Solution to the problem requiresefforts on both the society and the

students. The companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while

in building up their career. Furthermore, they should face their weak points so

as to improve themselves and be more competent.

Everyone has their own habit. I have some living habits. I will take off my

shoes and put on the slippers when I arrive home. And I get used to drink some

soup before having dinner. What’s more, I have to keep my room light on until I

fall asleep. If I am forced to change anything about this, I will be very

uncomfortable. For example, if I don’t wear slipper at home, I will be very

uncomfortable. If I can’t drink soup before dinner, I can’t eat anything. And I

can’t fall asleep if the light is off. This is my living habit. Maybe I will

每个班看起来都不甘示弱，奋勇争先，看来我们的对手非常强大。主持人动听而又响亮的声音为我们开了好头，增添色彩。第一项竟然就是我报的100米冲刺，老师点完名我和冯艺玮进入跑道，第一组冯艺玮和7个强大对手，我为冯艺玮加油，只听见一声声，运动员便像离弦的箭一样冲向终点，冯艺玮用她那大长腿跑开就是有劲儿，她拿到了第二名的好成绩，我真为她感到高兴，第二组就是我了，我心怦怦直跳，我把浑身的劲儿全使在腿上，我脸好像苍白，等待老师开，老师说：“准备好了，预备。”只听见刺耳声在我的耳边响起，我便狂奔，耳边传来闫老师和同学们为我大声欢呼加油，我想千万不能输，同学们这么相信我，我怎么能辜负她们，想到这我浑身有劲儿，狂奔到终点，我得了第二名，第一名犯规，我成了第一名。对手脸上充满阴森，这时阳光正像清澈的流水一样，哗啦啦漫泻于天空，使我的心豁然开朗。我看见闫老师笑了，她笑的那么灿烂，同学们围着我要沾喜，我的眼眶湿润了，但我把眼泪流在了心里

这一刻，我深深感到有一个像家一样的温暖的班级是多么的幸福，快乐!!

今天上午，在同学们的热切期盼下，一年一度的田径运动会开始了!

首先是开幕式，大家都在卖力地喊着，没有一个人不喊。然后是一百米跑，我们班参加比赛的人精神抖擞，深呼吸了几口气，才上场。还有四厘米、掷沙包、接力赛……

最令我们激动的拔河比赛。“呼”裁判一“哨”令下，我们班与二班的比赛开始了!两个班在前面拔的都是虎背熊腰的”大块头“，但是我们班最后一位也是大块头。

拔的时候，绳子上的刺在不停硌我们的手，我暗想：真想带双手套过来!我紧紧地握着绳子，使出吃奶的劲拔。旁边的啦啦队也像打了鸡血似的，不停歇地，大声地喊”六班加油，六班加油“。

听到这一声声呼喊，大家更加起劲儿地拔了，打头的一位同学，一手握在原处，一手试图再往后拉一点儿。

对方似乎发现了我们的意图，立马加了劲，好像在警告，我们不是好惹的!最后，由于一个同学的失误，我们失败了，但是我们毫不气馁，毕竟”友谊第一，比赛第二“嘛。

这次的运动会真令人难忘呀!

我是813班的陈之韬，是个超级军事爱好者。今天我荣幸的站在国旗下进行演讲，要感谢我的父母、老师和同学，是他们的支持和鼓励，使我能够一直坚持着自己的爱好，也使我有机会站在这里，表达自己的心声。

今天是个特别的日子——“五四”青年节，我发起一个号召：请所有胸前佩戴着团徽和团校徽的同学，低头注视一下你胸前这个标志。看着它，你想到了什么呢?遥想96年前的5月4日，北京的3000余名热血青年举行了反帝国主义和反封建主义的示威游行，那一刻，标志着中国新民主主义革命的开始!中国的历史因此改变!从来，国家的希望、民族的未来，就在我们有志青年的身上!我们，就是祖国的未来!

我，十分热爱自己的祖国，时时关心国家大事，我，企盼祖国繁荣昌盛，早日成为世界强国。然而，目前我国周边局势动荡不安，越南、菲律宾的侵占，印度的叫嚣，日本的挑衅，一次次挑动着亚太地区敏感的神经，这是为什么呢?原因很简单：中国还不够强大。就拿军事方面来说，我们还难以与强国相匹敌。海军方面，舰用燃气轮机技术和自循环核反应堆技术不成熟，我国缺乏大型水面战舰和补给舰，对航母的认知和应用仍处于极幼稚状态，我国的潜艇不仅数量少，还一向以“噪音如鼓”闻名于世。陆军方面，我们的枪械模块化程度低，人机工效不好，火炮机动性差，我们还有上千辆老旧的第一代坦克没有更新，陆航的直升机还依赖进口。空军方面，运输机数量稀少，远程投送和战略空运能力约等于零，发动机和雷达技术仍是空军的“阿琉斯之踵”。二炮和航天方面，我国缺少远射程多弹头的洲际导弹，也缺少大推力大载荷的运载火箭等等。细细想来，我国仅在军事方面，就还有许多许多的事情需要去完善、去强大!

同学们，我一直怀揣梦想，我时时都有紧迫感，我多么希望将来能为祖国的军工事业贡献自己的光和热。

大家好!

今天我演讲的主题是“青春盛开，奋斗正逢其时”。

同学们，你们见过几十年前的中国吗?那是一个暴风雨的时代，到处都是烟雾，土地一片混乱，到处都是悲伤。但是，苦难可以让人流离失所，却不能摧毁中国人炽热的灵魂。是青年们扛起了“新文化”的大旗，在枪林弹雨中用生命换取了黎明的升起。正是五四运动的学生们高呼“内除国贼，外争主权”的豪言壮语，给了中国昂首挺胸的信心。

几千年匆匆过去，青春斗志昂扬。新中国成立后，年轻人依然不可或缺。“一个孩子立志要出国，却学不会成名，再也不回国”。西南联大的同学们不避艰难险阻，演绎着故乡的深情。郭永怀，邓稼先.无数有远大理想的人把青春变成星星，照亮黑暗的天空;在土地上洒下热血，生出新的希望，人也就没了，青春永驻。

"青春不是桃面，而是坚定的意志和不懈奋斗的热情."在这个黎明升起、万物生长的时代，我们仍然可以欣喜地看到，年轻人是改革开放的源泉，是民族复兴的新鲜血液。罗俊院士坚守洞穴十年，测得迄今最精确的引力常数值;南人洞观天30年，建造了世界上最大的单口径射电望远镜。他们的坚持和创新，书写了一个燃烧的青春，点亮了改革开放道路上的灯塔，点亮了一切。

听着，王安石大喊道：“天不足以惧，祖不足，言不足。”。要不是革命道路上无数青年工人，就没有今天的新中国;如果没有青年创新的源泉，我们就不会有今天。我们应该寻求安慰，享受成功吗?不，痛苦还在，风雨还在。中兴因为筹码被美国夹在喉咙里，贸易战肆虐，经济遏制猖獗.这是煎熬，也是鞭策。港珠澳大桥的成功告诉我们，年轻人只有敢于独立创新，独立奋斗，才能在现代赢得立于不败之地。这是五四运动的精神，也是纪念五四运动周年的意义。

四十年的惊涛骇浪和9000万英里的风和风在向前推进。在这个千舟竞逐、百人竞逐的时代，作为年轻人，我们要有九天志气，萤火虫和蜡烛也希望有日月之光!

在同学们的翘首期盼下，第39届校园运动会终于如约而至。

走入新操场，首先映入眼帘的是耀眼的七彩跑道，它犹如彩虹一样不断地绵延向前叮铃，运动会开始了!第一项是广播操比赛，我作为班级的领头羊，整好着装，迈着坚定有力的步伐走上赛场。“七彩阳光”我深吸一口气，有序的将每一个动作都做到完美，一直到结束，我悬着的心才放下来。

广播操刚完，又迎来了接力赛，“各班准备，跑!”各班同学就像脱缰的野马，手紧紧地攥住接力棒，身子微微向前倾斜，眼睛盯住对方的手，脚像踩了风火轮一样飞快地向前摆动。“加油加油”我在心里默默地念着，一秒。十五秒。三十秒。短短的一分钟在这一刻变得十分漫长。“耶!”兴奋的欢呼声划破了天际，我们班以快一轮的成绩取胜那一刻我终于明白了“万众一心，齐力断金”的道理!

“只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针。”如果说团体比赛是考验万众一心，那么个人项目则是考验功夫深不深。我期盼已久的400米终于来了，我的心都跳到了嗓子眼，因为400米选手中，有年段第一长腿兼年段跑步最快的---林家熙，我对于她来说只是一个不起眼的选手，我不禁心里一阵发虚。“预备跑!”我像离弦的箭样向前狂奔。加油加油，欢呼声连成一片，我一定不能辜负老师、同学、家长对我的期望。剩下200米时我已经十分劳累，“随风奔跑”当操场上响起这首歌曲时，让我重新振作，鼓起勇气向终点冲去。10米。5米。0米。我以1分21秒的速度赢得了女子组的第一名。骄者必败，我一定要谦虚，争取明年再拿第一!

相信自己相信明天，越努力越幸运!明天的我一定会更加优秀!

“加油！加油！”在一片欢呼声中，一年一度的运动会拉开了序幕。

首先开始的是万众瞩目的接力赛。小小运动员个个紧绷着脸，双眼凝视着前方，两耳竖的像根天线，做好了奋勇拼搏的准备，仿佛只要一声哨响，就会如脱离弓的箭一样冲出去。

哨声响了，一班的运动员仿佛吃了大力水手的菠菜似的，有无穷的力量涌入他的双腿，使他跑得比鸵鸟还快。二班的选手也快到达第二个接力点了。他们交换棒子时，突然棒子仿佛涂了润滑油一般从他的手中掉了，场下顿时一片哗然：“哎！太遗憾了，差点就追上一班了。”“那肯定的，还是我们一班牛。”

此时的赛道上的运动员犹如一个个织布机上的梭子，来来回回地疾驰于两个接力点之间。过了一分钟，六个班所剩下的人数都不多了。在这关键时刻，选手更是直接爆发出全身的力气，双眼紧闭，低下头，双手猛地摇摆起来，双腿似乎加了马达一般，飞快地运动起来，只见每个赛道之间的距离正在慢慢的被缩短。经过他们不懈的努力，四班成功反超了三班，成为第二名。我们把嗓子都喊哑了，手掌都拍红了，心中的喜悦依然源源不断地溢出。

在操场的另一边举行的是垒球比赛。我们四班的徐紫欣同学单手握球，疯狂地转圈，三圈后猛然停下，左手向前伸直，右手呈90度，奋力向前一丢。那球像子弹一样射了出去，在空中划出了一道常人难以看见的高空弧线，过了一会儿，球仿佛是从空中掉下来似的，砸在了墙边的小树上，其他选手的球也相继飞过去，但都不如她丢得远。我粗略地望了一眼，怎么也有个二三十米吧。

其他的比赛项目也在如火如荼地进行中，我在心中殷切地希望我们班能有个好成绩。我相信，只要努力，就能有个好结果。

最精彩的还要数拔河了。“预备，开始!”只见我们班个个生龙活虎，勇往直前，胜券在握。第一局胜了!耶——先别顾着高兴，还要交换位置，随着一声开始，最激烈的第二局开始了。你看滕昭宏，只见他把双手握的紧紧的，蹲下屁股，身体向后倾，使劲拽。再看许朔铭，脸蛋涨得红红的，下压绳子，双手好似小钳子，好像有使不完的力气。我们女同学也一改平时文文静静的样子，眼睛瞪得大大的，个个变成了小斗士。在全班同学齐心合力的努力下，终于我们战胜了二班，同学们跳啊，笑啊，尽情地品尝着胜利的果实!

这真是一次难忘的运动会，精彩的运动会!既让我们增强了体质，又让我们学到了以前不会的体育项目。盼望下一次的运动会快点儿到来!

金秋送爽，飘来阵阵桂花香，金黄色的叶子像一只只小蝴蝶，在风中舞蹈着，落到地上，与大地融为一体。

看!我们班上的小洪正准备着，一声令下，他便冲了过去，可决赛时的运动员们都是跑步健将，在这一方面，他还略逊一筹，可依然得到了掌声和同学们的鼓励。

经过两天半的努力，我们班虽然只得了很少的分数，但这只是第一次，还有第二次，第三次，这只是一次锻炼。下次争取做得更好!

The summer holiday is going to the end. I am happy in the holiday, because

I do a lot of things. Now, the new term is coming, so I must make a plan for it.

In the new term, I must work harder. I did not do very well in the last term.

good use of books to improve myself. Finally, do exercise regularly. A healthy
