十月一日，祖国妈妈的生日，我也在这天早早的来到了拱墅区游泳馆。见到了我的游泳老师——陈老师。他大约五十岁上下，个子很高，戴着一副黑框眼镜，人十分健壮，我想这一定是每天练习游泳的结果。

进入到游泳馆，我跟随着陈老师先做了准备运动，暖身后，终于要下水了。怀着忐忑不安的心情，我迈开了第一步。池水冰凉凉的，我不由得打了个寒噤。这才明白陈老师为什么要让我先做准备运动。

游泳课正式开始了，第一步就是练习憋气。这也是游泳里面最关键的一步。先深吸一口气，然后把头埋进水里，鼻孔出气，形成许多水泡，水泡越多越好。可刚开始，连头都不敢低下去，由于我的胆小，反而喝了好几口水。陈老师让我胆子大点，不要害怕。又告诉我如果再不下去，就要按头了。我心里想：“按头肯定很恐怖，还是自己下去吧!”一狠心，憋了一口气下去了。成功了!虽然只有短短的几秒钟。慢慢地，我做的越来越好，到了第四天，我已经可以独自游泳了。在这四天了，我从不敢憋气到学会了蛙泳和潜泳。虽然现在只能游短短的几米。但我相信，接下来的日子里，只要通过努力，我一定会越来越棒，也会游的越来越远。

1、认真学习。学习新教材、新课标，明确课标对高一年级的要求；认真钻研新教材，扎扎实实备好课，讲好课，充分发挥课内40分钟的效力，科学支配时间，注重教学效果。

2、提高备课质量，坚持集体备课。 集体备课“三统一”：统一思想，统一进度，学资源。每周三下午第七八节进行集体备课。每个单元的中心发言人，要详细解说本单元的重点、难点、疑点，提出教材处理意见。

First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

快乐的暑假生活即将过去，我也要迎来新的一学期。新学期，新开始，我给自己订一个新学期计划。

首先，在学习方面：一、课前做好预习，给学习新的知识做好准备。在自己看不不明白的地方做个标记，特别是语文和英语一定要在课前读几篇课文。引用妈妈话说：“先跟这些新知识混个脸儿熟。”二、课上集中精力认真听讲。不能再像三年级以前那样。知识比较简单，所以有时候感觉会了就不想听了，或者是走神儿了。课堂上不放过老师讲的任何知识点。课后再把作业做完，这样学到的知识就不会忘了。三、课后认真复习，增加自己的阅读量，多看些有意义的书。在新的学期里，我一定改正之前会了就不用写了这种不好的心态，按时完成老师布置的每一项作业。读书这也是一种增长自己知识的好方法。一些国内外名着都蕴含了深刻的教育意义，不但增长知识面，还能引导自己心理健康成长。

其次，是工作方面：一、认真完成老师和学校交给我的每一项工作。身为大队委的一员，我一定不要辜负众望，一如既往的去帮助同学，服务班级。在自己的能力范围内开展一些小活动，活跃班级学习气氛。二、尊敬老师，团结同学，爱护集体。在平时的学习生活中。在尊敬老师，同学和睦相处。既要帮助那些需要帮助的同学，也要虚心接受老师和同学提出的宝贵意见。做一个谦虚，不骄不躁，成绩优秀的大队委干部。我相信我会做到的。

最后，在生活方面也想给自己定一些计划。我今年已经九岁了，是该为父母分担一些家务了。争取做到自己的房间自己整理，鞋袜之类的自己洗。还有啊，我已经已经跟妈妈商量好了，让她教会我做一些简单的饭菜了。爸爸妈妈辛苦工作，都是为了让我有一个幸福快乐的生活环境，健健康康的长大。我不仅要把学习学好也要帮他们做一些自己力所能及的事情。

新的学期，新的开始，我会按着我的计划学习新的知识接受新的挑战。在新学期里让自己在学习中进步，在挑战中更加优秀。
