今天，我要介绍的是新疆维吾尔族的一些风俗。

维吾尔族有特色的是他们的花帽。他们戴花帽很有讲究，不同年龄，不同场合，要戴不同的花帽。男性老年人一般都戴巴旦姆花帽和吐鲁番花等。巴旦姆花帽是用巴旦核变形和添加花纹的一种图案，其纹样姿态丰富多样，多是黑底白花，感觉庄重、古朴、大方。吐鲁番花帽的特点是花大底空小，而且颜色火红鲜艳、艳丽夺目。姑娘、妇女都很喜欢再尔花帽，即金银线盘绣花帽，所绣的花多是立体的，在阳光下熠熠闪耀，给人以华贵端庄之感。伊梨花帽，是流行在伊梨地区的一种大方、雅致，小男孩、小女孩都喜欢的花帽。五瓣花帽，维吾尔语称为“白西塔拉多帕”。一般的花帽是四瓣拼缝成的，而这种花帽比一般花帽多了一瓣，帽子较小，纹样比较简单。

维吾尔族住的房子，一般都是用泥土建成的。用天窗采光，屋里设有壁炉，屋顶平坦，可以晾瓜果和粮食。饮食以面食、玉米和大米为主。日常的食品有：烤饼、瓜果、面条、抓饭、茶、奶等。

维吾尔族是个热情好客、能歌善舞的民族，我喜欢新疆维吾尔族。

家乡习俗作文（三）

老家的人们都爱唱戏，更爱听戏。每逢村子里有了什么喜事，必定先请个豫剧班子，在家门口搭个戏台，这么唱下去。一般持续三天左右，这三天里，可忙坏了人们：一大早儿就急急忙忙去下地，收工后回家拿个小板凳，若是在夏天再拿一把蒲扇，飞也似地赶去看戏，只怕耽误了剧情。

看戏时，人们把整个戏台“包围”得水泄不通，里三层外三层的，就像蚕吐出的丝，裹得紧紧的。若是你来晚了，那就站在外面竖着耳朵听吧，这人群是任凭你怎么挤也挤不进去的。

豫剧中也不乏大腕，例如常香玉、马金凤等，她们可是诸多戏迷心目中的偶像呢！

姥姥喜欢听常香玉的戏曲，她的声音变幻无穷，有时如大海的涛声般浑厚，有时又如小溪的流水声般恬美，有时候喜气洋洋的，有时候又使人感到无比的忧伤。

出门在外的游子听到这熟悉的乡音是都会禁不住潸然泪下，想起幼时依偎在母亲的怀中，听她哼唱着豫剧才能入睡。

如今，姥姥去了北京，但她说并不会留太长时间。我很惊奇，问：“难道北京不好吗？”姥姥摇摇头，说：“这里没有使我魂牵梦萦的豫剧！”

海，对于我来说，虽不陌生，但就是一直没有机会真正亲近大海。这几年海门东灶港的名气越来越大，趁国庆长假我们全家决定去东灶港海边看一看。

清晨，雾气还没完全散尽，我和妈妈妹妹来到海边。站在海堤上，向东远望，一轮火红的太阳，正露出半边脸，从海平面上冉冉升起，蔚蓝的大海被染成一片金黄。渐渐地，雾气开始散去，大海显得博大无垠，天空格外晴朗，空气特别新鲜。

我按奈不住内心的激情，和妹妹迫不及待地撒腿奔向海滩。

放眼望去，只见大海无边无垠，一层层波浪从天与海交界的地方奔涌而来，竞相亲吻沙滩，击起一层层雪白的浪花，它们由远而近，轻轻地抚摸着海边的沙滩。我和妹妹卷起衣裤，赶着海水打水仗，嬉戏着海边的浪花。

宏伟壮观的“华夏龙桥”从远方蜿蜒而来，它像一条即将腾飞的巨龙，潜伏在黄海之边。成千上万的蛎蚜组合在一起，形成了一座座小山丘，矗立在海上，像是一个个小岛，那么迷人，那么美丽。

阳光从云朵里照射出来，洒在湛蓝的海面上，发出点点银光。几只矫健的海鸥在海的上空飞翔，时而刺入蓝天，时而又低贴水面。我和妹妹踏着浪花，比试着追逐低贴水面的海鸥。

在海滩上，我们找海螺、捡贝壳、堆沙堆、盖沙层------我们一次次地感叹大海的博大与神奇。大海啊！你的胸怀是那么宽阔，你总把自己的一切无私地奉献给人类，多么崇高的奉献精神！

近年来，随着海门经济的不断发展，东灶港海边已经成为人们休闲度假的好去处，不少外地游客也纷纷不约而至，当他们在品尝海鲜，观看美景的时候，同时也将海门的文化传向四方。尤其令人欣喜的是，如今的东灶港已经成为海门四大经济增长极中最有潜力、最有爆发力的一极，那热火朝天的大干场面预示着我们明日海门的灿烂辉煌。

说起饺子，可是东北的美食，那味道真是无以伦比。下面我就给你介绍介绍。我们家那次包饺子，准备了面,馅。包饺子要先做馅，提起馅，主要是猪肉和酸菜馅，把酸菜和猪肉剁碎加上调料搅拌好，这时候面也行好了，开始包饺子了。首先要揪剂子，再把剂子揉成圆形，用擀面杖再擀成中间有些厚四边薄的饺子皮，在上面放上馅，用筷子好好的压一下，这样包出的饺子会非常的美观，饺子包玩之后就等着煮了，有两种方法可以弄熟，一种是蒸饺子，一种是煮饺子，两种方法都不太好操作，蒸饺子火大火小都不行，会半生半熟，煮饺子水要适应，水添少了饺子干，会粘锅，水多了饺子会太滑，可是妈妈煮饺子很拿手，终于把饺子煮熟了，我非常的高兴，终于吃到饺子了，吃了一口，特别的香，软软的滑滑的，吃完让人回味无穷。今天我非常的高兴，因为吃到了东北的美食——饺子。
