2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.

First, smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, its so

difficult to give up, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which

Second, smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

今天，天气晴朗，万里无云，阳光照耀着大地，我们学校的运动会就要开幕了。

我们一十班在陈老师的带领下排好队，来到国旗下等候入场，全校的同学和老师都准备好了。运动会快开幕了，老师带我们走进了后操场指定位置坐好。不一会儿，大操场上变成了人山人海。入场式开始了，我们班同学喊着响亮的口号，雄赳赳气昂昂向主席台走去。刚刚走过主席台，看见许多彩旗在高年级同学手里挥动着，彩旗迎风飘舞，好像在对每一位同学招手敬礼。

入场仪式进行完了，我们坐到了自己的位置上，不一会儿，开幕式表演开始了，表演队一个接着一个上场表演。“扇操”表演开始了，手拿扇子的同学昂首挺胸，站好队形，随着有力的音乐，挥舞着扇子，整齐有序的表演。一会儿雄鹰展翅，一会儿金鸡独立，一会儿翩翩起舞，看着他们的精彩表演，我多么想成为其中的一员。

开幕式结束了，我真想再参加一次这样的活动，希望下一次活动我也能成为一名表演的队员。

一个轻松的周末时光，可以愉快地度过了。6月12号，我们考完了校考，感觉轻松了一大截，可以适当的放松一下。下午三点时，妈妈开车带我去中大国际负一层，参加班级组织的亲子运动会活动，想到可以玩一下午，开心的心情像鸟儿一样在天空自由自在飞翔。

开始热身了，同学们听老师指令，高抬腿，做金鸡独立动作，坚持住。老师监督看谁站坚持的时间常哦!锻炼我们身体的协调性和平衡性。接下来做平板支撑，考验的是核心肌群。开始比赛啦，分成单数、双数两个组，两组进行对抗。先后玩第一项跨梯子，第二项跨栏，第三项S跑，第四项亲子推车。我喜欢最后一项，妈妈力气大拉着我的腿配合着我在地上手快速爬行的动作，我们配合的很好，第一轮我第一，第二轮又是我第一，第三轮决赛我得了第三名，有点小遗憾，不过我没不开心，还是很高兴这么多人一起玩游戏。

欢乐的时光虽然短暂，但我们幸福的暑假才刚刚拉开序幕，期待着暑假痛痛快快的玩耍。

比赛一开始，我放队长的挑射被挡出后，对方就发动了猛烈地反击，接着，对方球员在禁区外被放倒——对方得到了任意球。紧接着，对方队员以一个圆月弯刀似的弧线踢进球门，把我们打得措手不及。

但是，我却坚信：锲而不舍，金石可镂!骐骥一跃，不能十步;驽马十驾，功在不舍。

我们继续坚持比赛。虽然，最后我们以一球惜败，但我觉得，值了，因为我们一直在不懈拼搏，坚持到了最后一刻，不像有的人半途而废，没有坚持拼搏的耐心，就算取得了成功也不光荣。

通过这场比赛，不但增强了我们两个班之间的友谊，更让我明白了坚持的重要性!坚持，不放弃，虽败也犹荣!
