最后,教育是培养人的活动,由教师具体完成.一所学校必须有高水平的教师,所谓高水平包括：扎实的专业知识、过硬的教学能力、良好的道德素养等等.

拥有以上几点,即是我梦想的学校.

大家好!我叫杨昊鑫，今年十六岁，是八年级的小学生，属虎的，也是虎虎生威的“虎”，住在新绛县新城云水花园小区。

我有一头乌黑的头发，眉毛两边不是一般的长，眼睛亮闪闪的，留个平头，看起来天真无邪的模样，好可爱呀!平时喜欢穿浅色系列的衣服。比如：浅灰色上衣，上面带有淡黑色条纹，裤子是黄黑相间的条纹裤，因为我个头矮小，穿条形衣服显得精神。

我有一个口头禅：“没关系”。记得有一次，我新买了一根蓝色的黑笔，外观好看很吸引。人正好班里有个同学想借我的笔玩一会儿，于是我没在意就轻易借给了他，谁料到下午，他不好意思地把笔还回来，一看坏了，他连声说“谢谢”“对不起，不是故意弄坏的”我当时也顾不了那么多了，因为他和我曾经是同桌，顺口一说“没关系，不要紧的。”反正笔坏了还可以让老爸再买一支，爷爷老是关心我的学习和生活，他是有求必应的好爷爷，亲爷爷!

还有一次，有位管纪律的同学，发现上课有个画画的非常生气，拿上黑板擦就砸了过去，很不幸的是被砸中的是我——一个很瘦弱的内向的人。马上我的头上就起了一个大孢，疼得我直喊叫。心里又委屈又怨气，到还是忍住了。班长走过来安慰我“对不起，他不是故意的”，我赶忙回应一下句“没关系，不要紧”，化解了矛盾，增进了友谊。

这句“没关系”让我知道了同学之间友谊最重要，它是化解矛盾的好方法，也是我赢得信任的好做法!

是啊!这就是最爱说“没关系”的我，你们是不是特想认识我呀?
