每次上体育课时我都会很主动的去练习扔垒球，小小的垒球在手中滚来滚去看上去可有意思了。在练习时我常常扔不远，可是经过我们班同学的帮助下我越扔越远。激烈的比赛开始了但我一点也不紧张，随着裁判员的口令垒球像一只离弦的箭飞了出去，最终还是获得了比较好的成绩。800米是靠耐力和爆发力，我认为自己在这个方面还是比较好的，所以我选择跑800米。只听裁判员一声枪响运动员们像撒僵的野马奋力的往前冲。在跑第三圈时我突然感觉身体坚持不住了，可是我告诉自己我能行!我可以!我最棒!在跑最后一圈时旁边的同学加油的声音更响亮了。在冲过终点的那一刹那我战胜了自己同时也取得了比较好的成绩，那努力的结果却在奖状上停留片刻那是为下一次比赛做基础。
