首先，政府暂未表态对共享单车的监管态度，共享单车的影响日益渐增，其所涉及到的企业、行业乃至产业越来越多，当其威胁到市场运作的稳定性时，政府作为无形的手必有所表态与行动，共享单车会不会是下一个滴滴打车，咱们无所得知；

其次是破坏了城市中的那些小手工业者比如修车匠及电动车或自行车经销商的切身利益，共享单车的昌盛是以断绝他们的生计为前提代价；

第三，共享单车不同企业之间的竞争性问题日趋严重，现已知的25家共享单车企业都期望分一杯羹，占有一定的市场，于是大量的资金开始投入市场，但最终结果是要么小资本退出这个竞争市场，要么就被更大的资本所收编，最终经济利益上的分裂会导致更强大的马太效应，与当初电商行业关于生鲜子行业的竞争类似；

第四，私有化与共享化的相对矛盾，中国城市的文明谁都不敢说它是完全成熟的，共享单车的私有化现象屡见不鲜，从共享单车沦为独占单车。笔者于昨天请教过张鸿雁教授关于中国古代夜不闭户，路不拾遗的现象的真实性，张鸿雁教授解释说道，那只是一个理想假设，更多时候是因为没得偷

最后，从笔者自身作为计算机专业的学生出发，针对于共享单车企业提出的互联网+理念表示深刻的质疑例如ofo单车采用的机械锁，实际操作与App完全分割开，更无须多言互联网+的概念，其他的不多做列举。

究其以上，我认为：

1、共享单车的核心是共享文明，只有将个人、城市、社会文明提升到一定高度，才有所谓共享单车的未来；

2、共享单车的定位是公益项目，但何为公益？是对公众有益，但更多的却是负面评价：安全隐患、个人钱财威胁、个体户逼迫停业等等，如何提高公众的满意度才是首要解决的问题，而不是分割用户，讲求可持续性发展；

3、共享单车的营销模式亟待提升完善，英国《金融时报》称中国的共享单车是全球创新的典范，也是最新向外输出的成功案例，但只有在悠悠岁月中存活下来才是成功的创新模式。

最后，一言以蔽之，2017年共享单车将迎来大爆发，但高速扩张往往会掩盖发展的弊端，必须对产品质量、技术之于运营、监管政策走向等核心问题倍加关注。

随着“互联网+”的蓬勃发展，共享单车来解决交通拥堵的创新之举也随之应运而生。但随之产生的不良行为令人大跌眼镜，痛心疾首，引来一片骂声。

我想，“共享单车”这应该是大家最熟悉不过的吧，它随处可见：小区门口、路边、公交车站上等诸多公共场所。

共享单车不仅环保，而且便捷，引领了新时代的潮流，这是为什么？第一，无污染，现在科技高度发达，人们为了快捷不再喜欢骑自行车出行这种方式，取而代之的是一辆又一辆密密麻麻的小汽车，空气污染越来越严重，可自从有了共享单车，人们渐渐意识到了保护环境的重要性，使用共享单车的人越来越多了，我曾经做过采访，受采访的人中有老人、成年人、青少年、甚至儿童，他们的回答都惊人的相同，那就是：“共享单车挺好的。”第二，做运动，众所周知，随着科技的发达，人们越来越懒了，当然我也不例外，这时，我们就需要共享单车了，不仅便宜，而且能用做锻炼，我想，这正是我们真正需要的吧！

那天，我正在小区里散步，远远地看见了两辆ofo小黄车，凑近一看，发现了问题：一辆的车把来了个180度大转弯，想把它扶正，却怎么也扳不动，这可怎么骑呀！还有一辆更为悲惨，座椅不知去哪儿“旅游”去了，留下了一根光秃秃的杆子瑟瑟发抖，坐上去绝对痛得你叫妈！不仅如此，它前后的轮胎不见了，只剩下了车轱辘。这真是太悲惨了！在这里，我想对那些自私，乱破坏共享单车的人说：“请你们不要再这么做下去了，你们知不知道，这样做那一点点微乎其微的高兴与利益是没文化的表现，更凸显了你们素质的低差！愿你们别再执迷不悟下去了！”

共享，在词典上的意思即分享，将一件物品或者信息的使用权或知情权与其他人共同拥有，有时也包括产权。

共享，有时很小，有时很大。小到和别人分享一个苹果，大到袁隆平培育出杂交水稻造福人类。共享，从古代就已经存在。古时便有了“共享轿”，这种类似今天共享单车的“共享轿”很有市场，专门出租轿子的“轿行”或“轿铺”很多，为规范市场秩序，一般都订有行规。可见共享无处不在，我们的生活离不开共享。

现在，随着社会的发展，经济的发展，人们共享的意识也逐渐强烈起来，更有人创造了共享单车，使社会进入了新一轮的潮流当中。

今天，我就来浅谈共享单车。

说起共享单车可谓是益处多多。一，价格低廉，约一元半小时，更加满足了大众化的要求。有一次，我去上海参加古诗文比赛，就是先乘地铁，后骑着共享单车直接去的，既便宜又便捷。以前困扰爸爸的私家车停放问题，在它面前也变得不值一提了。二，单车几乎随处可见，找到单车绝非难事。出去散步，走累了，四周看看，找到单车骑回家，感受着习习凉风，也是一大快事。三，单车不限路程，几乎每个地方都有指定的单车停放点，随时可以来一场说走就走的旅行。骑着单车，看着四周的风景，再也不必担心错过公交车、地铁的早末班车了……

可是随着共享单车的发展，也带来了不少弊端。

首先，共享变成了独享。虽说是共享，但还是不免有人有小人思想，在使用共享单车后，便把它停放在自己家中，更过分的是还锁上了锁。身边的人在这一现象上也没少抱怨，就举个例子，我的老师上班，原想找一辆共享单车，但找到才发现别人锁上了锁，导致的结果当然是：上班迟到。共享，原就是为他人提供便利，而这一种行为当然不是。试想一下，如果只有一个人这么做，可能不会影响到其他人，可全中国这么多人，如果个个都这样做，还有多少人能在路上找到一辆共享单车呢？

其次，共享完就直接走人。有些人想着单车不是自己的东西，就随便乱停乱扔。在路上，我们可以看到共享单车东倒西歪地躺在地上，有的甚至被堆成了小山。更严重的是，有人还把单车停在车行道上！这是多么不负责任的行为啊！你可以想象，如果有车子没看到单车，行驶速度还很快，下一秒会发生怎样的悲剧！

针对这种现象，摩拜单车甚至配合政府制定了相应的罚款措施，严重的会拘留3个月。

另外，许许多多的公司如雨后春笋，成批量生产共享单车，这也是造成单车紊乱的原因之一。对此，政府部门做出了以下举措：只有政府发放牌照，共享单车才能继续运营，否则一律算作违法。这从源头上遏制了共享单车的野蛮生长。我们也要协助政府，加强对共享单车的管理。

最近，我看到的一则新闻使我欣慰：郑州的一个小伙，专门把被乱放的单车搬回停放点，还特地建立了一个QQ群，号召好友一起行动。对此，单车管理员表示：“我原来还以为他是来偷车的，后来了解了情况后，我真的很感谢他，希望大家也能够自觉停放好单车，方便别人，也方便自己……”

现在，我们的社会有了共享书店，共享篮球等等，无一不是在朝着共享的目标而努力。我们的社会正在发展，我们每个人都应该跟上时代的步伐，早日达到真正的“共享”，早日达到真正的共产主义社会！

每天上学、放学的路上，从车窗往外看去，跃入眼帘最频繁的就是那一排排或一堆堆黄的、蓝的、橙的共享单车。在学校，也时不时听同学们讨论骑这种单车的经历，我觉得很新奇，刚好趁着暑假，今天爸爸决定也带我去体验一次。

长安街的沿路，共享单车成千上百，目不暇接。我兴奋地扑向离我最近的那辆黄色Ofo，看着真酷。仔细一看，唉，车胎怎么是瘪的？爸爸替我选了另一辆，我刚开心地跨腿坐上去，唉，车把却是歪的，还要重新找。我们小心翼翼地跨过几辆倒在地上的单车，找到一辆，看着不错，仔细检查了轮胎和车把，没有问题。可是，又发现车不知被谁用一把钢丝锁给锁上了，真是烦人。当我终于找到能骑的车时，已经过去将近十分钟了。可能我是第一次，有经验的人可能不需要花这么长时间吧。当我骑上车准备出发时，转身又看见附近同样在找车的一个叔叔连续撞倒了停靠在一边的三辆单车，而他并没有停下来去扶起来，瞥了一眼指责他的交通协管之后就迅速骑走了。我注意到这些大量堆放的，其中有倒在地上或乱放在人行道上的单车，严重地影响了其他行人。我心情突然黯淡了许多，看来这个有趣的新事物带来的问题还不少呢。

我了解了一些，知道对于乱停乱放现象，各家共享单车公司也都在想了一些办法。Ofo提出如果用户没有将车停放到相应地停车位，车上的GPS系统会通知公司，公司就会从这个用户的押金里扣罚。小红车公司则建议采取奖励式手段，如果用户把车停在了指定位置，就会有领取红包的机会。这些方法还在试验过程中，能否见效还有待检验。对于如何防止车辆损坏和解决私锁的问题，有的公司则提出可以通过科技手段来防范。比如一旦上了私锁，就会触发车辆自身感应系统，立即永久锁住，私锁打开时，电子锁打不开。各式各样的建议提了一大堆，可总是会有人不愿意配合，总是会有人钻空子，带来新的问题。这些新生事物，如果没有事先想好有效的管理方法，反而会带来更多的混乱，那它们还怎么长期存在呢？

尽管由于共享单车的各种缺点，让我的整个骑行体验并不是最好，但我还是感到了这个“新家伙”带来的便利和骑游长安街的愉快。我也认识到，其实任何新的事物，不仅要看它的好处，还要认真研究它可能带来的问题，尤其是给原有的生活和秩序带来的“困扰”，只有通过新的配套的安排，把这些“困扰”解决了，“新事物”才能成为“好事物”。

有人说，因为那都是共享的，所以更本没有必要去爱惜，保护，即使碰着了擦着了，也没有大碍；大不了，扔下它不管，再换一个。因此，我每天上学时看到路边横七竖八的共享单车，也不足为奇。

但是，正是因为是共享的，不属于自己，而不负起责任，对它不管不顾？

错了，都错了。

之所以会存在所谓“共享”产品，是那些公司带着“便民利民”的理由而在这个时代扎根发芽。便民利民，发起者并无错。他们相信人的素质是越来越高。

错误，是在我们，这些使用着身上。

而我们，让他们失望了。

曾经在小区里看到各式的单车挤满了停车区，导致我的自行车不得不停在路边；居民楼后的绿化带小心地藏着的从“共享”到“私人”的单车；甚至只留下废铜烂铁。

因为人与人之间互相信任，才存在“共享”。因为他们相信你，信任你，才决定把这些五花八门的共享产品使用权轻轻地交到你的手掌中。在你们违反规则，擅自主张时，人与人之间那何等珍贵的信任，顿时土崩瓦解；风一吹，就散了，散在荒凉的世界中，不留一点痕迹。

随着时代变迁，时间的推移，人们的生活与环境有着众多变化。如今有着许多共享设施，它们的出现，虽给人们带来了便利，但却给人们又一个个难题。

共享的东西给人们带来了便利，但如何规范使用，及保护共有的物品，却时时烦扰与人。

“共享单车”在二零一六年末就悄无声息来到人们的身边，从膜拜到小黄车再到小鸣，各种共享单车的品牌与车辆在逐渐增长着。摩拜的出现使2交通便利了许多，也有很多人使用。操作也只需扫描二维码便可轻松使用。也同时得到了许多好评继摩拜之后，又一家共享品牌出现，没错Ofo。可以说Ofo使又一非常好用的共享单车。它的租金只需九十元。且车身较轻，非常利于出行。

而就是这使人便利的共享单车，却出现了众多缺点与漏洞。因为小黄车其制造价格相比摩拜，较为低廉。但正是因如此，就出现许多不文明及违法现象。首先漫步街头，可以发现许多早已损坏及被人为破坏的车辆四处分散。有的坐垫，车筐，链子早已不翼而飞。使许多居民使用起来非常不方便。同时对于保修，虽然很多人发现有问题并及时报修，但其报修速度及收取时间可是非常缓慢，从而导致了，许多损坏的车无人修理。其次，关于小黄车及其他共享单车乱停乱放现象，也一直给出行带来不必要的麻烦。许多路边非机动车道和人行道早已被共享单车堵得水泄不通。许多交警只好将大量车辆靠边摆放，保持路况畅通。但仍然有许多人恶意乱停放，将车辆停在车道上，店铺门前及许多安全通道口。最后，共享单车，是以共享为核心，倡导人们文明用车。但却有人私自战友公共财产。给车上了私锁，破坏其二维码及车锁，使其变成独有财产。让许多人都无法使用。

而应对许多问题，各个共享单车也做了变化。从小黄车说，从一开始的旋转密码锁，且其密码是唯一到不断变化的实态锁也有而改变相比之前略少了很多私车。而其他车辆，学习摩拜，改为二维码扫码开启减少了大量车辆损坏。可以说摩拜非常成功。而这些问题的根本所在于人们如何合理文明使用。

对于共享时代的到来，共享单车及其他共享设施给人们带来了许多方便，但却也用很多不利的问题。要好好使用共享设施，不仅是商家的责任，更是每一个居的义务。有一颗共享的心，不能用私心，要有保护共享物品的意识。这样时代与生活才会变得更加美好。
