而最令人斗志高昂的，还是接力赛。上年的接力赛，没有得奖是我们的遗憾。说起这件事，也都怪我;班长极力推荐我，我很感动，但我却深知自己跑不快，只能想尽方法推脱。直到上场前，我还哭了一阵子。我是一个肺活量极小的女生，两口气才吹了2000多。上场前跑了一次操场捷径，就已经没力气了。在场上跑时，我甚至怯场了。

这次接力赛，我不高兴，而且还很想哭。同学们似乎很不满意那个遗憾，都用尽了全力。有一个同学李晨甚至因为跑得太猛摔伤了，伤得很严重，却咬咬牙，站起来就冲上前去，老师都拉不动。

毫无悬念，我们胜了，胜得骄傲!

总结这次运动会，团体操比赛拿了二等奖，总体第四。这是所有人都意想不到的，我们排练广播操时，老师还说太差了。这么优异的成绩，老师都直夸我们有心，想为班级做好。

老师还说，学习也要如此，既然我们这次能做好，学习也一定能很棒!

在最后一次运动会中，我们取得了第一名的优异成绩给大家留下了一个美好的回忆。

What is a good eating habit? In my opinion, a good eating habit is related

to eat healthily and regularly. To say it simply, Xiao Ming has breakfast about

7:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. every morning and lunch at noon. He also has dinner about

6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m in the evening. What he eats is healthy food, such as, meat,

vegetable, fruit, egg, milk and so on. He would not have some snacks for a meal.

He also would not eat and drink too much or eat nothing. Xiao Ming sets a good

example to have a good eating habit.

what! The summer vacation goes by so fast, fifty days will pass in a blink

of an eye. During this summer vacation, I spent most of the time playing

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

cards. If I was alone, I would ride a bicycle for a ride around, or watch TV, or

go online to find a classmate I miss, chatting, bickering, and solving the pain

of missing. There are many, many programs to play, but my favorite is still

playing basketball.

快了，快了，赢了，赢了!啊!我们赢了第一局。我们大家都高兴得跳了起来。但第二局我们输了，我们都很难过，这使第三局更加的紧张。决定胜负的第三局开始了，我的心紧张得快要跳出来。我们班的同学使尽平身的力气拉。眼看红旗渐渐拉向一班那边，我真恨不得过去帮他们拉一把。我们班的运动员个个都脸红脖子粗，青筋暴起，但耗尽了几牛二虎之力，我们还是输了。我们大家回到教室后，都难过得哭了。这时，我们的班长擦干眼泪走上讲台，铿锵有力地对大家说：大家不要伤心，我们这次的失败并不意味下一次也失败，我们要把悲痛化为力量，争取下一次胜利!我们大家都不再难过了，异口同声地高呼我们班的口号为共同的目标而奋斗通过全班同学的努力奋斗，最终我们班取得年级团体总分第一的好成绩。

这次校运会我有了意想不到的收获，它使我懂得了失败并不可怕，要从失败中找到原因，勇敢地站起来，争取下一次的胜利。
