欢欢体型较大，龟壳为淡黄色，只有顶端有一抹淡绿；而乐乐呢？它则体型较小，龟壳为淡绿色，只有顶端有一抹淡黄。它俩身上的皮很皱，像老太太似的。腮部有两个红点，十分鲜艳，仿佛是用口红点上去的。
