共享单车是有利又有弊，租赁的优点是给要去远点地方的人带来便利，而且方便快捷，调查所知，人们认为自行车的优点是方便群众，给没自行车的人带来方便，而且省下了买自行车的钱，而有些骑车爱好者也可借用自行车来骑，而我认为，政府与公司建立共享单车，我想，这不仅仅是为了让大家方便，更加促进了人们对低碳与环保生活地认识，鼓励人们使用自行车与公共交通器械，少开汽车，美化环境。

万事有利便有弊，而自行车再为众人带来了方便的同时，且为大家带来了弊端，由于自行车是免费租赁，虽然我是一个地道的成都人，但我并不觉得我们这个城市的文明程度到底有多好，有多高。既然是免费，那损坏是一定了的。通过我拍的照片大家可以发现，不论是在车尾的轮罩上，还是在踏板上，都有不同程度的损坏，成都人有一种不是我的东西，只要不追究到我身上，我便要损坏他，将它占为己有，便要做损人而又不利己的是，也就是宁愿害己，也要损人。不仅如此，还更有胜者：在都江堰还有人为了不让别人借走自己的车而私自在车轮上上了锁，以达到不让别人借走的目的。对于自行车的损坏甚是严重，三圣乡的共享单车站里的自行车都有不同程度的受损，而且在车筐中会有多多少少的垃圾与杂物。有些共享单车站里有一～三辆自行车都以停用。

大家提出的意见建议中，大多都认为如果不是集体办卡，就比较麻烦，有些人只有临时居住证，无法办理共享单车卡，大多人认为不用办卡就会方便许多，我认为例如交押金，当财产，或是更为直截了当的方法比较好。

对于如何解决自行车损坏问题中，大多人都认为免费租赁是不可能控制自行车损坏的问题的，有人认为，需要提高公民素质，提高租赁自行车的人的素质，要租赁自行车的人自觉遵守规矩，爱惜自行车，他给你带来了便利，你应该爱惜它，但我认为这个方法是不可行的，人们的自觉性不高，所以这个方法基本不可行。

还有的人认为，在租赁站中，应该设置一个管理人员，加强管理，从而根本的改变自行车损坏的问题，而这个方法确实不错，可是成都那么多的共享单车站点耗费的人力物力财力巨大，这个方法也是不大行得通的。还有的人认为让那里的实行人多加修复自行车使自行车常新，这个方法从浅层想是决不可行的，这就不用讨论了。

在这其中还有大多的人认为要对这个共享单车加以处罚的方法，让骑车人赔偿自行车损坏的维修费或是像租其它东西一样，先交上押金，按损坏程度来扣取押金中的钱，或是将租赁人的各种信息注入租赁卡中，车损坏后或未归还可以找到当事人来进行处理，这一种方法比上述的所有办法都要好，都要可行得多，可以一下达到立竿见影的效果，虽然见到了效果，可还是失去了这个方法的初衷，丧失了共享单车是为了让大家了解低碳、环保的本质。

综上所述，自行车的租赁不仅仅是为了方便众人，而是为了教育大家，我们的地球正在陷入危机，而今眼目下最好的办法就是低碳生活，少开汽车，少开空调，减少二氧化碳与甲烷的排放，保护地球。

总之，共享单车必定是有利有弊，要保护好租赁的自行车，要靠大家的努力。提高公民素质，共建共享美丽蓉城！！！
