擅长体育的四(1)班是皆大欢喜了!

运动会在沸腾声中结束了。在运动会中，大家感到充实和有意义，同学们都期待着下一届运动会的到来。

I like reading books so much, rencently, I fall in love with the travel

books. When I open these books, I am attracted by the colorful pictures. Reading

今天，刚刚开完运动会的我们，真是累得够呛。

在运动会的这两天中，真是又有喜欢又有“累”啊。第一天，我们都是兴致勃勃的，一点儿也没有累的感觉，总是想着在这两天中要多吃零食，要运动会晚点儿结束。可到了第二天，我们就累翻了，我们不想让运动会晚些结束，反倒是想让运动会早点儿闭幕了。我不想吃零食，只要我早点儿回家休息就好了。

运动会期间，我们还要写运动会的广播稿，第一天要写5篇广播稿，第二天一共要写2篇广播稿，一共是7篇;光是这7篇不算长的广播稿，就把我搞得不耐烦了。

第一天的广播稿比较多，所以我就在网上摘了几段做为后面的参考，之后我又自己写了几篇。因为我实在想不出什么精彩的语句，所以就在每篇广播稿的最后写了一些加油，鼓励之类的话，就结束了。经过了一天的疲劳作战，这些稿子就好写多了，什么“要继续努力，争取在下一届运动会中取得好成绩”啊，“要力争上游”啊，“要勇往直前，永不放弃”之类的花是最好写的。

有些运动员，就只是来充充数的，就像我，在这些比赛当中，一般不太会进入决赛，而有些运动员，则是那些有实力的运动员，总是可以得名次。

总而言之，我们应该养成平时爱锻炼身体的好习惯：早上锻炼身体是为了健身，中午锻炼身体是为了消化，晚上锻炼身体是为了放松心情。让我们都变成爱运动、健康的好孩子吧!

一年一度的运动会开始了，同学们又激动又开心，可是今年的运动会规则和以前不一样了。老师说：“今年运动会不能说话，是一场无声的运动会。”同学们听了之后有的开心，有的失落，但是没有一个人说话。说明同学们已经开始进入到比赛的气氛中了。

操场上的屏幕降下来，上面写着个人活动——跳远。我一看见是跳远，我马上报名了，因为我可是跳远高手，班里人称“跳远小能手”。比赛开始了，但是我还是有一丝丝的不安，害怕跳不好，拖了班级的后腿。比赛又激烈又紧张，每个人都跳出了很好的成绩。

但是我心里还是在给自己加油，说：“康栩豪，加油，你是最棒的。”终于到我了，我双脚站立，身子弯曲，我跳了起来，只见，我像一只大鹏展翅的飞燕，又仿佛是一只雄壮的飞鹰。最后我以0。1米之差赢得了冠军，我心里暗喜。

只见大屏幕上又写了几个字，集体活动——拔河。又写出了第一场拔河是哪两个班，五四班和五七班，看见五四班这几个字时，心里又紧张起来。我们找了几个身强力壮的男生，哨声一响，拔河队员一个个像打了鸡血似的使劲拉着绳子，双腿弯曲，使劲的向后拉。

啦啦操队员们有的急跺脚，有的拍手……不知道怎么了，五七班男生突然又拉，红旗过了界，我们很失落。

运动会结束了，这一场运动会让我收获了很多、很多……

my brother and I made an appointment to catch cicadas in the bushes downstairs

at their house because they have a lot of cicadas there. Before night, I rushed

over and saw that my brother was already there waiting for me, with a prepared

We always talk to each other. I like this sport.

随着老师的一声口令下，跳绳选手就开始迅速的跳了起来，“一、二、三……一百三十二”，终于一分钟到了，我们班的姚远同学跳的最多，有一百七十三个。

闭幕式音乐响起了，运动会圆满的落下了帷幕。

象征胜利成功的凯旋门坐落在操场正南方，成串的五彩风车迎风疾转，把校园妆点得喜气洋洋，预告着新一年的来临，全校上下莫不沉浸在欢度校庆的喜悦之中。

在朝阳的照耀下，徐徐的暖风，五彩缤纷的气球，装饰全校每个角落，开始了我们心中所期待的运动大会。大会开场的重要节目—唱歌，在大家的努力之下，显得热闹缤纷，观众们更是看得目不转睛，这歌声如同一泓清亮、甜美的泉水，淙淙的从我心中流过，是那么使人舒心惬意，雄壮嘹亮的歌声一下子从四周响起，回荡在空气中。

之后，有许多竞赛，其中最刺激的就是拔河和接力赛，在拔河时，铃声一响，我拉紧绳子，身体微微向后倾斜，两腿用力瞪着地，双方拼命争夺，那条大蛇子被拉得紧紧的，真让人担心他会突然从中间断裂，我们齐心合力，用尽了最后的力量，终于把绳子拉了过来，最后，我们胜利了!这时操场上一片欢腾，我们跳啊跳的，躺在操场上那条粗绳子，看着我们，也好像绽开了胖胖的笑脸，观众的加油声，银铃似的笑声、掌声交织在一起，响彻校园，汇成一首充满激情的美妙乐章。

田径更是激烈，一声枪响，起跑线像一条绷紧了的弓弦，瞬间射出了六只彩色的剑，起跑后，经过几分钟的拼搏，他超越所有的选手，以冠军的姿态，轻松的在跑道上奔跑，冲向最后的目标，跑道两旁，所有的观众都不约而同的地站了起来，形成了两堵厚厚的人墙，在观众热情的加油声中，我猛把身子往上一纵，腾空跃入了终点，哈!我们得了第一名。

这次运动会我们班大丰收，获得很多面奖牌和奖品，这是大家表现团队精神所获得的成果，老师要大家保持「胜不骄，败不馁」的精神，我们会铭记在心，闭幕典礼画下了完美的句点，回顾有欢笑有泪水的校庆运动会，将满载着我点点滴滴的童年记忆，与师长同学的美好身影，直到永远!

Serious Floods

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

刚踏入中学校门不久，就迎来初中生涯的第一次运动会。算起来，真是件可喜之事!

以前在小学，在那个乡村小学，在那个破旧的乡村小学。都不知道啥是运动会，想想真可悲!现在蹦出大山了，终于可以感受别人嘴中的运动会的热烈。

墙上一张张日历被撕落了，时间也悄悄的越过。校运会向我缓缓走来!心情有说不出的激动!

终于，终于，终于到了那天。当我走到大操场上，只见人山人海，每个人脸上都洋溢着快乐的微笑。虽然现在已是深秋初冬，但是那股生机，却让我又回到了春的怀抱。“现在请有参加入场式的方队同学速到篮球场集合”喇叭响着。听后，我飞也奔似的跑向篮球场集合，因为我也是方队一员!

经过最后一次演练，就踏步出场了。我们要先从街上绕一圈，再到大操场。中途，老师要我们喊口号，可是本就内向的我，看到街上这么多双目光盯着我们，我的嘴巴像被胶水粘住似的，张不开。但大多数同学心情都和我一样。经过老师一番“软磨硬泡”，我们原本拥堵的思想像被老师用木棒子疏通了，可是口号还只是扭扭捏捏的从口中冒出!经过一段路程，终于到达大操场了!

只听前面的乐队奏着激昂的音乐，我们的脚步就是随着鼓声运动的!“1——2——1——，发展体育运动，增强人民体质，锻炼身体，振兴中华!!!”现在我们喊出的口号十分响亮，已全然不顾看台上观众的眼光。当我们走过主席台时，就像阅兵式一样严肃。响亮的口号又回荡在大操场!之后我们又迈着整齐的步伐环绕大操场一圈，闪闪的阳光把我们照的闪闪发亮!其他班级十分具有创新，有的在主席台下男女跳起舞来，有的还翻跟斗，样子十分有趣!

走完方阵，我们全体肃立——升旗仪式!只听雄壮的国歌响起，我们敬着礼，眼神默默的凝视红旗冉冉升起，那五角星也在闪闪的红星照耀下闪闪发光，似乎还发着热，一股暖人心田的热……

“礼毕!向后转”主席台上发出声音。“刷!”的一声，同学们都面向主席台听领导们讲话!!

许久之后，开幕式结束，开始了精彩的比赛……

I like teamwork because I can learn from others. Once, I was very shy and

did not know how to get along with other students, so everytime when the teacher

gave us the task and asked us to finish in the teamwork, I was very scared. Then

my classmates helped me, they gave me a lot opinion and they respected me,

making me the indispensable person. Then I became brave and gave my opinion, we

were in a group, every opinion meant so much. During these days, I was so

excited about the experiment, we shared our idea and talked happily. It was such

a happy moment, I liked cooperation.

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.Firstly, I often walk to school. It can

reduce air pollution. Secondly, I always turn off the lights and fans when

leaving the classroom.

Last Qingming Festival,I return home to worship my grandfather.Qingming
