苗族的节庆较多，活动规模大，附近几个山寨都会参加，其中我要说的节日是赶年场。农历正月，湘西苗族人民最热心的赶年场，那天，男男女女，老老少少都身着盛装，互相邀约，成群结队去赶场，人潮如流，异常热闹，从天空中附视，成千上万的“小蚂蚁”忙碌的走来走去。三五成群闲话家长里短;年轻的姑娘们碰到心仪的小伙子会玩游戏对山歌;最开心的就是这些小孩子们，成群成群的嬉笑玩耍，追来撵去，调皮的不得了；买卖年货的；玩杂耍的……

真是吸引人呀！有机会一定去感受一下！
