我一走进学校，看到了很多人，好似人山人海，原来是在练习呀!我也跟着大家的脚步来练习运动会开始了，校长一声令下，操场上从一片安静变的大声欢呼，只听见校长说：“一年一度的运动会开始了。”大家又变的欢呼了。看那，是什么在叫，原来是拔河比赛呀!只看大家都咬紧牙门，拔，有的人都要倒下了，但红旗都没向那边，而是往这边，但说话：有努力，就会有收获。结果却是对人输了，那一班就像是热锅上的蚂蚁一样，跳了起来。听，输了的班在望着对人。看那，那一边怎么也好热闹，走我们去看一看把!原来是亲子大比拼呀!分三次，是这样比拼的，第一次是宝妈吃西瓜，宝妈要把桌子上的西瓜都吃掉，在往宝贝那儿跑，宝贝要把三个包子吃完，第一次就结终了。第二次是亲子跳绳，两人要一起跳八十个，可以进第三次，第三次是跑步，最后一个家庭就是胜利者。比赛开始了，宝妈们开吃西瓜了，看，第一个吃完的是我们班的任小红的妈妈看那，她开始想玉小洁那跑，刚到玉小洁就向是热腾了一样，10分钟就把三个包子吃完了，另外的宝贝还没开始。我们班往第二次去了，因为早，所以不到20分钟，那两人就跳完了，另外的刚刚开始跳，我们的玉小洁来到第三次，玉小洁来到起跑点，1、2/3跑，玉小洁像剑向前跑，我们是王者，沃恩胜利了，我们班像热锅上的蚂蚁一样爆开了，欢呼声，快把学校都填满了。总决赛到了，是比赛单人跳我们上的是跳绳小玉刚，对人上的是比赛小刚洁，1、2、3，开始了，过了十分钟分，我们班是胜利者，我们的欢呼声，一声比一声大，都要把耳朵震聋了，真是难忘的运动动会。

这一次的运动会我一定不会忘，这是一场不会忘的运动会，我们班叫它：难忘的运动会。

The Students Union is going to hold asports meeting next Saturday, April 24th.It will take place in the sports arenafrom 9 a m. until 5 p.m. All freshmen undergraduates are allowed to enter.Competition forms can be found in the entrance hall of the StudentsUnionbuilding. These must be returned by 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the latest. Inthe event of bad weather it will be held inside the sports centre.

学生会将于4月24日，也就是下周六举行一场运动会。运动会将在体育场举行，时间为上午9点至下午5点。所有本科大一新生都可以参加比赛。参赛表可以在学生会大楼门口领取。参赛表最晚在周四晚上7点之前上交。天气不好的时候，赛事将会在体育中心内举行。

今天的运动会上充满了快乐的气氛，同学们的脸上洋溢着笑容，鼓鼓的书包里装着各种各样的零食。一面面红色的旗帜迎风飘扬，像一只只红蝴蝶在翩翩起舞。观众台上人山人海，同学们焦急地在运动场上等待大会领导检阅。

早上八点钟，运动会拉开了帷幕。主席台上，大会领导宣布“开始检阅”。走在最前面的升旗手各个昂首挺胸，穿着白色的礼服穿过主席台;然后走来的是鼓乐队，他们演奏着嘹亮的乐曲，穿着黄色带斑点的衣服向主席台走去;接下来过来的是武术队，他们穿着白色衣服，翻着侧手翻，打着太极拳;接着，走来的是班级代表队，我们班穿着球服昂首挺胸的向主席台走去。观众台上家长们挥舞着手里的小彩旗，响亮地喊着各个班级代表队的口号，场上别提有多热闹了。

比赛正式开始了，工作人员忙碌着比赛的各个项目，有让人不禁拍手的200米跑、激烈的400米跑、飞快的4×50米接力、场地上还有沙地跳运等。其中最激烈的要数400米长跑了，运动员们不仅要目视前方，还要听枪声。“啪!”运动员们像离弦的箭，飞似的跑了起来。其中一道的运动员，一开枪他便飞快地跑了起来，目前是第一领先，到了最后，他虽然有点没劲了，但仍然咬牙坚持了下来并获得了第一名。这种坚持不懈的精神值得我学习，我心想着，下次我也要报400米长跑。

激烈的运动会就这样在欢声笑语中结束了，而我的内心却久久不能平静。让我们一起在运动中健康成长吧!

大前天，我们学校的第35届的运动会召开了!

一到运动场我们同学脸上洋溢着欢乐的笑容，到了指定地点我们安顿好东西，就来到比赛场地观看比赛，第一个比赛是四年级的400米跑的比赛。我们簇拥在赛道旁，“啪”的一声枪响四年级的运动员像离弦的箭一样冲了出去!顿时，跑道上尘土飞扬，我们好不容易看清了赛道一看，他们之间以经有了很大的差距，处在第一位的运动员一个箭步冲向终点，后面的运动员也咬紧牙关奋力冲向终点。比赛结束了，获得前三名的同学高兴地一蹦三尺高，第四、五、六……名的同学垂头丧气嘴里不停的发出“唉，要不是当时没有体力，那第一肯定是我的”我一听就知道他们嫉妒前第三名的人。

接下来，跳高、跳远……各种比赛都开始了。我们目不暇接，我们跑来跑去为我们班的运动员加油，跑的大汗淋漓衣服都湿了。

接下来的两天，我们班的运动员表现的相当不错女子、男子比赛的一、二、三名都有拿来!!运动会结束了，我们最后望了一眼运动场，依依不舍的离开了。

我真希望下个运动会快点到来呀!

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s

Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take

actions!

Before Chinese students go to college, they have been told about the great

things on campus life all the time, so they have the motivation to study hard.

When they come to university, they begin to slow down their pace to study and

waste their youth.

Nowadays, a lot of college students lose motivation to move on when they

come to the new chapter of their life. Campus life seems to be relaxed and a

place to free themselves. Without the supervision from parents and teachers,

they choose to lose themselves in the computer games or all kinds of

parties.

So someone made the comment on campus life as the nursing house, which

satirized the students who wasted their precious time and youth to accomplish

nothing. It is the important stage for them to learn professional knowledge and

master skills, so as to be competitive and find their own place in the

world.

For a wise student, they make the plans and improve themselves all the

time. If we live the life as the old people in the nursing house, then it is

kind of committing suicide for a young person.

My favorite Sports is basketballI think it is so cool. Basketball requires speed height and skills. I run jump switch and try to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like wind flying in the playground for my goal which makes me feel so great!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes it may disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle decide and judge quickly as a leopard and run for it as a wolf.

Further more basketball is a sports more than just exercising It needs team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to cooperate with others in this game. I should understand what my teammate doing and what he needs me to do for him. On the other side I should learn to show my teammate what I need. At the same time I need to keep an eye on the whole game knowing how is the situation of our team and how is the other team. It involved more cooperation and strategy.

I played basketball more for about 5 years now. I make many good friends throught this sports. It is proud to win honor for my team and my school. Also I enjoy all games with my friends. Basketball will be my best friends in the future and my best memory about school life.

Since I was at school, I have heard a lot about college. A boy near my

house is in college now, every time I meet him, I will ask him how he feels

about campus life, he smiles and tells me many funny things.The ideal college

has been built in my mind. There is beautiful trees and flours, boys and girls

talk and walk happily, they share things together, students and teachers discuss

course. In the lake, some students talk to foreigners, what an enjoyable

situation. In order to go to my ideal college, I must work hard.

Most westerners always celebrate Christmas Day as their major festival, in

order to memorialize Jesus. During that time, they always have several days off,

so they can enjoy this festival with all their hearts. The children often get

together with their friends. The adults are busy with decorating their houses.

They also send the postcards with their best wishes to each other. In the

streets, there are so many Fathers Christmas sending presents to the passers-by.

And everything is on a discount in the supermarkets. Thus the supermarkets are

the busiest places.

In the evening, the families usually have pudding, sandwiches, apple pies

and some other desserts for dinner. After supper, the families always sing and

dance around the Christmas tree. Sometimes, they also go to church. Before going

to bed, the children often hang up their stockings beside their bed, so that

Father Christmas will fill them with presents. It is said that Father Christmas

always drives a deer to the human world and entering into each house from the

chimney. Now the children no longer believe in Father Christmas, but they still

hang up their stockings, because their parents will fill them with presents.

I will soon become a middle school student, which means my life will come

to a new chapter. So I must do something different to make me stronger. I want

to be more independent, so I can make my own decision. As my parents always make

decisions for me, I want to tell them that I have grown up. From now on, I

should learn to take care of myself, such as washing clothes and helping my

mother with the house work. The most important thing is to finish my homework

without my parents supervision. I am so excited about my new life and I believe

首先是检阅兵出场，我也是其中的一员，为此我心想：我代表三(1)班检阅，我一定要加油!大队长马明举高声说：“升国旗奏国歌!”全校学生在没有老师的领导下一齐站了起来，一齐把手举过头顶。检阅兵也踏着铿锵有力的步子下了场，场上一阵“烟云”过后，校长宣布运动会正式开始。

各位运动员就位后，体育老师的枪一响，所有运动员就开始激励的比赛。赛场下，各班的同学为自己班的人加油鼓气，他们喊着口号，目不转睛看着运动员们。

赛场上我飞快的跑着，可是三(2)班王安栋还是超过了我。最后我是第二名，全班同学上来有的给我水，有的给我零食，老师上来拍拍我的肩说：“累了吧，歇会吧!”

这次别开生面的运动会最令我难忘，我永远也不会忘记这次运动会。

大家早上好!我今天国旗下讲话的题目是：《弘扬新时代五四精神》。

有人说，青春是一首歌，回荡着欢快、美妙的旋律;有人说青春是一幅画，镌刻着瑰丽、浪漫的色彩。九十多年前，为了驱逐黑暗、争取光明，为了祖国的独立和富强，一群意气风发的青年用热血和生命谱写了一曲最壮丽的青春之歌，绘就了一幅最宏伟的青春之画。

1919年5月4日，在一群北大学子的号召下，北京爆发了一场中国人民彻底的反对帝国主义、封建主义的爱国运动。他们联合工人商人各阶级人民掀起罢工游行活动，不顾被抓被杀的威胁，誓死护卫中国领土，不让其被残忍的日本人所侵占。五四运动是中国旧民主主义革命的结束和新民主主义革命的开端。五四运动是中国革命史上划时代的事件，是中国旧民主主义革命到新民主主义革命的转折点。

从热血的五四青年的身上，我们感受到了一种新精神五四精神。爱国主义是五四精神的泉源，民主与科学是五四精神的核心，勇于探索、敢于创新、解放思想、实行变革是民主与科学提出和实现的途径，理性精神、个性解放、反帝反封建是民主与科学的内容。而所有这些，最终目的都是为了振兴中华民族。

今天我们纪念五四运动，正是要学习这种国家兴亡，匹夫有责、视天下兴亡为己任的伟大爱国主义精神。有人说，爱国对于我们现代青少年来说已是很遥远的事情，想来，只是我们把爱国看得太严肃，太死板。关心国家大事，无论何时何地都要捍卫国家尊严，努力学习知识，在未来为中国的进一步发展做出自己的贡献，这不都是爱国的体现么?

那么，作为新时代的新青年，我们要怎样把以爱国精神为核心的五四精神继续发扬光大呢?这里，我觉得有两种五四新精神更值得我们关注。首先，新体现在开放。五四时期倡导思想自由，这便一种开放的精神。

如今的社会是开放的社会，开放已是必然。五四新文化运动中，鲁迅先生提出了拿来主义，主张学习外国先进文化知识。作为新时代青年，在文化多元化，信息全球化的今天，我们也应当多多吸取养分，对于外国文化技术，应当去其糟粕，取其精华，秉持五四所提倡的开放理念，使其与我们博大精深的中华文化相融合，相发展。

五四新精神的新又体现在创新五四运动倡导的民主、科学精神，就是一种创新精神。创新精神既是中国青年的光荣传统，我们作为新时代青年，更是要背负创新的使命，树立起坚定的理想信念，用现代科学文化知识武装自己，敢于实践，积极参加科技创新的活动。

新时代五四精神并不只是传统上的爱国主义精神，更是把民主科学，发展创新融合在一起的升华过的爱国主义精神。作为一名中学生，弘扬五四精神，肩负历史使命，就是要树立理想，为中国未来发展做出贡献;就是要勤奋学习，磨练意志，在学习文化知识的同时学习做人;就是要着眼于现实，从身边事、力所能及的事做起。青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强。青春就该热血，青春就该拼搏，让我们向着新时代五四精神迈步吧!谢谢大家!

Many people believe that having a lot of money is the greatest happiness in

life. But I dont agree with them, because money is not everything. Money cant

make us a true man.

The way I see it, good health is much better than a lot of wealth. No

matter how much money we have, we’ll not feel happy at all if we are in poor

health. In order to be healthy, we must keep a positive attitude and have a good

living habit.

Apart from good health, we must be diligent at work. As long as we work

hard, we cannot just make a good living, but enrich our minds.

Additionally, we ought to give our helpful hands to others when they are in

need. While helping others, we can own a good fame as well as get more social

experience. Its really a good way to kill two birds with one stone. Only by

doing so can we enjoy the happiest life.

China, as a developing country, has a large gap compared with developed

countries. If we want to catch up with and even surpass the developed ones,

education seems important and should be given the first priority. Besides,

education seems the same important to individuals.

In modern time, when science and technology are making great progress, the

education of the work force is the most important. Moreover, many of the success

in advanced countries have demonstrated that a nations prosperity mainly

depends on the quality of its labor force, namely those who have been well

educated.

For individuals, education is the best way to improve oneself. Firstly,

its education thathelps people gain basic knowledge of the world, helping them

to distinguish what is right and wrong. Secondly, education improves ones

skills of life and work, which can make people live a good life or have

achievements in career. Finally, education brings people ability of learning and

that is the key role of education.

When I was younger , I went through an thing which deeply influence me.

One day,I went to school as Usually. All of a sudden,I heard a voice

crying.I knew there were something wrong . So I walked towards the direction of

the voice .Then I found a child and his mother wandered off.My heart full of

compassion . So I decided to help him find his mother , and I took him to the

police station nearby . Then I went to school in a hurry , but when I arrived,I

found I’m still late . After my teacher’s preaching , I went back to the

classroom .I was so upset.

In the afternoon, my teacher asked me go out,he said he had wronged me. And

then I saw the child’s mother,she thanked me a lot,and I smiled shyly.

After the thing,I feel very happy to do good things,and I believe that

“give cake and ale to perfect soul”.

The Spring Festival is my most favorite festival, because it’s time for

family gathering. And the Spring Festival is a new start of a year. It brings me

hope and courage. On Spring Festival, my parents usually take me back to my

hometown. My hometown is a small town. Many of my relatives move to the larger

cities, but we usually go home when the Spring Festival comes. During the

gathering, we share our lives with others and care about each other. Of course,

big meals are necessary. Families prepare for the big meals together. They all

cook their specialty dishes. Therefore, our meals are always delicious. We often

stay at home for three days and then we leave with others’ wishes. I like the

Spring Festival, because I like family gathering.

收获的秋天到了，我们迎来了一年一度的校运动会。操场上彩旗飘扬，天空万里无云，先是开幕式：鼓号队吹吹打打进入会场，其后各班运动员绕场一周，运动员们喊着口号，现场气氛热烈，然后校长致开幕辞。运动会开幕了。

我们班参加的是100米接力赛。运动员们听到“呯”的一声发令枪响，飞快的冲了出去。只见一个别班同学冲到了我们班同学的前面，我们在后面拼命的喊，给她加油。她听见后，迈开双腿拼命追赶，终于把那位选手超过了。不好，她把棒子交给另一个同学时，棒子却掉了，那位同学把棒子捡了起来，飞快地跑着，“哇”，她又把一个同学超越了。接着，她超过一个一个前面的运动员，跑在了最前面。她就是我们班的陈思颖，她把棒子交给我后，我也飞快的冲了出去，可我却被另一个班的选手超过了。我把棒子交给了最后一名同学，只见她鼓足了气飞冲出去，又把别班的选手一个一个超过，她终于为我们班拿到了第一名，在场的同学们都为我们欢呼。

我们班参加跳绳的同学到大操场去比赛，我和其他同学就在旁边给他们打气加油，我们班最后获得了一等奖和二等奖。

我觉得这次运动会太开心了!

星期四，我校莱山区实验小学举行了一年一度的秋季运动会。

首先是开幕式。看!花束队上场了，花束队队员们拿着一束束各色鲜艳的花步入会场，美丽极了!

接着是裁判员方队入场，最后是学生方队入场。我也是方队中的一员，轮到我们班的时候，我们迈着整齐的步伐，喊着响亮的口号“四三四三，勇于登攀;发展体育，振兴中华”走过主席台。最后一项是升国旗奏国歌，开幕式就在热烈的气氛中结束了。

接下来，是运动员入场比赛，运动会正式开始。比赛项目有：跳高、跳远、跳绳、跑步……我最难忘的是跑步竞赛了。选手们在起跑线上做好预备姿势，老师打一下发令枪，运动员以火箭的速度冲了出去，我们班小航一马当先超过了一个个选手，赢得了比赛，勇夺了第一。

以后，我要向运动员学习，学习他们那种不怕困难，奋勇拼搏的精神，争取下次也当运动员。

When someone asks me: What is your Chinese dream? I will answer it without

any hesitation: to be a good doctor. The reason why I want to be a doctor is

that I want to save people’s lives as possible as I can. When I was young, I had

a terrible car accident. Thanks to the doctors, they brought me back to life.

From then on, to be a good doctor has always been an inspiration to me. I will

study hard to make sure that my dream will come true in the future.

Chinese dream is made up of every ordinary people’s dreams. We should do

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.
