Halloween

沈老师，您为了哺育我们，眼睛已失去了光华;您为了照顾我们，腰也已经不再挺拔。

以前，我就是一个普通的小学生，是您一直默默的关心我、鼓励我。让我拥有自信。如果没有您，那就没有现在的我。有一次，您在给我们上语文课，您提出了一个问题，让我们来回答，只有一个同学举手，您鼓励我，让我回答问题。还有一次，您得知我的作业没有完成，狠狠的骂了我一顿，从此以后，我再也没有没完成作业了。

记得刚入学的时候，我们连笔也拿不稳，更别说写出来的字了。经过了一段时间训练之后，我们班大部分同学的字突飞猛进，可是我的字却依然宛如“杂草”。于是，您便乘下课时间，手把手地一笔一画的教我写字。天长日久，我的字已经进步了许多，被同学们称为“小书法家”。而看看您，您的身影已疲倦不堪，可是您却笑容满面地对我说：“不累，不累，只要你能进步，我就高兴!”。此时，我的心感动万分，真不知该怎么报答您。

a healthy mind and body. Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to

be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose

to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor

performance and iiihealth. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends

very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such

characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others

lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress,

in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a

choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the

difference between life or death.The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so

extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is

when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that

health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and

heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress

from our lives (it would be unwise to do so even if we could), we need to find

ways to deal with it.

After I go to school, teachers always tell me to study hard, so that I can
