星期五，我们学校举行了一场精彩而快乐的运动会。

星期三那天，老师就给我们说：星期五要去二中操场进行一场运动会。哎吆!我没在做梦吧!我低声嘟囔着，又狠狠地拧了一下自己的大腿，啊!好疼!看来不是在做梦，可太阳怎么从西边出来了?学校竟然要举行一场运动会，而且全天不上课，太好了，我心中窃喜道。我们现在都巴不得时间快速流逝，快点到比赛那天。

一转眼的时间，星期五就到了，我搬着椅子，到了二中，等我们在观众席坐好后，一场田径运动会就开始了。第一个项目是一百米短跑，随着一声令下，只见一名同学飞快地冲了出去，像装上了发动机，可是后面的那个同学穷追不舍，最后要到终点的时候，第二名往前一冲，居然得到了冠军。

终于等到我最爱的八百米长跑了，我们班的张佳恒虽然跑的速度不快，但是耐力非常好。他起初跑在最后，等别人的耐力都耗完了，他就往前一冲，成功收获了第一名。但是我们还有一位更厉害的田径大王，她就是张雨若，她不仅耐力好，而且跑的也快，也得了第一名。运动会结束了，我们排名第七，我们班同学都在抱怨，怪谁谁谁跑太慢，害我们得了倒数第二名。

但我却想：友谊第一、比赛第二、重在参与，失败乃成功之母，经过努力相信我们班下一次一定会拿第一名的。

今天是星期五，我们学校举行了一场运动会。我们被荣幸的选为彩旗手，我们班是彩旗队，需要在运动会上一展风采。好的表现是需要刻苦训练的。

就在前两天里，我们经常在教室里训练，假装拿着彩旗，原地踏着步子训练，还要按时喊口号、举彩旗和放彩旗，只要慢一拍，老师就带领着我们重新训练。因为我们班的人少，所以二班的唐老师帮我们找了一些同学帮忙喊口号，二班的同学原来总是喊不整齐，可是经过我们一般和二班的共同努力终于让二班的同学，学会了。

在星期五时，我们踏着整齐的脚步在操场上大步的走着，王旭响亮的喊着：“一二一、一二一……”就在马上要到操场主席台的时候，王旭使用最大的声音喊着：“一二三四!”同学们喊：“努力拼搏!勇往直前!四一四一!永争第一!一二三四。”我们终于在运动会上展现了我们班的风采，接下来就要看运动员们的了。

过了几个跑步，终于到最精彩的地方了，唐慎潇、孙安翊和其他班的同学开始了长跑，要围着操场跑⑩圈这个数字太惊人了，他们居然要跑这么远。

随着裁判员的一声暴烈的枪声，比赛开始了，唐慎潇以最快速度不停地冲啊冲，抢到了一个暂时第二名，就这样马不停蹄地跑了几圈，有个运动员，突然一冲，让唐慎潇成为了第三名的暂时位置，孙安翊还在第五名，可是谁知到，后面的运动员突然爆发，导致唐慎潇和孙安翊成了最后两名，可是，我坚信，有输就有赢，唐慎潇终于在决赛中得了第一名!

I still remember the year when I failed the collage entrance exmination.Iwas feeling lost,and no idea about what my life is going to be.My teachet came to me,and she said she understand how I felt inside now.She also told me its very common that students who are like me will go though a hard time. She told me that failure was a part of life, which was not the end but a new beginning. And she encouraged me to go back to the school to start a new. I was convinced in the end and decided to give another try.

Now Ive graduated from collage and got a very good job.I know all my success owns to my kind teacher. Ill work harder and never give up again.

今天，学校举行了田径运动会。

首先是开幕式。六年级的同学每人拿着一束花专心致志地走向跑道。

紧跟着，五年级、四年级、三年级都进行了精彩的表演。二年级的同学穿着小士兵的衣服，表演了跆拳道，他们打拳都展示了自己最帅的一面，就像真正的士兵一样。

It is widely accepted that to work independently has the obvious advantage

that it can prove one’s ability. However, I believe that teamwork is more

important in the modern society and teamwork sprit has become a required quality

by more and more companies.

In the first place, we are situated in a complicated society and we often

encounter tough problems that are beyond our ability. It is especially at this

moment that teamwork proves to be exceedingly important. With the help of the

team, these problems can be solved easily and quickly, which could improve work

efficiency.

In the second place, teamwork provides a chance to cooperate with workmate,

it will make a friendly and enjoyable work environment, which is an important

factor influencing employees’ belief in the company as a good workplace.

Finally, teamwork contributes to the prosperity of the companies. With all

workmates’ knowledge combined, the companies possess high work efficiency and an

ability to deal with whatever problems. As a result, the companies can make more

In sum, teamwork is very important, no one could live individually, they

must rely on others in some way. Hence, work together could make life

easier.

In recent years, the volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese

people, especially among youngsters. According to a survey, in 20__, there were

about 1,700,000 volunteers who offered service for Olympic Games. Actually, an

increasing number of people become volunteers in China every year.

Volunteering actions are of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

the society. Olympic Games are a good example. As is known to all, volunteers

played an active role in Beijing Olympic Games. Without them, it would be a

tough task to hold this un-precedent Olympic Games. Therefore, we can say that

it was those volunteers who ensured the success of these games.

As modern college students, we should get actively involved in volunteering

activities. By participating, we can learn how to work well in a team, how to

improve our interpersonal skills and organizational ability. Undoubtedly, all of

these are critical for our person growth. So, we should take this chance to

The Students Union is going to hold asports meeting next Saturday, April 24th.It will take place in the sports arenafrom 9 a m. until 5 p.m. All freshmen undergraduates are allowed to enter.Competition forms can be found in the entrance hall of the StudentsUnionbuilding. These must be returned by 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the latest. Inthe event of bad weather it will be held inside the sports centre.

Spring Festival evening party last night,I go to the village school

volunteer,start time is 5:00,end is at 7:30.In the process,I first task was to

check standing in the first stage,help the teacher is writing on the card

1,2,3,4...Such as Numbers,to the guests when lottery drawing;The second task is

at the end of the party,help push door,convenient for people to leave.

Dennis school the teacher told us that the volunteers are very hard,because

they only work,but cant see,my brothers and sisters and volunteers I insist in

the end,although there is a little lazy,but warned by the teacher once,I havent

made a mistake.

Finally,the teachers give us volunteers score,my score is 9 points,10

points,10 points,although the score is high,but I also want to continue to work

hard!

昨天晚上，我到小区学校的春节晚会当志愿者，开始的时间是5：00，结束是7：30。在过程中，我第一个任务是先站在签到台，帮老师在卡片上写1、2、3、4……等数字，交给来宾们当抽奖券;第二个任务是晚会结束时，帮助推门，方便人们离开。

大家都特别的兴奋。老天爷似乎也知道我们今天的好日子，特地叫织女连夜赶制一块有最美丽的图案的花布前来助兴。只见蔚蓝的天空中飘浮着几朵白云，就象碧波中的朵朵浪花，让人看了舒服极了!随着叔叔阿姨爷爷奶奶和小朋友们热情的掌声，运动会正式开始了。本次运动会的比赛项目非常丰富：有跳高、跳远、打羽毛球、赛跑、跳绳、足球、篮球等。足球篮球都是由男女组成的两对参加比赛。扣人心弦的接力赛开始了，只见运动员们在各自的跑道上摩拳擦掌，各个弓着身子，左腿弯曲，两眼注视着前方，紧张地等待着裁判员的发令。空气好像凝固了一般，本来喧哗的操场一下子安静了下来，所有的观众都屏住了呼吸，时间在一分一秒的流逝，终于，“砰”的一声，发令枪响了，运动员象离弦的箭一样冲了出去。全场都沸腾了。不好，第二棒的____由于接棒不稳，落后了。第三棒的我只得扯着喉咙喊她，无计可施，接棒了，我竭尽全力，第四棒______接手了，只见他双眼紧闭，奋力直追，但由于前面拉下的距离太长，尽管他也竭尽了全力，最终还是无济于事，成了本组最后一名。跳高跳远的运动员为了得到更好的成绩，拼尽全力，即使失败也毫不放弃。他们面对目标跨出坚定的步伐，跳了一次又一次。这种不断超越自我的精神是个人的巨大财富，更是将来能够走得更高更远的稳固基石。参加铅球比赛的选手互相竞争，成绩越投越远。他们手中的铅球仿佛变成了一个个充满希望的许愿球，不断追逐着自己的梦想。羽毛球等换场地的时候，女队的代表越来越紧张，对方打了个高远球，只见她纵身一跃扣了回去,结果叫没站稳,摔了个四脚朝天,对方球像流星一样"唰"地飞了过来,让我她措手不及.输了这个球以后,我们都就乱了阵脚,不知道怎么对付他.从而输了8分,把我们打的落花流水.

在热烈的气氛中运动会结束了，这次运动会既丰富了我们的课余生活，又锻炼了我们的体质。

Today is Mother’s Day. I know some of my classmates are going to help their

mothers with the housework, others .are going to buy some flowers for their

mothers. I want to say to her that I love her very much. But as a boy, it is a

bit difficult for me to show my heart. I think only girls can do that.

If the most beautiful season of the year is spring, for me, the most

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

not only eat family reunion dinner, but also staying-up late on new years

eve.

比赛正式开始了，工作人员忙碌着比赛的各个项目，有让人不禁拍手的200米跑、激烈的400米跑、飞快的4×50米接力、场地上还有沙地跳运等。其中最激烈的要数400米长跑了，运动员们不仅要目视前方，还要听枪声。“啪!”运动员们像离弦的箭，飞似的跑了起来。其中一道的运动员，一开枪他便飞快地跑了起来，目前是第一领先，到了最后，他虽然有点没劲了，但仍然咬牙坚持了下来并获得了第一名。这种坚持不懈的精神值得我学习，我心想着，下次我也要报400米长跑。

激烈的运动会就这样在欢声笑语中结束了，而我的内心却久久不能平静。让我们一起在运动中健康成长吧!

I want to grow up as soon as possible. When I grow up, I can do many things

that I can’t now. However, at the same time, I am afraid. I don’t know what my

future life would be. Look around myself, some people are busy working for

having enough food to eat and live better; some are achieving every goal that

they make; some may live in the poor situation. I don’t know what kind of life I
